Small place but easy to find. The staff is neither friendly nor rude, they just go to work and that's it, lol. Parking is in the plaza; it charges $20 per hour, and the parking meter detects your license plate when you leave and automatically raises (obviously with a paid ticket). 🐧

Branch of the Dairy Queen chain located in Zapopan Centro near the Valentín Gómez Farías Hospital, excellent service, as soon as they took the order and I went to the counter they already had the blizzard ready, the blizzard cake is a classic too, everything on the menu is highly recommended, I tried the simple cone and an Oreo blizzard to go, for me the best are the Oreo, Brownie or Strawberry/Banana.

I ordered a Mango Pie Blizzard, and honestly, the only thing that was Mango was the flavor. Compared to other stores, this one tasted very bland. I didn't like it at all. It tasted like iced milk. 🧊 I'm not saying all the products, but this one wasn't made the same as other stores.

The manager, Paulina, can't help you; she makes faces and always seems unfriendly. She's always whispering with the employees, and they start making fun of you. And if they don't want to offer app promotions, they shouldn't. I've been a DQ customer for over 10 years, and this is the only branch where I've experienced this kind of mistreatment.

Se tardaron 20 minutos en darme un blizzard, como que ignoraron mi comanda y me atendieron hasta el final siendo el primero que había llegado a la tienda.

Son muy amables, pero entregan las blizzards super aguados. No tiene la misma calidad que otros DQ. Me la entregaron y se veía así, a los 5 minutos ya estaba líquida. Pedí mi favorito, cereza negra brownie, solo tenía 3 pedazos de brownie. ): nunca me había pasado en otra sucursal.

La app nunca funciona y curiosamente te saca de nivel cada rato, hay más opciones, Dairy queen va en decadencia

3 times I have gone to buy my favorite blizzard “mango cheesecake” they NEVER put pie in it, like 4 or 5 pieces, the last time I paid extra for cheesecake and it was still the same 5 pieces, they have never done that to me at the Galerías branch!

I don't know if the cashier, I think his name is Javier, doesn't like his job, but I went to buy a Delly Bar popsicle and he was just standing there with a sour face, serving me. He only gave me my change because his coworker was the one who served me; she was very kind, but I really feel like the other person isn't prepared to provide good customer service.

I ordered ice cream through Rappi, and the delivery workers sent it however they wanted. I paid for five extra toppings, but they didn't add any. Luckily, I reported the problem to the app, and they refunded my money. I hope the manager pays closer attention to the orders.

Bad service. I went all the way there just to buy something. It was 2 or 3 pm and the staff were there and wouldn't let me in because it was already closed, even though it says they close at 9 pm.
