Preguntas frecuentes sobre Coffe Pan
Opiniones de Coffe Pan A Coruña
I’ve been wanting to try Caffe Panna foreverrrr. And I finally was in the neighborhood and had to make it there. Usually a long line but SO worth the wait, took us maybe 15 minutes to make it in. I got their Japanese cheesecake sundae and it was everything I dreamed of. Will become a go to
Delicious. Worth the wait (the line moves quickly). So very good! If you are there when they serve hot chocolate, I highly recommend adding it to your order.
wow the ice cream is actually unreal n absolutely worth the wait. the cookies n panna flavor was divine!!! soooo smooth and rich and satisfying. i got it w panna, caramel, and sea salt on top which elevated it perfectly. One scoop is a perfect amt to savor your sweet tooth. Affogatos also so good and i like that you can get it decaf esp if you’re having it at night.
I got Aud's dream with panna, caramel sauce, and sea salt sprinkle, and it was actually THE best ice cream I've ever had in my life. I've had many OP homemade ice creams in MA and this spot is the sensei of them all. It was reminiscent of the fluffer nutter combo and it was impossibly creamy. It is like God allowed us humans to have access to a fraction of what ice cream in heaven would taste like. Bless! If there's a line, don't fret—it moves fast and is absolutely worth it.
Everything I’ve had here has been unreal. So delicious and such unique flavors! We’ve come a couple times now and had something different each time. We’ve tried red flag and cookie munch scoops. And for points we’ve tried Nutella crunch bar, German chocolate cake, afraid of the dark, and pb candy bar. The Nutella crunch and German chocolate cake pints are some of the best ice cream I’ve had. We also tried their hot chocolate and it is seriously amazing. Tastes like a melted milk chocolate bar in the best way possible. It’s so worth coming here and trying all their new daily flavors!
Caffe Panna is hands down one of the best ice creams I’ve ever had! They offer classic flavors available every day along with rotating daily specials that keep things exciting. Come early, because the line gets long and the most popular flavors tend to sell out by around 4 PM. The ice cream is creamy without being heavy, and the panna is definitely a must. It’s their signature touch and really sets them apart. Scoops are generous, and every flavor tastes incredibly fresh and rich. My go-to is the cookies and cream with panna on top. There’s no designated seating area, but there are usually spots nearby where you can sit and enjoy your ice cream. The line can be long, but it’s absolutely worth it. I always recommend Caffe Panna to friends looking for dessert in Manhattan!
I've been spoiled with stellar ice cream lately, with my two favorites in the world being Leopold's in Savannah, GA and Il Laboratorio in the Lower East Side. I felt my taste buds were primed to finally try Caffe Panna, as New Yorkers talk about it like Jesus Christ himself is back there whipping up the ice cream. My girlfriend and I arrived on a Sunday and it was PACKED, but they have the ordering system so dialed in that a line that looked like it was going to take 45 min only took 8. Fair play. I went with plain vanilla with olive oil drizzle, as I feel this is the best way to taste test an ice cream. Pure. No frills. The real deal. It was really really good, I'm not going to sit here and lie to you my dear reader. It was some high level cream, but it just didn’t hit the same as Leopold’s or Il Laboratorio. It was just a tad too creamy for my personal preference. Texture is everything to me. If you listen to nothing else I say before I kick the bucket, please get down to Savannah, GA to try Leopold’s ice cream. It’s just different down there. Finally checked it off my list last Saturday. Walked 45 mins from our brunch at Rockefeller Center to specifically get dessert here. There was a pretty manageable queue but we got to the counter by 15 mins so it wasn't that bad. I was hoping they'd have Pistachio but they didn't so I went for a tiny Caffe Bianco Stracciatella with panna, fudge, and graham cracker. Pretty good! No seating so either you enjoy it here standing or walk to Union Square Park which is what we did. Can't wait to come back and try more flavors!
I got the saffron passion pistachio sundae. It was so rich, buttery, and fluffy. The graham cracker bits added a toasty warmth and the pistachios a much needed crunch. The passion fruit coulis was the perfect tartness that balanced the richness of the sundae. Of course, the sundae being topped off with the fluffy panna was exactly what it needed to push this over the edge. This is not your like a regular sundae in the way possible!
This is my favorite ice cream in the world. There are daily flavors that typically sell out pretty quickly so go early but the regular flavors are still so amazing. The affogato, soft serve, and specials are insanely good as well. Overall, this place is the best and you can’t go wrong with anything!
Needless to say how amazing they are doing, you can simply tell by the daily queue at both of their locations. I found myself coming here almost every couple of weeks, it takes lots of willpower to resist their daily changing menu and special collaborations. It is by far one of the best ice cream spots in the city and totally worth the hype.
Caffè Panna has some of the best ice cream around. The presentation is beautiful, and the ice cream itself is much better than the sundaes. There’s usually a long line and the flavor selection is limited, but every flavor I’ve tried has been great. Popular ones sell out pretty quickly, so it’s best to go earlier in the day.
About halfway through our NY trip, a friend’s friend had mentioned something about life changing ice cream. He said the ice cream at Caffe Panna was the best he ever had, and honestly I can see it. It was genuinely some of the best ice cream I have ever tried and the available flavors represent both nostalgic and inventive options. Their Peach Black Tea flavor is potentially the best ice cream I have ever tried with their Cookies N’ Panna definitely being the best version of cookies and cream I have had. The ice cream was phenomenal and their extremely long line is self-explanatory. I wish we tried this place earlier in our trip, but I am glad we didn’t as we likely would have come back too many times.
Favorite ice cream I've had in NY! I got their Red Flag flavor and tried a friend’s Cookies and Panna. While the Cookies and Panna wasn’t as chunky as I usually like for a chocolatey ice cream, the flavor was still rich and satisfying. I highly recommend the Red Flag flavor- texturally airy yet packed with buttery graham cracker bits and a fresh strawberry swirl. The second time I went around 4PM, they were out of the Red Flag, but the staff recommended a sweet cream base with graham cracker topping and strawberry sauce. It was a creative substitute, but it was missing that crucial element of the airy graham cracker mix-in. As for the panna, the texture is fun and denser than classic whipped cream. But, since I’m not a huge whipped cream fan, I wouldn’t get it again. That said, I appreciate how each order includes one free sauce and topping. Most flavors already have sufficient mix-ins, but it’s a great bonus. Overall, great ice cream and definitely worth the wait if there is one (the line moves fast).
The ice cream was honestly really good and worth the price. The whipped cream, syrup, and other topping being complimentary is a plus bc the whipped cream elevated the ice cream. Idk if it was only for that day that I went but they didn’t accept cash and only card so be aware of that if you do end up going. The only downside of Caffe Panna is the lack of seating which is why they don’t get the full 5 but besides that it’s honestly super good and if I’m around the area when it’s open I’ll def go again.
Despite being very hyped, the ice cream was good. It definitely benefits from the flavor and visual cues. The fudge is not hot. The hot chocolate is good, rich style, and not super memorable or very hot but the chocolate shavings were a nice touch with a hint of orange perhaps. The ordering process feels weirdly human and slow.
Gelato was good, actually a little bit too sweet for me but really worth it to try. I also like the texture of it too. There was a long line during that time. There was no seats to sit, we just standing around the corner of the store. The toppings were also good. There was a sign say please respect to all residents around, so please keep your voice low in the area.
I came to try the Caffe Bianco Stracciatella Affogato is Recommended and it was great! I also tried their Hot Chocolate and that was too sweet! Would not recommend unless that is what you prefer. Cookies 'N Panna was okay. It was an overall okay experience during Winter.
Caffè Panna in New York lands at about a 3.5 out of 5 for me. The ice cream was average quality overall and leaned a bit too sweet. The Caffè Bianca flavor was especially lacking and did not have much depth. The Red Flag flavor was okay but not really worth the hype. On the positive side, the line moved quickly and the process was efficient. That said, I would not go out of my way to stop here again. It is fine if you are nearby, but it would not be a destination for me.
I just don’t get the hype. For me, the ice cream lacks flavor and has a type of “stick to the roof of your mouth” feel. Always a line (that moves quickly), but with so many incredible ice cream places nearby I really don’t get the appeal. I got the pretzel sundae which I found excessively salty. Oreo crumble in my friends for me didn’t taste like Oreo.
I have an unpopular opinion and I think this icecream is just good, maybe because I came a little late and most of the flavors were sold out or because I put no topping on my scoops, but for me it was just a good icecream. I would maybe come for the special flavors they have each week to taste again. It’s a good icecream, dont get me wrong. It’s super creamy and the taste is really good, It just wasn’t the best icecream I’ve had in New York
Read this if you are the owner. I rarely leave negative reviews. The ice cream is good, but not amazing. This place is definitely hyped. The big burly bearded guy operating the cash register didn’t tell us the whipped cream, drizzle, and crunch was included. (It’s my fault for not noticing, but the cashier should have offered) Cashier looked miserable. The look on his face radiated, “Next!” Poor customer service. Do better. Most employees were just standing around doing nothing. Our order was also skipped by 2 separate guest behind us. Most staff members looked confused and idling around. No seating available, but that’s not an issue. However, customer service needs to be improved.
