Excelente sabor, atención de lujo. Felicidades
Muy buen lugar para pasar el rato
Excellent quality bakery (although I think the loaves are small) but the taste is worth it
Something good
This place is closer to our house and the kids' school. We love the cinnamon rolls. My kids love the brownies. If you want things hot from the oven, go to the main location.
Excellent place, the bread is delicious, the prices are relatively a little high, but overall if you want excellent flavor, this is the option.
Rico pan. De plátano y manzana
Pequeño pero excelente atención
Excelente lugar y producto
No permiten mascotas afuera
The bread was delicious, the biscuits were excellent
The food is very good...it's a shame about the staff, they serve you very reluctantly, if you ask them something they answer you rudely and condescendingly, especially the cashier staff.
It's a good option to buy some bread or a pastry. Personally, I really like the pies and the croissants filled with custard. The prices are above average, but it's worth it to treat yourself once in a while. The staff is attentive, sometimes good, sometimes cold. I still recommend this place.
The carrot cake wasn't what it seemed. They charged extra because it was supposed to be skull-shaped. The worst part was that my aunts and my mother can't eat that much sugar. And half the cake was thrown away. We couldn't go back because we were already in another town with family. What you see is what was thrown away. At least the kids ate something, so it wasn't too much money down the drain. And even though it was expensive, it wasn't what they told me; it wasn't what I ordered. This first visit has left a mark that I won't be returning to this place.
The service was good and the food arrived super fast. The atmosphere is very peaceful. But I feel the staff could be a little friendlier.
Normal average almost everything, nothing worth mentioning X.
I LOVE chocolate-filled croissants. I live abroad and every time I go back I like to get some, but the service is HORRIBLE. It's like you're asking for free stuff. The staff are always grumpy and unfriendly 👎🏻 They're practically working for the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS).
La Casita de María is a café known for its incredibly delicious desserts. However, despite the quality of its products, the service leaves much to be desired. The staff is often grumpy, and customer service is very poor. Furthermore, the space in which customers are served is quite small, which complicates the flow for both employees and customers. Although the desserts are truly delicious, the terrible customer service makes me think twice before returning. It's a shame, as with improved customer service, this could be a place I'd go to more often.
I only go there because I much prefer the Alaska there to any Starbucks frappuccino, but it seems like the staff are trained by social security employees; the atmosphere is tense. They have little tolerance for frustration, and the layout is bad because everything gets in the way of both the staff and the customers.
Pan de buena calidad. Mal servicio, no aceptan targeta!
The products were delicious, but the staff's attention and service were unpleasant; they didn't answer questions and laughed in the customer's face.
The bread is delicious, it's a shame the service is terrible, the treatment of the manager is the worst, poor organization when the place is full
Lleno de moscas!!!!
Muy incómodo Pésima instalación La venta de productos es lo suyo Los pasteles excesivamente dulces
First and last time I go, they had a tiny cockroach on the counter, the frappé they gave me was so sugary I couldn't drink it, poor service, for such expensive products.
Terrible service, horrible, I got a tasteless bread, I do not recommend it at all
The waiters ignored me 😡 Bad service and rude treatment…. There are better cafes, do yourselves a favor
If they're still standing, it's because of the popularity of the desserts, because it's a truly horrible experience to shop here. I called to ask for information, and they started to give me rude service. Then the lady who answered stopped by with a physical customer and left me talking alone on the call. After waiting 10 minutes, I hung up.
