I went around 11:00 pm with my family. It wasn't very busy, so we chose a table in the back. Honestly, the burger I ordered was with mushrooms and cheese, and it was delicious. Service: 9 Taste of the burger: 10 Portion size: 10 Wait time for food: 10 Price: Fair, but I honestly thought it was cheap. Wait time for the check: 8 I hope my review is helpful.

I'm not going to say the burgers are bad, because they aren't, and it's only fair to mention that I ordered the most basic one (on purpose), but I think they lack seasoning, personality, a touch of something... A topping, a little something with more flavor. It was basically like eating ANY other burger.

The fries are delicious. The burgers are like street food. Plain supermarket buns, small patty, yellow cheese, and Romaine lettuce. The place is nice.

It's a great place, clean and consistently hygienic. The food, cleaning, and kitchen areas are separate, so it's rare to encounter any problems during your visit. The food they offer is delicious and reasonably priced, but when it comes to drinks, I recommend ordering flavored water rather than soda, as I once got expired soda.

It's deplorable that the staff's service is SO POOR. They tell you to come in "X" time and then make you wait another 20 minutes for your food. When it's time to pay, they ask you to go get change because they don't have enough cash in their till. You explain that you don't have change because they didn't notify you about the lack of funds, and the cashier rudely asks the guy working the grill to go get change. I checked and I had the exact amount in coins, I gave it to the girl and she offered me napkins. I told her that what she should be offering is quality service, and with all the sarcasm in the world, she replied that she would tell her boss (a situation that really angered me, and I told her it wasn't for her to tell her boss, but for her to act properly). The staff could really benefit from good customer service training. If they don't know where to request it, I'd be happy to guide them, as their product is good but they're lacking in customer service.

The customer service is nothing short of terrible. I went in and ordered a couple of burgers and some fries to start. The sodas they gave us tasted bitter, like the bottles were dirty. I ordered a pizza from the place next door for my 10-year-old cousin, who doesn't eat anything they sell there, and they had the insulting rudeness to kick me out because "the owner charges them if they bring in outside food." If this is true, what nerve and shamelessness on the part of the supposed owner, without a shred of empathy for those of us who were his ONLY customers that day. I ordered everything to go and we went outside to eat in a park. And honestly, the food was pretty awful. One star for the stupid policies of the place, aside from the terrible taste of the food.
