Order usually fresh. They never give me any trouble and they make it right on the app not like I'm tryna get anyone in trouble you dig i just wanted a burger and bro wanted to pay for his rent this month I feel you g I feel you but that's not the point the point is I like this burger king over the 3 we have in town because of the freshness and I show up random as hell 7am 12pm 11pm 4pm random times and I gotta say it's always quality fresh made burgers and fries just without the cherry pie.

3 out of 4 times the food was absolute trash. I mean knock on wood and you will hear a thud, stale buns. and dry patties. and if not that, anything else deep fried tastes like it's been hanging out for a couple hours minimum with stale and soggy breading. I'm not sure who would enjoy such a treat. --- The employees all seem to care to do a good job. It can be a little slow to get food sometimes. The food is good here.

I'm not sure who would enjoy such a treat. --- The employees all seem to care to do a good job. It can be a little slow to get food sometimes. The food is good here.

Go to a different Burger King. This place is running 4 out of 5 for missing food on my 5 visits. Their icees are undrinkable. Don't understand why they make you park after going through the drive thru, even when there's nobody else in the drive thru.

No one here at all not even in the drive through floors are so sticky they are gross food on the floor all tables are dirty had to wipe one down myself. Ppl on there phones lady comes in from out side don’t wash her hands after moving stuff and gets her self fires like that’s gross. So much Is wrong and I bet if someone called they wouldnt pass won’t come here again

Waited at the speaker box about 5 minutes, pulled forward to the first window after no one answered and waited again. Finally pulled up to the last window (10ish minutes) just to be told very rudely "yeah we were busy so you have to go around and order at the box". I asked if the lady was serious and why she couldn't take my order at the window and was LAUGHED AT. I've worked in food service my entire life and I've never laughed at a customer for something that is the crews fault. This needs to be addressed immediately with crew members as I and my family/friends will not be going to burger King ever again.

Sat almost 40 minutes in the drive through and parked waiting for my food. 40 minutes for chicken nuggets and a whopper. I could have driven 15 minutes into town, got food, and made it home in less time than the place that is 3 minutes from home. Time for better management.

If you pay cash at BK you need to stand at the counter until some employee collect your money. Otherwise you will be sitting there waiting for nothing. It doesn’t help that there is no sign explaining or any employee at the counter. They are just in the back talking, with no one to help.

I would not go to this one at all if I were you just make the trip to any other Burger King.

My suspicions were confirmed when I got home: my order was completely wrong. Not only was an item missing, but the burger I did receive was cold, soggy, and looked like it had been thrown together with zero care. The fries were limp and lukewarm, tasting more like cardboard than potato. It was truly inedible. This wasn't just a minor mistake; it was a complete failure on every level. The combination of glacial service, incorrect orders, and abysmal food quality made for a truly horrible experience. I went to Burger King for convenience and a satisfying meal, and I got neither. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this particular Burger King at all costs. You'll thank me later.

Was getting shakes in the drive thru after they told her no I went in to order inside I ask for the bathroom code they new my 60 year old wife hade to pee and yet said wait . We'll had to go home so my 60 year wife could change her cloths. I hope your mannegement team gets what they deserve for making my wife feel less than on a buetiful Sunday that it was . Thanks for all your help but I think burger king needs real help

Do you people ever listen to your customers when they tell you they don’t want something on their burger? I specifically told the lady on drive thru today around 3:20 pm that I don’t want cheese on my burger. I came home and found cheese on my burger. LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Went through drive through. First off had to wait to place order. Once order placed didn’t show on screen or read back to me if it was correct. Received my food and was not correct. Ordered (2) 1/2 fries 1/2 onion rings. Received all onion rings. Brought to their attention and instead of making it right by just giving me a small fry wanted to charge me. Once home ordered chicken nuggets (4) of them only received (3) of our (4) so we were shorted, but charged for (4). Want more money, but can’t even do the order correctly. It seems when we do go out there is always something missing.

Sorta have to come here because it's close and sometimes you just don't want to drive far...but couldn't ask for a worse, closest option, you could ever have...They are rude, impatient, arrogant and the exact opposite of fast food. Avoid at all cost, if possible!
