This is my first time shopping at this plaza, and I don't think they serve it as well as other locations. I bought the family salad, and it doesn't seem like one. Just by the number of ingredients, you can tell it is, because the size is quite impressive. I think it needed a lot more lettuce, but the waitress seems to be new, so I left with a bad taste in my mouth when I saw how small my salad was for 261 pesos.

Por lo general la atención, servicio y comida están bien (a veces la atención es extraordinaria). Ya sea comiendo en el lugar, para llevar, o pedidos por Uber. Pero el día de ayer (domingo 1 de marzo, 2026), hice un pedido por Uber ya que no tenía mucho tiempo, llegó bastante rápido, y oh sorpresa, las dos ensaladas venían incompletas. Que decepción, y en Uber como les reclamas, que haces? que te traigan las bolitas de queso de cabra que le faltaron a dos ensaladas? Esto es verdaderamente negativo, con la prisa, lo único que puedes hacer es aguantarte (y no volver a pedir porque no hay responsabilidad ahí), Y no es barato como para que hagan las cosas al ahí se va... Actualización: leyendo otros comentarios encontré que no es la primera vez que pasa esto. Que no tienen un procedimiento estándar para preparar una ensalada?

I recommend that if you're doing renovations inside the establishment and working with solvents, you ventilate the area or cover the ingredients; because it was unpleasant to arrive today and smell that odor, but it was even worse that the food absorbed the flavor; it could be toxic. Obviously, I didn't finish the salad because of the strong taste of whatever they were using.
