Great place to eat a snack in the mall. But I have been there a couple times where they were out of pretzels.... How can a pretzel place be out of pretzels? This small venue has great snacks and friendly staff, but they need to be more responsible with making sure they are stocked before starting the day. They are not the only ones there are a few places in Yuba City and Marysville that have this problem with professionalism. For this sole reason I would not recommend this place unless you are already at the Yuba City Mall.

I was gonna order online, but the menu posted doesn't show what beverages u offer! On your website for this location it shows pics of yummy looking drinks, but wasn't able to order it.

You would even get two stars but the pretzels was good. There are 4 people behind the counter and only one person taking orders and making drinks that I’m pretty sure is high af and moving super slow. There is a line down to bath and body but they can’t figure it out.

Very possible it'll be the slowest service you will ever receive in your life. Lacking any type of management or leadership. But decent food and the staff means well.

I had a really disappointing experience at Auntie Anne's today. The person working the register was extremely unhelpful I asked if she could make regular mini dogs for me (it was the middle of the day, and there were only about three people behind me in line), and she just flat out said no without offering any explanation or alternative. I didn't catch her name, but she had partially pink or purple hair. What really stood out, though, was how unprofessional the whole situation felt she had noticeable hickeys all over her neck while working front and center, interacting with customers. It's just odd to have employees in a customer facing role presenting themselves like that. Combined with the poor service, it made the experience even worse. Overall, it felt like she didn't want to be there or help customers at all. Management seriously needs to do better when it comes to hiring and setting expectations for staff who represent their brand. I went in with the idea that they would cater for a few events i have but definitely not anymore.
