Whenever we order delivery from here, something is always missing or wrong. To start, I ordered orange Aquarius and they brought me lemon. When I called, they told me they didn't have it at the restaurant, but it was still listed on the app. Then, we ordered four large fries, and the fries were half empty and mixed in with the ones I hadn't ordered. And now for the worst part: - One of the CBK burgers had the wrong bun and regular onions instead of the crispy kind. - The Stacker Original was dry, with a sad little slice of cheese, soggy fried onions, and no Stacker sauce. - The Grand Whiskey BBQ was without tomato and in the same condition as the previous one. In short, all the food was cold and the drinks were warm. We called the restaurant to complain, and they gave us excuses that didn't solve anything. Thanks a lot, I won't be ordering from this awful place again.

Online orders: It's rare that one or two items aren't missing. They used to be more involved and would deliver them to your home, but now you get a voucher and have to order again. The problem is that the voucher doesn't cover the cost of placing a new order for the missing items. Anyway, this is the last time I order. It's always a headache checking orders.

Today I ordered from this establishment. I ordered two Whoppers with two slices of cheese each, since the Whopper doesn't come with cheese. They charge 50 cents per slice, but it turns out each Whopper only had one slice. I called the restaurant and they told me the cook put two slices on it. I told them no, and they said they melted and it was like having one slice, which is a lie. And it's not the first time this has happened to me. Make sure you order from this establishment because they'll rip you off at the slightest provocation. I've attached a photo so you can see they're cheating you. I don't recommend eating at this Burger King. You can see that the receipt says two slices, but the burger only has one. I think the cook missed the counting episode of Sesame Street.

The worst BurgerKing I have ever experienced. The meats in all our 4 burgers (~40€) were dry, without exception! They did not have the sauces ordered and refused to reimburse the cost of these. "Bacon-Cheese Fries" without cheese, a shame! ..and icing on the cake, the employees were very unprofessional and unfriendly, never again!
