It was very good in almost all major areas . Came here for Valentines day and they didn’t disappoint me ! The place was decent but honestly could be better considering the prices they offer but to me that is the least important. Now lets talk food , it was good 8/10 (very good ) but it didn’t impress me specially at the 20$ or more per plate. I was expecting more but nonetheless still worth it in my opinion. The staff is very friendly and nice and attentive :D I have nothing to complain about it really , they treat their customers right! Overall I would recommend this place if you like Italian food and don’t mind spending a buck . I went with my girl and we paid an average of 30$ per person for the meals.

Outstanding service at a wholesome restaurant. As soon as you walk in, you feel like you are at someone’s home. And the staff with their cheerful friendly attitude help you stay with that warm feeling. Regarding the food, it’s delicious. This was our second visit so we recommend the Mussels, the eggplant rolatini, the chicken bow tie pasta. They have a wide selection of nice wines and cocktails. Overall a hearty experience and we can hardly wait for our future visits.

Awesome home made Italian flavor in a casual atmosphere. Corner location is excellent. The veal was one of a kind . Service was on point as well. Last time was June(I live in Miami) Visited again in Sept: Got the seafood pasta. It was over the top. Very fresh ingredients and cooked to perfection. Then watermelon mozzarella with vinegret was also quite impressive. Definitely my top Italian destination.

Despite the current atmosphere as of this writing, this place made us feel safe and comfortable with their 50% capacity and proper health guidelinrs. Staff were very attentive to our requests and wait time was very short. Food is amazing especially with their seafood. Serving size is nothing to scoff at as well. A great experience even with the restrictions. Hope to come again soon.

I was recommended this restaurant by Yonkers Honda where is located next door. I went there for lunch during off-peak time and found out it was very nice and cozy with quiet ambience. I ordered traditional version of Spaghetti Carbonara which is “off-the-menu” and special. The owner said he can make an either traditional one (creamy) or non-traditional one (non creamy), so I chose the first one. It was so delicious and excellent with a lot of pieces of onion and Canadian bacon. The service is also pleasant and comfortable with low key which I like. And especially it is note-worthy that the owner’s son was serving in everything and he did quite a good job. It’s very cool to see. If you are around Yonkers neighborhood and love Italian foods, this is the one you should go. Highly recommend this simply fabulous local Italian restaurant!

I love this place. It's not too small but it's cozey. The food is excellent. I love to order the shrimp oreganta or the chicken ala Nona dish. The staff is attentive and friendly. It has parking and is right off the exit to the cross county parkway.

DeCosta is an example that it doesn't matter where you are in New York the flavors of Italy are always nearby. Externally you wouldn't think much but one bite is all you need to figure out that this place is the real deal. To quote my brother "This is some of the best I've had." And he went to Italy to try the food so I trust his opinion. In my opinion, the food is fantastic and filling. And above all else very affordable. If you're in the neighborhood check the place out.

The food decent, the one thing that was concerning was the bathroom! I was in the bathroom there was un-flushed poop in the toilet, and on the toilet paper.. But I do not blame the restaurant. Our server also gave a free desert. And was very good. So, overall this was a good restaurant but the bathroom was unsettling.
