Stopped coming years ago due to bad service. Since returning last month, I have become a regular again. The food was great-upgraded menu, hot, and fresh. The service was improved as well. Craig, and the server with the bright eyes provided amazing service!

Brooke was our server, and she was the best! Will definitely come back to see her.

Visiting the area on a business trip and dropped in for a quick dinner. The filet mignon was tender and the siracha sauce on the brussel sprouts was so good! Our waiter was very friendly and brought our food out quickly.

7/30/22: This was our first time here and we had a great time! We decided to sit in the bar area. Terre was our hostess and she was great the whole time we were there. Isaiah, was the bartender and he made some really good drinks. Terre was very friendly and was patient with our questions regarding food items and drinks. My fiancée had a Watermelon Mojito and I had a beer flight for starters. We then shared a loaded nachos with chicken, which was huge! We had a second round of drinks and I went with a draft "Light Switch", which was one of the beers in my flight. We had a great couples night and Terre and Isaiah made us feel comfortable and valued. We were pleasantly surprised that a military discount was offered. We met with Elvis, the manager, and expressed our appreciation for Terre and Isaiah. We'll definitely return to this location!

First time eating here. Food was amazing and atmosphere was relaxing. Evan, my waiter, was outstanding. He answered any questions I had about the menu items, his attention to detail, his demeanor, everything about him made my first visit worth bragging about.

This restaurant in Addison is a good one to visit. They have a great variety of drink and food options. The food I had was great. I’ve been twice in the last month -ish. I really loved their pizza. The staff was friendly too. They have tons of screens too if you want to come to watch sports.

Dining at BJ's Brewhouse was a flavor-filled journey. The expertly seared fillet was a highlight, paired with a bed of aromatic spiced rice. The fresh, crisp cucumbers, the rich guacamole, and the zesty pico de gallo each played their part in creating a delightful symphony of tastes. The pickled onions provided an excellent tangy contrast that elevated the dish further. It's clear that quality ingredients and skilled preparation are at the heart of their kitchen. Polished off with a gluten-free Pazookie.

Food was delicious! I got the ribeye with white cheddar mashed potatoes and asparagus. The beer is always good. Our server Teresa was very friendly and attentive. Came by several times to check us, but not too much, perfect amount. I also forgot my receipt, and the manager Ricky (I think?) helped me track it down the next day and emailed it to me. That whole process took less then 10 minutes. I never have a problem with the food at BJs, but the staff at this location was great!

It's the time of the year when I visit BJ's mainly for this seasonal beer they have. Overall experience was excellent. Our server was kind and attentive even with sitting in the bar area. Love the clam chowder in a bread bowl. Carb heaven. Food came out quick and hot. It's a bit pricey for what you get. But luckily the service and ambience make up for that.

A restaurant with great hustling and bustling atmosphere, lots of TV running different sport events. We were there when Germany lost to SK. Food tastes great, esp. the classic tacos, AMAZING, highly recommend it. Great staff, great customer service, we even got the desert(last pic) on the house. Thanks again!

It's a lovely place at Addison. Prices were very cheap, basically pocket friendly. Interiors were upmarket. It had moderate crowd. I loved the interiors. Waiting stuff was very very nice. She was very helpful and kind. They have excelled service delivery time. So the drinks took came quickly right after we placed order and food came within 10 minutes. Food was really fresh Nd had large quantity. We wanted to try out more options but we were full so could not. I will certainly visit again to try out other stuff of the menu.

Our group of 12 had a great service and everyone was thrilled on the selection of the meals. The food was hot, arrived all together and was so delicious. The manager Richie was great.

Jaaziah provided outstanding service. The food was delicious and served hot. Despite managing multiple tables, she remained attentive and efficient. Drinks were prepared perfectly, and the overall experience was excellent. We truly enjoyed our visit and appreciate her professionalism. Cyani, the Assistant Manager, personally visited our table and engaged in warm, genuine conversation with my sister and me. When I requested to-go items, she didn’t delegate the task—she returned herself with everything we needed. That level of service stood out. Overall, the experience was excellent. For my first time in Dallas, this visit left a great impression. Welcoming atmosphere, attentive staff, and I will definitely visit again.

Leaving these 5 stars for Chris our server last night. After a night out at the Netflix House for my wife’s birthday we stopped in BJs for a quick bite and some drinks. The manager seated us and immediately told us “we are not a shot bar” we all looked at each other like Okayy? We were thrown off and didn’t know why he decided to tell us that until we tried to order a “Vegas Bomb” and here came the manager stomping over to let us know “we are not a shot bar” okay we didn’t want to confuse any bartenders and have the drink come out wrong totally fine. As we were starting to feel a little profiled, Chris turned the experience full circle into a great time. We all shared laughs together and he remained professional the whole time, a true testament to his character and personality. If you go there, ask for him..he will take good care of you!!

Today I went to grab some lunch at BJ's. I was seated right away and ordered my drink. A considerable amount of time passed as I waited to put in my food order. After waiting some time to place my order and feeling forgotten about. I decided to head out and just pay for my coke. I was stopped by a server who said please let me grab my manager so you can talk to them, I really want you to be able to eat here. (I did not ask for anything free of charge) The manager came out and offered me a complimentary meal and personally took my food order and even gave me an appetizer as well. She was very nice, calm and all about solving the problem. A great communicator as well! I have been eating out in the Dallas Metroplex for over four years and never have I had such FANTASTIC customer service! they solved the problem promptly and made it a priority to get my meal served! As a staff they were so kind and explained everything and made me feel very welcome! I will be going back ! This is a place that cares about getting it right! We never ran out of drinks and got our food so fast. The Fried Couscous Mac & Cheese balls are AMAZING. Then we had the Monkie Bread Pizookie and the Monkey bread Pizookie. We will definitely be coming back soon.

It has been many years since I was last at a BJ's. I believe I was on vacation in Temecula, California that summer in 2014 and fondly recall the delicious Pizookies and the Mediterranean Mini Pita Chicken Tacos. Upon entering, we were warmly greeted by Quaylan who handed us menus and seated us at a booth. Aaron was our kind and attentive server who ensured we had everything we needed during our meal. On this night, 12/9/2024, I was dining with my Mom and childhood BFF of over 30 years - we go way back. Mom and I each ordered an unsweetened tea, and my friend just had water since her tooth was bothering her. I ordered the same thing I ordered that night in California in addition to a starter salad. The tomato, mozzarella, and arugula worked quite well together; it struck the perfect balance of flavor with the contrast of the balsamic vinegar. The Mediterranean Mini Pita Chicken Tacos were exactly as I remembered them. The texture of the vegetables and the softness of the pita bread was perfect. I plowed right through both dishes and decided to take a mini pizookie to go. My Mom also ordered a starter salad. My friend ordered the chicken and pasta and although she said she liked the chicken, she mentioned she wasn't too crazy about the pasta. Maybe she just ordered the wrong thing. Food, Service, and Ambiance were all on point. Overall, we enjoyed our meal and I would certainly return for a future visit to try different Menu items.

Traveling through and BJ's was recommended. I can see why. We had the thin cut pizza (like cracker thin - awesome) and the dry rub wings. Those wings may be the best wings I've ever had - slow roasted and seasoned. Service and the atmosphere were perfect. Would definitely return!

We were immediately seated unpon arriving. We got our drinks fast and order placed. I ordered the kids Mac and cheese with my fruit for my daughter. I ordered pork chop meal, I got chili for appetizer, roasted mashed and roasted vegetables. The roasted vegetables were mainly mushrooms and im allergic so I gave it to my mom. Overall food was 8/10. Strawberry lemonade was 10/10. Its nice inside with a lot of screens. We were able to watch the cowboys game.

Margherita Pizza could have been better. But it was a good time. And I love the fact that they have a great variety on their menu.

This place is lovely. The happy hour is amazing here! I have always had pretty good experiences at this location. Recently, a friend and I went for the Thursday special. You can get a half rack of ribs or a tri-tip steak with 2 sides AND a pazookie for $15! Both are sooooo good! And don’t forget $5 u call its all day on Thursdays as well. The last time we were there, service was slow and they cut off food orders early because some of the cooks walked out apparently. Our server was nice and accommodating. She recommended the strawberry shortcake pazookie and it is now my new favorite!

One of best place to hang out with friends and if you really into beer they have really really nice inhouse crafter beer. We have tried around 3-4 of them and man they were great. The ambience is really cool, they have multiple option for sitting as for tables, booth and you can also sit over bar. It was i guess second time we have visited here with friends and this time with all my gang. First we were warmly welcomed by server who really sweet to give really nice booth. Though Saturday night was quiet a busy night but she was able to give me best seat. The food here as well quiet nice. We have tried nachos, spinach mushrooms, chicken wings, pasta, chicken pot stickers which by the way was awesome and it's been a while that we have pot stickers so good. Server was patiently listen to our needs as few of us are vegetarian and he gives nice suggestions. Also we went with his beer suggestions and we glad we took that. Although we just had appetizer but it was filling, we never get a chance to go for entre😂😂 We will definitely gonna come with friends again and gonna have gun too.

I've eaten at a couple BJ's and they never seem to disappoint. The food was good so was the service. We had a large party which they seated right away. It was friendly quick service. I would recommend them to anyone. Come in have some food and a beer.

I placed a takeout order online through their APP. When I arrived, they didn't have a record of my order. They called the manager over, and the manager resolved the issue immediately. He was very proactive, polite, and offered an upgraded dessert for the inconvenience. I thought the situation was handled really well by the manager.

Hostess stand let me stand there while they chatted about personal matters and didn’t say goodbye. Food was fine, but dessert was forgotten about. It was not busy when I went so this was not due to a full section. A bit better customer experience would be nice.

we ordered from bj's after a friends recommendation - ordered potstickers, crispy jalapeno burger and parmesan crusted chicken along with their famous Triple chocolate pizzokie. Yummy food - would love to dine in as well to have it fresh.

I came here for lunch on a weekday with my colleagues (about 12 of us). There weren’t many people there for lunch, but from what I could tell we were the largest group there. They quickly found some tables for our group since we didn’t have a reservation. We found out later on that it was our server’s first day working there. He was very patient with our orders and was quick to put those orders in. He also explained the lunch specials and provided his own experiences of the food here. I ended up ordering an Enlightened Mediterranean Chicken Bowl and shared a Salted Caramel Pizookie with a colleague. The Bowl itself was small and a lunch size. I was a little hungry but the portions of the protein to carbs were appropriate. The Pizookie was very sweet and neither I nor my colleague were able to finish the dessert.

Tried BJ’s for the first time - pretty good. I think they are very proud of their alcohol/beer selection, but since I don’t drink alcohol, I did the next best thing - tried their homemade root beer! Good. Food was good, too. Appetizer of loaded nachos was ok, my jambalaya with chicken, sausage, shrimp and fish was excellent and my friend said his burger was also excellent. Place on Beltline is huge, good food, good service, little pricey for me, but it’s normal for restaurants today - so no complaints. All in all, a good place to get some good food.

Came on a Saturday night. Wasn't too busy but still had slow service. Food was good and the famous pazooki was amazing. Food came out at separate times and rarely saw the waitress. I'll come try the other food on the menu since it all looked great, but I'll just give myself more time to not rush.

Friends and I ate lunch here today. Renee and I got the full slab of baby back BBQ ribs. Renee ordered asparagus and onion rings for her sides. She sent the asparagus back because it was over cooked. I got broccoli and fries and Renee got broccoli. We enjoyed everything very much. The ribs were succulent and tender. The sauce was very good. Betty Jo and Priscilla had the salad with chicken. We forgot to order beverages so we just had water. Trent, our server, was very courteous and attentive. We were there almost four hours. No one rushed us or tried to get us to leave. We had a great time.

7-18-24: During our visit tonight to BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse, my wife and I had an enjoyable experience, although the service was a bit slow. 🕰️ We shared the Parmesan Crusted Chicken with their famous lemon sauce, which was deliciously flavorful and cooked to perfection. 🍗🍋 For drinks, I opted for the orange crème in-house soda, which was refreshingly sweet, while my wife enjoyed the house root beer, which had a nice, rich flavor. 🍹🍺 For dessert, we indulged in their pazookies. My wife had the White Macadamia Pazookie, which was a delightful combination of white chocolate and macadamia nuts, while I savored the Strawberry Shortcake Pazookie, a perfect balance of sweetness and freshness. 🍪🍓 Overall, despite the slow service, the quality of the food and beverages made our visit worthwhile. 👍 We'll definitely be back to try more of their offerings. 😊

Ordered the ribeye with mashed potatoes and broccoli. Decided to try the chocolate chip pizookie. The steak was cooked to my liking, as were the sides. My pizookie looks like it fell on the floor first! (SIGH!)

Food and drinks was good. Please switch out your urinals. This isn't the 1990s. I don't want to step in pee or get splash back.

The food was delicious, and for a large party of 7 everyone's order was correct. The only issue I had was with our server and his lack of attention to us. We had to wait several minutes for refills and to-go containers. If I could I would give this place 3 and half stars.

I would describe it overall as average and overpriced. The menu has plentiful options, and there is lots of seating so it would be good with a picky crowd. Otherwise, you’re going to get either the same quality meal at half the price or a way higher quality meal at the same price elsewhere. The quality and quantity of food just doesn’t hit the price point. But it’s not bad at all. I will say I LOVED (again not for the price) the seasonal tipsy snowman cocktail we tried!

This location had easy parking. 19 beers on tap. The portion sizes are small. Meal prices are from 11$-30+ A large space and large outdoor eating and event space. Family friendly. Bathrooms need more attention. Staff is attentive to needs. Always greeted and checked upon by staff. Water tastes crisp. The pipes are well maintained.

Subject: Disappointing Service and Food Quality at BJ's To the BJ's team, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent dining experience on [Date]. I have been a loyal customer for some time and have always appreciated the excellent service and food quality I've come to expect. However, my visit tonight fell significantly short of these standards. My party was seated in an area served by a waitress who appeared disengaged and put out. While I understand that everyone can have an off night, her lack of attentiveness was a major factor in our poor experience. The issues we encountered included: Negligent Service: After taking our initial order, our waitress was absent from our area. There was a long delay in receiving our drinks, and she failed to check on us again during our meal. Manager Intervention and Cold Food: A manager, Richard, ultimately had to bring our food out to the table. Upon arrival, the food was cold, which was unacceptable. Further Service Lapses: I had to go to the bar to request a beer I had previously asked Manager Richard for. This additional effort was frustrating and highlighted the complete lapse in service. I am providing this feedback because I know this is not a reflection of the great customer service that BJ's is capable of. I have had many wonderful experiences here in the past, and I hope this feedback can serve as a tool for improvement. I trust that these issues will be addressed with the team so that future guests can enjoy the quality dining experience they deserve.

Food was ok. Nothing really stood out flavor wise. I had the Chicken Parmigana Pasta. However, I loved the Lucky Ducky drink. It isn’t too strong but tastes good. It comes in a little bathtub with a duck. A fun drink for sure.

It was just kinda bad. We walked in and no one was there to seat us. The manager rushed by with other orders and said he would be with us shortly. He never came back. A waitress that’s was probably new came by and looked confused so she asked someone else. The other waitress was rude but sat us down near the bar. Mind you, we weren’t drinking that night and some of us were not 21. At our seats, the server came by and got our orders. He was polite but things went downhill from here. After the food and water got to us, we were not checked on at all. We ran out of water and just sat waiting for our waiter to notice us. Then I had to wave him down to get the check and other things. The food was not bad. The fried Mac n cheese balls were ok. Didn’t have enough flavor. The nachos were a large portion and pretty good but made me feel a little nauseous after. The pizookie wasn’t bad but some of them were a little too sweet. I just expected more and I was very disappointed.

My friend and I visited BJs in Addison to celebrate New Year's Day and ordered the prime rib weekend special dinner and the meat was so overloaded with black peppercorns that I couldn't taste anything but black pepper! My meat tasted like black peppercorns, my chili tasted like black peppercorns, my salad tasted like black peppercorns, and even my ice water tasted like black peppercorns! I tried to use some barbecue sauce on it but it made it taste even worse! For a $30 meal per person, we were thoroughly disappointed! I ordered my steak medium rare and it came out rare. My friend ordered his prime rib steak well done and he received his almost done. He didn't want any pink in his meat so they recooked his steak a little longer and it still came back not well done! They got his order wrong twice. This was an expensive mistake and I had to talk to the manager to get this removed from my bill. I had it replaced with a cheaper fried chicken sandwich that I took to go home and was allowed to keep my side dishes for free from the other meal. I'm glad the manager was willing to work with me on this and the sandwich tasted much better with half the cost of the steak. I was disappointed to hear that he couldn't redo the steak without the peppercorns in the crust because he claimed it was marinated that way and they wouldn't cook the meat without the highly peppered crust. I tried to scrape the huge amount of peppercorns off the meat with my fork. It was as if an entire can of black pepper had been dumped on the meat and cooked on the grill that way. There was way too much peppercorns on the steak to make it worth $30 to ruin the flavor of everything else the meal came with. I won't be ordering that dish again! I don't know for sure if it's the Addison location or what but I never had this problem at the Lewisville BJs location. Also my friend and I got sick from the restaurant for an entire week with flu like symptoms and I had to painfully struggle to work for the next 2 weeks. This could've been so much better but at least I had chicken as a consolation prize. My friend was unable to eat the undercooked steak so we took or leftover sides, pizookies, and replacement chicken sandwich with fries and left.

I’m not sure what was going on but services was really bad. I’m hoping it was just that they were short staffed or our server was overworked (he was friendly, however!). Our server took most of the group’s orders but almost forgot to take mine and my husband’s (he walked away then turned around and said oops!). Apps arrived quickly and were really good (flatbread pizza and mac and cheese balls). But that’s really the only good thing about service that evening. Three of the group’s meals weren’t brought out for about another 20 minutes after everyone else’s arrived. I actually had to ask a second time where the food was because our server was just absent and it seemed like he forgot some food wasn’t brought out. When my husband’s prime rib was finally brought out they had forgotten to put the sauce in the container that was on the plate but empty. The potatoes were cold and the prime rib looked raw. The prime rib was also cold, fat unrendered, and looked like the plate had been forgotten about in the kitchen. My drink was refilled once the entire 2+ hours we were there (we were there that long because much of the service took so long). It took over 20 minutes to get to-go boxes. Our checks were in disarray and took another 15ish minutes to get those to us. Finally, we got pazookies to go (two) and a different server brought two to our table, set one down, discovered he brought them to the wrong table, picked them up and took them to the correct table. It probably took about 15 minutes to get both pazookies. I’ve been to other BJ’s locations and didn’t have any issues so I’d like to think this was just a bad night but unfortunately doesn’t change that we won’t be returning to this location.

From the start was frustrating. Took a bit for someone to acknowledge us. Then it took a while for the waitress to ask for our drinks, which by then we just ordered our food as well all at once. Then the next couple who sat in the booth next to us made a big scene because it too a while for the waitress to acknowledge them as well but the lady was just awful to the waitress and she handled it so well. We then get our salads, and they are drenched in dressing, and a lot of the leafs were brown/black. It's just not fresh at all. When we get our food it looked presentable but the shrimp scampi I got was so greasy/oily the my bread soaked up so much of it and was soggy while my husband's was hard, burnt, and old. It was not a sauce at all. They also put it on regular spaghetti pasta instead of capellini or any other type of pasta, but this isn't an Italian restaurant, so I can't be too disappointed in that. The $13/14 regular margarita is definitely not worth it. Taste like $2 happy hour one from Taco Cabana. The restrooms were absolutely filthy, and 2 workers came in and didn't wash their hands 😑 Overall, it is definitely not worth the $100 (c/tip) for two people. I'm very disappointed.

DO NOT order a to go from here!! They will not give you the correct portion size! I have eatin at BJ's coutless times and my favorite meal to get is usually the Jumbo Spaghetti and Meatballs. I have eatin this from this exact location countless times and loved it, I would go home with enough for another meal. I decided to order to go this time and I get home with a kids meal size! I was highly disappointed because I know how great this could have been.

Came here with a group of 9 for dinner. Service was lacking, as I felt we were barely attended to, and our entres came out at different times. The food was not good and definitely not worth the price. Not even their dessert “pizookie” was redeemable as it was overcooked bordering burnt.

First they had my order wrong via door dash bjs put someone else’s order in my bag. Called them said they’d fix , I went up there got my new order and got to my car realized something else was still missing went back in they resolved. Finally got back home to eat and the fettuccine Alfredo WAS HORRIFIC! Literally the worst I have ever tasted, super oily and had chunky pieces throughout did not taste fresh tasted like old spoiled milk very concerning texture. Maybe it was an off night but I have an issue with consistency, I will not be back. Sucks because generally bjs is pretty decent. But I hate playing roulette with expensive food.

My burger from BJ’s … i’m not gonna add any more words to this but this picture speaks for itself for God sake i paid $24 for this one all in all!if i may add this isn’t the first time i had overcooked my burgers but I’m done with that establishment. The worst part is when i went i make complaints the manager doesn’t seem to care about the service. Rhea fist thing he ask me is if i need a refund …. Zero accountability or care for quality service. I wouldn’t recommended it!

The African American women hostess was very rude didn’t speak when we got in and was very rude and almost didn’t sit us. She needs to be talked to or something

My wife and I love BJs so we came to this location on the way home from church last Sunday. Right off the bat we were not greeted or asked how many people, just a stare until we spoke up. Once sat, we were served by the bar tender who had zero manner and I gave me the feeling that he didn’t like us right off the bat. Not sure if this was due to our race or anything but it made us super uncomfortable. I never stiff servers, but I did this time that’s how bad the service was. I submitted a review saying basically what I’m saying now and got a call from the GM Eric Peterson the day after. He asked what happened and offered his apologies but no remedy or any way to try to get us back in. Will not be coming back to this location again and I wouldn’t recommend anyone does.

So disappointed in the new pizza recipe. Daughter was home from college and wanted to come to BJ’s to taste her favorite, and was bummed to bite into something that was nothing like what she grew up with. The new dense dough is too heavy. The cheese was rubbery. Really gross. Please change it back.

Order food from here. Although staff was nice on remaking kids' pasta after wasted. There was hair in my salad that is not mine. I was very disgusted after I ate the salad and saw it in the dressing at the end 😞

Walked in here & there was dirty plates all over the tables, bathroom was a MESS. Only one working [dirty] stall. my boyfriend’s menu was missing a whole page!!! AND the menus were GRIMEY. Apologies to our server who we walked out on (we didn’t even order yet) but i would not trust any food, seeing the state of the dining room & restroom, i don’t even want to imagine the potential health hazards in the kitchen.

Today was my first time coming to this restaurant. I spent over $60 on a take out order, only for items to be missing from it. Iam extremely upset because I spent my hard earned money here and these people didn't care enough to make sure my order was complete. I will NEVER visit this establishment again. The food I did receive tasted bland and it reminded me of cafeteria food at a hospital. I don't recommend!

They went down with the quality of food . Food taste so bad .chicken with no taste at all looks like frozen, broccoli dry looks like been there for almost two weeks yellow color .

Lucille was our server! And she was the worst as soon as the host got us seated and told her that we were in her section she was irritated. She did not come check us at all! She didn’t give us straws or even necessary items to eat our food. She had no manners at all and she was rushing us. We had to ask other employees for things we needed because she was nowhere to be found. 0/10 will not be going there! First time we had such bad service!

Start to finish, our experience was disappointing. We first asked the cocktail server if we could sit outside. His facial expression suggested annoyance, and when we inquired about happy hour, he appeared even more bothered. He later returned to inform us that he was leaving for the evening and another server would take over. At no point did he ask if we wanted to close out with him, which would have been more considerate. Overall, his demeanor felt unpleasant, so we let it go. Our next server took quite a while to reach us. He was clearly busy with other tables, but at least his attitude was more positive than the first server’s. Unfortunately, he was so busy that we never had the chance to order dinner due to the long delays. We decided to order another round of drinks before closing out, which turned out to be a mistake. The wait was excessive. I eventually had to approach the bartender to ask if our drinks were ready. He replied that the drinks had been sitting for some time. I could see them on the server’s tray, but by the time they reached us, they were watered down with only a few melted ice cubes. One of my friends even returned his drink. At that point, we chose to leave and dine elsewhere, realizing that we were not being taken seriously or given attentive service. When the checks arrived, they did not reflect happy hour pricing, and the server didn’t ask how we wanted the bills split. Once again, it took a long time for him to make corrections. Adding to the confusion, the first server who claimed he was leaving was still present when I saw him at the bar. It gave the impression that he may not have wanted to serve us or expected we wouldn’t tip. Despite the slow and poor service, we still tipped. This was our first and last visit to this location.

Sat at table 805 on 10/24/25. Server was not friendly, seemed to be in a hurry when we were trying to order drinks and food. Had a couple starters, then I ordered a soup/salad combo. Awkwardly, the server had to come back and get my order again as he hadn't sent it in yet and forgot the order. Then, the mozzarella tomato salad came out.. it was basically tossed on the table and he ran away. Waited and waited for the chili to arrive. Finally had to go the front desk and asked the hostess to send a manager over to our table. We paid our bill and left, including the chili left untouched on the table (finally arrived). Would have liked a togo container, but we had to leave. It's one thing for the server to be busy, but where is the manager? We never saw her in the cocktail area, with the exception of her running drinks to a table in the dining room. Staff looked confused. Bartender looked bored. Won't be back, as we had to pay for food we didn't have time to enjoy and overall left feeling like unwanted pests.

Beware! Was my favorite restaurant for a long time until they poisoned me on Valentine's Day. Had salmon and baked potato, simple, an hour after eating as soon as I got home had diarrhea a lot of stomach pain for 2 days had diarrhea and stomach pain.... horrible. BJ's lost my vote. You may be lucky or occasionally they will poison you. So disappointed!

Visited my neighborhood BJ’s tonight expecting the great service I’m used to, but this experience was absolutely unacceptable. After being seated, it took 25 minutes before the waitress took our drink order (we didn’t even get waters), despite it being a slow night. Our waitress, a Black female who handled the bar area, briefly dropped off straws before prioritizing two other tables that had already been accommodated while we sat waiting. When I finally addressed the issue by walking to the host stand and asking them to grab a manager, at this moment, 35 Min after being in this establishment, our alcoholic drinks were coming to our table. I spoke to a Latina female manager, and her response was dismissive—simply stating that the waitress had “dropped the ball.” No attempt to correct the situation or make it right. Sad part is we got there before 9 and had to go to Yard House because they were one of the only restaurants open in the Addison area till 12. If I were in management and truly cared about customer satisfaction and the reputation of this restaurant, in this awesome community, I would be sending secret shoppers immediately to see what changes need to be done. It would suck to get another bad experience on a busy summer night when the restaurant is at capacity. BJ’s has always been a reliable spot, but this level of neglect, poor service, and lack of accountability is unacceptable. If this is the new standard, I won’t be back.

Food looked delicious but the taste wasn't there.. chips where old the spinach dip tasted horrible 😫 salt & pepper shakers wasn't cleaned so nothing wasn't coming out of em.. nice place just need a few touches to complete the great service

I decided to come try dinner and a pizookie after not having been for ~10 years. Big mistake. I was seated immediately, order was taken after about 10 minutes and then I waited 30 minutes for a single dinner. After the thirty minutes I got up and requested my check to pay for my drink, the only thing I had received. Paying was a hassle as it took a while to do that even though they were not busy. I was looking forward to giving them another try after so long, but I would not return nor recommend anyone visit.

The restaurant refused to give me my takeout order, which I had already paid for. I told them my name and what I ordered, but for some reason, they insisted on seeing a confirmation on my phone, something they’ve never asked for in my many previous orders. It was incredibly embarrassing to be treated like I was trying to steal someone else’s food. I eventually asked the manager (Richie) to cancel the order and give me a receipt. But when I got home, I realized he had given me a receipt that wasn’t even mine, and the order was never canceled or refunded. I can’t help but feel like I wasn’t treated like a valued, paying customer, maybe because I don’t have the “right” skin color to some of your employees.

Alesha answered the phone very unprofessionally. I was told that “ I am just a hostess, I’ll transfer you to To Go they are in charge of finances! First and foremost, my concern was in regards to a different location. If I was addressed properly it could have been determine before the Manager was placed on the call.

The only reason the food and service get any star is because I can’t leave them blank. The service was terrible. The food was bland and waaaay undercooked with too much sauce to try and fade out the disgustingness. Didn’t work though. I’ve never had such horrible chicken Alfredo in my life. My son loves it and will probably never want to eat any ever again after having some of mine. The only good thing was the desert that took 30minutes to come out. A cookie and scoop of ice cream. Pretty hard to mess that up.im honestly surprised our server didn’t find a way though. I’ll never be back.

Craig is the worse server i’ve ever had. He was dry, did not offer refill, we had to ask. He tried to walk away after every sentence instead of waiting until we were done. No help on the menu for my first timer friend. At the end of the dinner, He comes back and goes “$5 tip? i have rent to pay. That doesnt pay my rent.” we chuckle at the audacity of this rude comment and he goes “Oh thats funny to you??” as if he was about to jump on us or something. This interaction was so unhinged, the table next to us got up and left. like .. im so bewildered by this server. This is my favorite restaurant and I would hate to have an ungrateful man that seems to be in his late 60s try to pull more than he deserves. - LUCKILY, the manager came and saved the day but Craig needs to be handled. I refuse to come back until he is gone.

Our server was so rude! We went there almost closing time at like 11:30 but we were gonna be really quick and only get the pizookie. We were greeted by the manager I believe, very nice sat us down. Then our server came I think his name was Craig i saw on the receipt. Didn’t even say hello no introduction, THREW the coasters on our table. (It was me and my siblings i guess he just assumed I wouldn’t tip) I work in the service industry I know exactly how it’s like it does not hurt to be nice. He brought us our waters not a single word spoken. While I was ordering I was so taken aback by his behavior I struggled ordering and he did not help!! Brought us our pizookies we were so nice to him not a word from him. Very Very horrible service i have never had such bad service. Usually I tip more especially when I only get dessert or cheaper food. But I couldn’t give that horrible service a single cent. And I wouldn’t even waste my time writing reviews like this. But that was just too horrible. Craig do better!

if you’re younger than 25 and wanting to dine here, this is your warning. our experience started off with us off the bat being asked if we were just here for pizookies, which yes we were, but who cares? does that change anything for you? i guess it did. we were given a dirty table, no silverware or napkins. our server took our order and was a little standoffish but not too bad. once we got our fries they were cold and stale. we asked for ice cream on the side and we got them melted. once we complained about the fries we got them back cold again and noticeably double dipped. once we asked for the manager to come to the table she came and said “ hi “ very abruptly and rude and once we told her about our issue she said “ we’ll take the fries off ur bill but not the ice cream because yall ate it “ . we then proceeded to explain that we didn’t want it taken off our tab we wanted our fresh fries then she said okay and took them and came back right away with actual fresh fries and walked away. i am appalled by how rude every person we interacted with was. i am disappointed with the staff at BJ’s and hope they do better in the future.
