Picchio Verde Zapopan Reviews
I went for breakfast on January 2, 2026. The keto eggs were delicious!! Highly recommended, as was the café con leche. They could have offered a bit more variety in their bread selection. The service was incredible and the view, all greenery, was relaxing. It's an oasis amidst the chaos of López Mateos. 100/10!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I hope to return soon
I ordered mixed enchiladas Suizas (chicken and pork rinds) and they were delicious, as was the café lechero! The place is beautiful, and the live music is perfect for setting the mood! There are always events when I go, and the garden is beautifully landscaped. I would definitely go again.
Es pet friendly ❤️
The food was just okay. I ordered chicharrón gorditas, and they were hard to cut, although the filling was good. The second refill of coffee was cold. The dessert was flavorless ice cream, and the cake seemed like it had been sitting in the fridge for a few days. The staff was friendly, and the food was served promptly.
The only downside is that they're located in the most troubled area in the south, connected only by a one-way entrance: north to south, and they don't take reservations (they're limited). If they fix that important issue, I'll give them 5 stars. The place is nice, the food is good with good portions and fair prices. Our waiter, Julio, was excellent. If you're in a wheelchair, it's not easily accessible because there's a bed of white gravel on the floor. There were 10 of us, and everyone liked what we ordered. Only the molletes would have been better if they offered the option to toast the bread. Note: This review is mirrored on my alternate account.

My shot of espresso didn’t have any crema which makes me believe it wasn’t freshly brewed and in consequence the coffee had an unpleasant bit of acidity. The rest of our meal was great.
The food was pretty average, in my opinion. It tasted okay, but I wouldn't go back, and it's not a place I'd recommend. The bread for the molletes was soggy, and the green and red salsas on the chilaquiles were bland. That said, the café con leche was delicious, and the wind room is lovely.
The service left much to be desired. The hostess was very unfriendly, and her attire was inappropriate; she should wear something more professional. The food was mediocre, nothing special. They host events there, so it was very noisy. The restrooms were filthy, and there was no toilet paper. The only thing I liked was the view.
We went to celebrate my father's birthday and had a relatively good time. The place is really cool, but from the start, I thought it was ridiculous that they demand a 15% tip per person as "company policy." There were more than 20 of us, and the three orders of enchiladas we ordered arrived very cold. Also, the slice of cake was expensive. I definitely wouldn't go back.
An hour to get a table, good food, good seasoning, excellent potions, very fast, but it was sad to realize that the waiter when charging with a card and asking to add his tip CHARGED MORE than indicated, therefore I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AND LESS THAN I WILL RETURN!!! 😡😡😡 that is THEFT!
About 20 friends and I went to celebrate a birthday. The place was nice, pleasant, with a lovely garden and easy parking, and everything was fine up to that point. However, the food took forever to arrive, was lukewarm, and almost tasteless. Even the coffee at Oxxo wasn't that bad. I ordered a sweet roll, and it was raw. They force you to pay a 15% tip; they might as well start charging for breathing. OBVIOUSLY, I WON'T BE BACK, NOR DO I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
