Well, I went a second time to see if I had any luck getting good service the first time (I wanted to check some reviews). Just like the first time, this time was the same. The service is good, they're polite, and they don't give you any hesitation. It's true, they ask for a tip (which is OPTIONAL). They don't force you to; they just ask if you want to leave a tip. I opted for the first option (which is only 10 pesos), and their service is the same: they're polite. I've only tried Sonora Grills (I 100% recommend it, it's DELICIOUS). I don't know how good the burgers are. The atmosphere is bad because they're in the dining areas of the plaza, so there's a lot of noise, dirty tables from customers who aren't capable of cleaning up after their food... But as I mentioned, it's the plaza's fault (specifically, dirty people), not the establishments, so there's no need to require them to clean something that isn't part of their job and/or establishment. Anyway, I don't know if I've been lucky, but the service I've always received has been good. P.S. I love the Sonora Grills dish, it's the best 🗣️❗❗❗

The burgers were nothing like the ones at the Xalapa location. They were freezing cold, the ingredients were substandard, and the wait staff were unfriendly. The tables were incredibly dirty, and no one cleaned them.

The staff is more engrossed in their cell phones than in providing good service; it seems like they're bothered by it. I asked them to clean my table and they did it with a terrible attitude. I thanked them and they didn't respond. They don't smile or say good afternoon. Terrible service.

Here at the Brooklyn location in Plaza Américas Veracruz When ordering mini burgers For delivery to eat in, instead of three burgers, there were only two. When we pointed this out to the employee, she replied that they weren't part of a combo and showed us that two mini burgers cost the same, which we felt was a real rip-off. The table we were assigned hadn't been cleaned. This is nothing like the Brooklyn branch located across from Costco!

They gave me tiny pieces of boneless chicken. They had no flavor at all. I don't recommend them at all. The potato wedges were just as awful.

Terrible service. I requested an invoice for my usage, but they never generated it. Whenever I called to ask about it, they gave me the runaround and pretended they had it, but it was never generated. They're just lying to avoid paying taxes.

The truth is, I never take the time to leave a review. I was a customer since 2019, before the pandemic, and I recommended the restaurant. We ordered boneless wings yesterday, and they were truly awful. The sauce was terrible, the chicken was inedible, it even stank. It pains me to say it, but Bachoco's were better than those abominations. I doubt I'll ever order again, let alone go and get angry.

This is the second time this week that I've eaten at the Plaza Americas branch. Both times, the lady who serves me has given me more than terrible service. It should be noted that I am a customer of the Siding branch. When it was my turn to order, she rudely said to me, "What do you want?" The lady was more focused on her cell phone than taking my order. When they handed me the order, I asked for chilies and salsa, and she almost threw them at me. My wife had commented on this lady's attitude on previous occasions. It's a shame that such a good product tarnishes its image with such bad workers.

The customer service was TERRIBLE. It feels like you're asking for free things and they never give you a good answer. It was truly horrible. The lady was never friendly or helpful, even though we always spoke to her politely. The food was HORRIBLE. The meat was too big and, worst of all, DRY. The bun fell apart the moment you started eating the burger. If you ate the meat alone, it was very sour, as if it had been lemony. In conclusion, DO NOT come here unless you want to see ugly faces and eat ugly things.

A day ago I went with companions, we asked for a promotion and they served us very badly, we had to approach and ask why they had made us wait almost an hour for only two hamburgers and fries, they asked us for a tip and when they gave it to us one of the hamburgers was already cold and dry, very bad service
