It had been a while so I forgot just how bad the service is here. There was one cashier and it took five minutes for her to serve one family . They were out of honey, milk, and apple slices. The tables weren't clean. The only nice thing about the place is the Play Place, which is the only reason we went.

I went up to the counter to place my order and a female manager looked my way and didn't try to help or call someone to assist me. I waited additional time then the manager yelled out "You will get served faster if you order through kiosk". My teen grandchildren tried placing the order and weren't able to. I went up to counter again and requested assistance. What happened to good old fashioned customer service? I will never step foot in this McDonald's again. Thank you to the young lady that assisted me in the end. The manager needs to attend basic customer service training again. That female manager is a poor representation of what McDonalds customer service standards ought to be.

I placed a mobile order at 12:50pm, arrived at the location at 1pm......after about 5+ mins of waiting at the counter i finally got an employee to actually acknowledge me. After waiting another 20 mins of the waiting the manager finally emerged to perform a refund for another customer who was also waiting way too long. Once she was done I had to stop her from walking away, I also requested a refund but she said she'd get my order immidiatly. She did and I Didn't leave the restaurant with my order until after 1:30!! Got home and the order was INCOMPLETE. I experienced a similar situation a few days earlier at a different restaurant. I'm done with McDonald's! Will not be returning ever!!

So sad to have to write this but I am left with no choice. After another location failing me and my family we decided to go to this location. When we got there very few people were inside and in drive thru. We placed our order at 4:45pm and made sure to put no lettuce and onion on my burger as I'm allergic to lettuce. Well we sat there for about an hour for 4 adult grinch happy meals (which is way too long for fast food) and then when we got home (we drove from out of town for this) we found out they put lettuce on my burger. I tried calling the location multiple times only to be hung up on. I will be following up with corporate at this time because it seems multiple McDonald's have failed my family this week in many ways where I do not think I will be spending my money at McDonald's anymore especially with this type of stuff going on.

I wanted to give this store another chance, this time I ordered through the app. I arrived at the store and waited 50 minutes in my car, and then I had to go inside to see what was happening with my order. Another 10 minutes of waiting, and one of the four boxes was missing. I waited another 5 minutes for it. More than an hour of waiting for our food, and it was cold.

I made a mobile order around 10:06, I came around 10:34 to get my order and a young man at the drive thru told me “ We dont have anymore breakfast” It is actually infuriating I was not told this at the speaker or if the mobile app would of stated. Breakfast was supposed to end at 10:30. I am not coming this location again.

McDonalds refuses to adequately staff their restaurants, so unless you want to wait half an hour for stale, greasy, expensive food, go somewhere else. The staff was friendly and working remarkably fast for the circumstances, so it's clearly not their fault. It's really just not that hard or expensive to throw another person on the hot bar.

Manager is extremely disrespectful and inconsiderate of any customer besides the ones that bombard themselves to the front and start yelling. Been waiting over 10 minutes for an Uber order that's ready. Then the manager asks what I shoukd put for food replacements because they don't want to make it. The service is laughable

Tastes the same but food is cold and wait time is incredibly long. You would hope food is steaming hot for the amount of wait time. Workers look miserable and not in the mood to be there or put up with customer service. I say it has to do with management not being involved with proper training or they probably treat employees poorly. Employees always reflect of management
