This is possibly the best Starbucks I have ever been too. The starting is great. Plenty of chairs and a huge l shaped couch that has outlets installed near the floor. Lovely staff and of course great Starbucks coffee

I'll start with a compliment, everyone that works here has a really good attitude is very sweet. Now, My husband and I go through the drive-thru here on Saturdays and Sundays. For the past month every single time one of our two drinks has been wrong, missing something, or just terrible. Just this morning my husband got a vanilla latte and there was no vanilla in it it just tasted like watered down coffee and milk. My drink, the pumpkin spice latte. The cup was half empty or half full if you're optimistic. I'm not the type of person that will return my food or drink I just deal with it but I did feel compelled to at least make them aware of the mistakes they've been making lately.

Went through the drive thru. Picked up a nonfat mocha and grilled cheese. After leaving, i went to drink my mocha, and it was as cold as the whipped cream. When i came back, it was a "sorry" and pay for a new drink (existing was still full!) and prompt for tip !? I think I'm done with Starbucks

I went yesterday to starbucks around 12pm and whoever was working the drive thru the girl had a nasty attitude. She gave me the wrong drink and when i told her that was not mine she gave me attitude and said this is what you ordered when it clearly wasn’t

Why is it that I’m paying almost $8 for matcha but they can’t fill the cup all the way??? This is ridiculous. It looks like someone drank out of it already.

Such bad service. The refill policy enforcement here is absurd. They act like it comes out of their paycheck. So tired of mediocrity from Starbucks. As a former partner yall gotta do better. Come on.

After a year of being a loyal customer I was told unless I sat inside the store where the very loud obnoxious music is playing or took a seat out side in the pitch black patio area where at 5am it’s freezing and also 3 feet from the loud speaker of the drive through I would no longer be able to receive the standard refill I usually get I will no have to pay full price for another cup of coffee. I’ve been sitting in my SUV that I park right out in front of the store about ten feet from the front door where I could sit and enjoy peace and quiet read my morning news in private, I spend over $100 a month on my app at this place and while the front counter service isn’t always the best “usually by the one person who seems to be to busy never has a smile” I sometimes stand their like a statue waiting to get served let you figure out who I’m talking about won’t be hard tells me the owner says that this is the new policy so if the new owner doesn’t need the $1200 plus a year in my business or it was just bullshit and she just didn’t want to give me the refill I can get at every other Starbucks while sitting in my truck than see ya guess we are done with each other.
