A very dirty place, it seems. They don't know soap, a broom, water, or a bunch of other jargon. They're not good at cleaning, and the computers aren't even good enough. The best time in that disgusting place has passed.
Every day it gets worse, super dirty, the machines don't work.
Terrible place, dirty facilities, sometimes without even water to use the toilet. The computers aren't even up-to-date, sometimes there's no internet, and not to mention the terrible treatment from the staff.
