Very busy drive thru but moves quickly. Efficient and friendly staff. Beautiful inside. Got to be one of the cooler interior designs I've seen. Drinks are excellent as always.

It was my daughters birthday they refused her drink w not enough points. I sent her w money to just pay said the server was rude to them and the place is small and uninviting i womt be going back to that location.

Pretty standard Starbucks. The drive-thru is notoriously sloth-like and you can be waiting in line for up to 20 minutes even outside of peak hours.

This Starbucks in Abilene is the slowest in the area. They often get drinks wrong. The staff is generally doing their job, but there’s nothing exceptional about their communication or courtesy. If you’re short on time, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I ordered my coffee on the app and waited in the drive through for over twenty minutes with only three cars in front of me. Didn’t even look like they ordered much either. When I got my coffee the cold foam was all at the bottom with a pile of caramel. I kindly asked, but they said it was there.. I ordered it in the parking lot before entering the drive through so I did not let it sit. I also ordered a chocolate croissant and it was ice cold. I have bad knees so I can’t walk inside and the drive through will take long again. Very upset, because I’m on a tight budget and I thought I would treat myself today.

Ordered a peach green tea lemonade with light ice. Plum full of ice. Only actually got a few sips of my drink itself, the rest was ice. It’s not the first time at this location, and even when I ask for it light, I still get this.

I am a Pacific Northwest girl born and raised on Starbucks coffee… if I could give a zero stars for this location, I would! It was the worst coffee I have ever been served from any coffee shop. I had to wait over 15 minutes to receive my order when there was not a single person in front of me and there was only one other customer inside and three employees that I could see. I knew when the gentleman was confused by my Venti hot blonde roast vanilla latte order that I probably wasn’t gonna get it correct. After an extended wait time, and not once did someone come to the window and say I’m sorry it’s gonna be a little bit longer than expected, of course my coffee tasted like water with a hint of espresso and that’s being generous. Literally taste like water.

Update: Reply to owner: I have no additional details but if you'd like to share additional details of a valid reason you were closed 2 hours before the posted close time I'd be happy to hear them. Please respond at this link. :/ This place is not open till 10:30 like it says on Google. Went there at 8:40 and a hand written sign was on the door. "closed. sorry for the inconvenience " please update your hours. wasted a trip over here thinking you were open

I had a mobile order and I still had to wait for my drinks. I ordered a Triple espresso with milk. In the middle of the barista making my drink I asked her if she could had a bit more milk. Which I figured was no issue and I didn’t mind paying extra if I had to. It was the perfect time since she was still working on it. I was disregarded rudely by the barista with a “NO!”. I have never had an issue with this location until now.

Slowest service and customers are backed up bad, watching multiple orders being addressed for being incorrect.

This rude unprofessional girl refused to take my order this morning at 5:05 am because I waited at order box and no one would talk or respond so I pulled forward and still waited five minutes why they were in the store messing around and then said she will not take my order unless I’m at the box. I spend ten bucks every morning with Starbucks and I promise I will never go to another one of your establishments after the way your employees treated me and wasted my time.

Stood at the counter for 10 minutes. Workers didn’t ask to take my order or even acknowledge my presence with a I’ll be with you in a bit or anything.

DO NOT go to this location. Avoid it at all costs. An employee named Kaylee literally stole money from my debit card instead of issuing a refund. Also according to this same employee, this location makes up their own policies completely unaligned with every other Starbucks on the planet just so she does not have to do her job. It is sad that Starbucks allows thieves and humans completely devoid of any decency to work in their shops. Thanks to this experience I will likely never return to any Starbucks at any location.

Drive thru took 15 minutes to get two chias. Kurt had an issue with me asking for two extra cups plus had the wrong lids and also then I asked for napkins they were out

Been sitting here ONLY PERSON IN LINE INSIDE AND OUT we’re waiting on 2 simple drinks. There’s 4 workers in there coming in and out the back. Extremely unsatisfied.. still waiting on my drink btw (I’m a barista myself it’s not rocket science)
