As a European it's not easy to find a decent pizza in Guadalajara or Zapopan. But here you are at the right address. It is not for nothing there are almost always people waiting for a table. Even though they can fit at least 160 people inside.

We had the most delicious meal here. The pizzas are so good! We ordered two specialty pizzas, the wedge fries, a spinach goat cheese salad and Aguas frescas. Everything was fantastic, from the service, to the quality of food to the ambiance on the open air second level terrace. And the prices simply cannot be beat. Highly recommended.

This is one of my favorite places. They have an awesome environment, it is very cost-effective, and the pizzas are delicious. Only downer is the slow service from the waitresses but it's SO worth it!

Me encanta ir a Broken Cheese, la verdad son precios súper económicos, en ningún lugar las pizzas son de ese precio y calidad. Lo único que no me encanta de esta sucursal es que siempre que voy hay demasiada fila.

Las pizzas son muy ricas El servicio esta bien, respetuosos pero una sonrisa no estaría de más o estarían cansados! Pero si tengo una queja, los baños estaban asquerosos. Holian muy mal y estaban sucios El lugar es agradable para comer ahí

Si buscas un lugar con las tres B, este es tu lugar. Comida italiana desde pizzas hasta lasagna con buenos precios, buenas porciones, buen sabor, agradable para pasar un rato. No esperes un fast food, todo se hornea al momento, tiempo de espera entre 20-30min. Había pedido anteriormente servicio a domicilio, lo que me desagradó del local es que dejan entrar vendedores ambulantes y los baños de mujeres estaban sucios.

We really like this place, for many reasons the pizza is great, with up to 6 ingredients in your pizza for only $55 pesos and thst they have maintained that price and taste for the last years, it's a blessing! We do recommend this place, you'll enjoy it!

My friends and i did arrive around 9 pm and for my surprise we had to wait on the list so we did for around 15 minutes, after that we were lead to our table and the staff were very kind, we had our pizzas and the taste was very good the type is the slim one and the flavor was good , prices are fine and we were satisfied the only thing ive found to improve is the glass of flavored water i did ask for the peppermint one but at the end we coincided was sort of flavorless ,but all in all i really recommend it, good taste good flavor in a familiar ambient, now go and try it : )

It is not the best pizza place, but comparing with the price range I can say y very good. It is quiet, you can talk easily (music is not too loud as many places) and prices are good. Ah! they have Corona beer.

Great quality in the ingredients, options are limited but they are enough in order to have a nice tasty meal, Spinach salad made freshly, and pizza baked at the moment, remember to bring cash since they don't have any other payment method, also if you could make a reservation it will be faster for you to get served.

Fuimos por pizza y son muchos en la cocina como para no poner atención en sus pedidos ( no había casi nada de personas dentro del establecimiento)..... faltante de producto y te resuelven de una manera muy deficiente, además de una pizza con los ingredientes quemaditos....

Las pizzas y lasaña muy buenas. Pero para los tenders horrible, me mandaron otras pero estaban igual, sabían a aceite quemado. Pero en precio y calidad es pasable.

No suelo dejar opiniones sobre negocios, pero ya lo ameritaba. Empezando por los puntos positivos es que es barato, el sabor nada del otro mundo pero bastante aceptable en relación al precio. El local en sí es bonito, bien decorado. Por otro lado, la atención a clientes en general es pésima. Si bien la comida lo vale por el precio a veces viene quemada, los meseros tardan exageradamente en tomar la orden y traer la comida, peor si es un pedido a domicilio. Al momento de encargarlo la chica te comenta que tardan aproximadamente una hora en llevarlo, pero en mi experiencia pueden tardar hasta dos horas. Ahora el tema de la propina con el servicio a domicilio. Yo con gusto le doy propina al chavo (si no tardara dos horas en traer la comida) y no hay tema, pero el problema es que NUNCA tiene cambio, una o dos veces es entendible, pero ya que es SIEMPRE te la mailicias y sabes que lo hace para embolsarse un billete que la verdad, no se ganó. Si pueden evitar comer o pedir de aquí, evítenlo. Sino, pues tengan en cuenta que se tardan horrores, atienden mal, y nunca traen cambio.

Probably not a good idea to go here if you can't do cheese. Spinach salad was good tho it could easily have had less dressing , gajas de papas good, pizza looked good has a cracker thin style crust, wings good, focaccia with romero needed some olive oil and more romero as it was very dry and tasteless. Had a mint.drink with decreased sugar it was quite good.

El servicio fue pésimo. Falta mucha capacitación al personal. Desde la llegada tuvimos que esperar a que nos atendieran a pesar de que no habían comensales las niñas estaban trenzandose el cabello... Cuando por fin nos asignaron mesa solo nos dejaron los menús pero en ningún momento nos dijeron ni buenas tardes. Las meseras no se presentaron. Estuvimos esperando a que se acercara alguien para tomar la orden de bebidas y no logramos llamar su atención hasta 20 minutos después. Para ordenar comida el mismo show. Y tristemente los alimentos se tardaron muchísimo en salir aunque parece que tenían un pedido grande. Pero es parte de la atención notificar al comensal. Podríamos haber pedido algo que no se tardará tanto. Además los alimentos no los trajeron todos juntos. La comida bien. En resumen el personal no tiene idea de lo que es el servicio al cliente en restaurantes.

La experiencia en este lugar no fue buena. Desde el inicio los meseros no tuvieron un buen servicio. De mala cara y haciendo comentarios. La comida es buena pero traen todo a destiempo, mientras que unos comen otro ya terminaron. Y lo peor es la limpieza. El baño estaba muy sucio, olía mal y el jabón de manos era más agua que jabón. Además tardan muchísimo en dejarte pasar, subimos y habían varias mesas vacías por lo que no entendimos porque tardaban tanto.

Llevo años yendo a esta sucursal y todo esta muy bien, aún se mantienen los precios y el sabor está 10/10, lo único q ha ido en declive es su personal, ya van 2 veces q pido la comida para llevar y la que está en caja te atiende como si te estuviera haciendo un favor desde q llegas, aparte de que las 2 veces se les ha olvidado mi pedido y tenemos q recordarlo. Para comer ahí también hay meseros y hostess q no tienen ni las ganas para atender pero hay otros q son totalmente lo contrario, lástima q por 1 pierdan todos🫤. Deberían mejorar su personal y poner más atención en sus pedidos, ya que pedí una lasaña y me dieron un pedazo de pizza q ni era mío

Llegamos porque siempre veíamos lleno, fue una total decepción. Pedimos tres cosas unas alitas buffalo, una lasagna y un calzone con queso azul, salami y albahaca, la lasagna parecía sopa, super aguada, el calzone pues estaba normal y lo más rescatable a mi parecer las alitas. La mesera que nos atendió nos aventó los cubiertos y nos interrumpía cuando le estábamos pidiendo, además que es un servicio muy tardado. De bebidas no tienen mucho lo normal refrescos, bebidas de vino tinto y cerveza, nos pedimos una michelada y fue horrible sabía a clamato puro. Yo y mi pareja concordamos que no volvemos a ir.

After seeing that they have 3 locations I decided to try them out. The place has a casual vibe and many employees. The pizza arrived fast after ordering. But I was really disapointed! I asked for it to be made with a little extra sauce, but it was like eating cheese bread. So I asked for some sauce on the side. The sauce was really bad, not even red more of an orange-like color and is too thin for a decent pizza. However the crust was very thin like one of those flash pizza places in the USA they have a dome-like oven. They only have one size of pizza, it is between a small and a medium. But the prices are so cheap, only $2.75 USD for a pizza that includes your choice of 3 toppings and a beer for only $1.25! However I can't recommend this place to folks from the USA or Canada, I guess Mexicans like there pizzas different since most suck....

The place has a nice atmosphere. The staff is friendly. The salad was ok. The refill cokes however did not get refilled. The mushrooms were good. Now to the pizza... They use so much flour to keep the dough from sticking to the boards they stack it on. The pizza doesn't get crispy and there is so much flour on the dough it feels like eating raw flour. It actually ruins the quality of the pizza. We were all disappointed with our pizzas.

Overrated!! You'll be better with Costco pizza. The ingredients are ok but the pizza dough is terrible. Costumer service needs improvement. We were party of 4 and we all agreed, we will not come back.

Pésimo servicio y pésima la comida. Llegamos al lugar y nadie nos atendía para asignarnos mesa a pesar de que se veía mucha gente desocupada y mesas desalojadas, en cuanto a la comida nos llegó fría, en particular pedí unos tenders que más bien parecian puro carbón con sabor a quemado.

He pedido en varias ocasiones y hoy me enviaron una oblea casi cruda y fría No se si hay nuevo encargado o algo así pero ahora sí estuvo pésimo y no volveré a pedir en mucho tiempo, hay mejores opciones que no cambian su calidad
