Great ambiance, delicious food, and excellent service. We had Greek salad, sampler appetizer, lamb chops, and mixed grill with tabouli salad. The falafel and kibbeh are a must-have; the best I've had in the US. Had the Iraqi tea and Shabbaz tea. If you like herbal flavor, the Shabbaz tea is rich and awesome. 4 of us finished 3 pots of tea, it was that good! Our waiter was Islam, and he was perfect; he was attentive without being overbearing. He also made great recommendations.

Tried their sliders and they were great, specially the beef ones ( you can mix and match and get different sliders!) My first time at this establishment. They have a variety of Mediterranean foods, coffees, Teas and desserts. They do serve alcohol but we enjoyed the coffee this time. We walked in with a group of five around 10 PM on a busy Friday night, fully expecting a long wait. Instead, the staff had us seated within about five minutes. Already a surprise for us. From there, the service only got better. We ordered a mix of mocktails, appetizers, entrées, dessert, and hookah, planning to share everything. Without us even asking, the staff thought ahead and separated portions of the dishes so splitting the food at the table was effortless. It was a small detail, but it made the whole experience smoother and showed they actually pay attention to how people are dining. The atmosphere was incredible. lively, energetic, and welcoming without feeling chaotic. You could tell everyone there was having a great time, and the staff made that happen. The hookah service was top tier too. Coals were replaced regularly, sometimes before we even realized they needed it, so the session stayed perfect the whole time without us having to wait for service. And the moment that really stuck.. After we had already closed our check and were just hanging out at the table, a staff member came by and handed us complimentary bottled waters for the road. Completely unexpected, but exactly the kind of gesture that shows a place actually cares about its guests. We’ll definitely be back soon!

What a beautiful experience!!! From the pristine interior, the excellent service with Mohamed, to the spectacular food, your expectations will be exceeded. We had the sampler and the grape leaves are hand rolled and sprinkled with pomegranate seeds for a beautiful presentation. The falafel were light and airy, melted in your mouth. And perfectly paired with the understated hummus and bright tabouli. The kibbeh were spiced to leave your tastebuds needing another hit. And the baba ghanouj was just the right amount of smokey and tart. We also had the chefs plate and everything was perfectly spiced there as well. Amir visited our table and his hospitality made us feel like we were at home. I highly recommend coming to please your palate and finding a new place to become a regular.

Came here for lunch in the middle of the week. We were seated quickly, without any wait. The weather was amazing so we asked to be seated outside - which was a great choice. We ordered a hookah, which was brought out pretty quickly and was smooth and long-lasting. The fattoush salad with chicken was the perfect combination of tart and tasty. The chicken pieces with very flavorful and juicy, not dry at all. The smash burger was pretty huge and super hearty. And the mint tea at the end sealed the lunch deliciously.

We came out for a relaxing night and it couldn’t have been better. The Prestige Hookah was smooth, flavorful, and easily one of the best setups I’ve tried — I’ll be posting pictures because it looked as good as it smoked. I also had an affogato, a pistachio milkshake, and some ginger lime te. They were all excellent. The vibe on the patio was perfect: chill music, comfortable seating, and the heaters kept it nice and warm even after midnight. Big shout-out to Yazan, our server, who took great care of us all night. Super friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was spot on. Definitely ask for him by name when you go. If you’re looking for a laid-back spot with great hookah, good desserts, and a relaxing atmosphere, La Pasha is the place.

I came here with a large group for an event. Despite how large our group was and how busy the venue was, our orders came out pretty fast. The food was pretty good, the chicken was cooked perfectly and the pita had the perfect texture. The hookah was also pretty good, they definitely use a quality pipe , I do wish they had more options in terms of tobacco brands/flavors. My only complaint is that it is valet parking only which costs $8. Not sure why that is necessary. Overall I had a great experience and will be coming back.

An amazing experience at La Pasha. I had heard so much about their Houston location and was finally excited to try it in Addison. It has a high end restaurant vibe to it. We decided to sit outside, it was very chilly but they have heaters. We went there around 6, so were able to get a good table. A little later and there is such a huge line to even get inside on a weekend. We tried the lentil soup, falafel platter and beef kebabs. The music was fun too. I am a sucker for good crockery and was very impressed.

This has always been one of my favorite restaurants, so naturally, it was the first place I recommended to her. We arrived around 8–8:30 PM and were seated quickly outside, which was convenient since we were a large group of about 10 people, including kids. We started with hookah, but this time the experience was really disappointing. The hookah had to be remade three or four times, and it still wasn’t right. Sometimes it didn’t work properly, sometimes the flavor was completely off, and the first one wasn’t even balanced on the table — the ashes were blowing toward us the whole time. It was uncomfortable and took away from the atmosphere. When we ordered food, the wait was long, and throughout the evening, the service was the worst I’ve experienced at La Pasha. We had to call out to the servers several times just to get basic assistance, and no one seemed attentive or responsive. We paid around $396 in total for the group, but honestly, the overall experience did not reflect the quality and service La Pasha is known for. I’m sharing this only because La Pasha has always been my go-to spot — a place I’ve proudly recommended to friends and family for years. I truly hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving service consistency and customer attention. I’d really like to see La Pasha return to the amazing standard it once had.

Liked the place but could be better. Food - really good lamb chops. But rest was pretty average, rice were clumsy and sticky, chicken wings were fried and not flavorful. Atmosphere - too bright, should dim a little bit. Hookah is legit good. Service - very attentive.

I visited this restaurant during their Ramadan buffet, and while the food itself was good, the overall experience had several drawbacks. The buffet felt somewhat disorganized, especially during peak iftar time. There was no clear flow for guests, which led to crowding and confusion around the food stations. Parking was also very limited 😑, making arrival stressful and inconvenient. Another major issue was indoor smoking. During Ramadan, when families and groups are gathered to break their fast, the presence of smoke indoors was not ideal and noticeably affected the comfort of the dining area. It made it difficult to fully enjoy the atmosphere and the meal. On the positive side, the food was good. The buffet offered a decent variety, and most dishes were flavorful and well prepared. However, the pricing felt a bit high considering the overall experience. While the food quality was acceptable, the lack of organization, limited parking, and indoor smoking made it hard to feel that the price was fully justified. Overall, the Ramadan buffet has potential, but better crowd management, improved parking arrangements, and a smoke-free indoor environment would significantly enhance the experience for guests.

The atmosphere and vibe were amazing . The service was top notch as well, but the food was utter disappointment. We had the chicken and beef shawarma wrap which was one of the worst flavored shawarma one could have . We then ordered the kunaffa and low and behold it was even worse the wraps. They have to look at improving the food quality for the prices being charged.

Just tried La Pasha yesterday for the first time. This place definitely lives up to the hype. I love the ambiance and decor and the outdoor space is great! The lava cake was delicious and our server, Aru, was super sweet and helpful. The paid parking was annoying and unusual for Dallas, but other than that definitely enjoyed our time.

Our meal for three cost $150, which included an 18% service charge said to be for the chef, while waitress tips were expected separately—making the total around 33% higher on already pricey food. Service needs improvement; one waitress was juggling 10 tables on a busy weekend, causing delays. Our appetizer took over 30 minutes to arrive, silverware was missing, and water options were limited to $6 bottled water, seemingly encouraging pricier drink purchases. Food quality was good, though portions felt small. The mixed grill platter had just three tiny pieces of meat for $32, but the hummus, falafel, and bread were excellent. Tabouleh was overly oily, but Layali Lebnan dessert was delicious, albeit pricey at $9 for a small piece. For better service, avoid weekends and plan to spend at least $100 per person if you want to enjoy both entrees and desserts platters. I also recommend the restaurant hire more staff familiar with Mediterranean cuisine or provide proper training. A waitress initially claimed there were no vegetarian options, but I had to point out falafel, Fattoush, hummus, crepes, and the fruit platter to correct her. The drinks are a highlight: Mocktails ($13), Cassamero ($9), Lime Passion Mojito, Passion Citrus ($9), Fresh Orange Juice ($10), Milkshakes ($12), and Smoothies ($9) in various flavors like strawberry/banana and mango. Mint Lemonade is also refreshing. It has potential but needs better staffing and service to justify its high prices.

Sigh. I love Mediterranean food, smoking hookah, and having a good pot of tea on a warm afternoon..The patio is delightful... the male wait staff were complementary (which is likely part of their job for a single woman eating alone), but... The service: My server knew nothing of the hookah or tea menu. She was very slow and disinterested in serving me. However, they automatically add 15% gratuity. Should service being spectacular if you're already forcing to pay for it? She was very distracted preparing the patio for soccer. The screen was big and viewable but that prep was very distracting to the guests already on the patio. Hookah: I ordered the standard hookah with two flavors. It was initially hitting very harshly and not with ease. I could also only taste the rose flavor and none of the pomegranate, so I did send the hookah back and asked for it to be remixed, repacked, and the hoses checked. They took it back, but brought it back with no change, so I firmly believe they did not reestablish any of the setup. What could I know about hookah, though, right? They were changing/checking coals regularly, have power boxes for working from the patio, and were attentively cleaning.. The food: I was extremely excited about the cucumber yogurt, gyro wrap, and extra crispy fries --- it's one of my guilt pleasure meals since college ... But my fries were cold and soggy and the yogurt comes alone with no bread. Everything was under seasoned except the very over seasons sauce on the gyro wrap. Make what you will of that. The tea was great! Too bad I couldn't enjoy it with my hookah and fries. The atomosphere complimented the Addison Belt Line strip mood....

Atmosphere was good. Fancy vibes. But the Dubai chocolate crepe? Unless you want to die 20 years earlier, DO NOT get that. It’s pure chocolate. Feels like someone just dumped a bunch of chocolate on a plate and called it a dessert. The kunafa is chocolatey and doesn’t even have a crunch. You can barely taste the crepe without getting type 3 diabetes.

I gave this place a shot after seeing some videos on social media and was recommended to me by a friend. I did not have a good experience unfortunately. Came here for new year’s lunch and place was nearly empty, for some reason the drinks took forever. We kept getting different waiters and waitresses and they weren’t communicating well with each other. Our order of shawarma fries had a hair, they offered to give us a new order and we were told it was going to get taken off the bill. Since we were a party of 6 we also asked if tip was included and the waiter said it was not. We all tipped and once we had paid our receipt showed it was already included (service fee) they call it. I spoke to Omar, the manager who was very polite and explained how the service fee is additional money that goes to the waiters, bar staff, hookah. I did tell him the waiter should have explained this, we were not aware that this was going to be added to the bill. Also, the waiter did not took off the charge for the shawarma fries that had the hair on it. Overall I don’t think I will return, the food was ok. Not worth what I paid for it, needs more flavor and the beef is too dry. I have gone to multiple Mediterranean restaurants and I have never had meat that was so dry. The chicken was good and the fried cauliflower.

I came with my family in the afternoon, so take that into consideration when looking at the review. The place was not full so we did not struggle to find parking or seating. If you are coming at night time, the wait time can be long but they also offer valet parking. I order the sliders and the mint lemonade, the sliders were alright, nothing special. If I come back, I would probably get something else to try. The mint lemonade was good, I enjoyed it. It was around $25 per person for the entree and drink. Service was good, no issues. Atmosphere was good as well however if you don’t like the smell of hookah then coming earlier in the day would be suitable.

A bottle of water costs $3, and there’s no complimentary water, which is a standard expectation here in the States. That small detail, paired with the overall lackluster service and average food, leaves a sour taste. While it looks like a great date night or group hangout spot, the overall experience just doesn’t justify a return trip. I won’t be going back, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others.

I recently visited La Pasha Hookah Lounge, and unfortunately, it was not a good experience. While the ambiance is decent, the overall service and pricing completely ruined it for me. From the moment I walked in, I did not feel welcomed by the staff. There was no friendly interaction or basic hospitality, which is the bare minimum for any lounge. This is easily the most expensive hookah place I’ve ever been to. I ended up paying $70 for one hookah, one drink, and one appetizer for just about an hour. That alone felt unreasonable. What made it worse was the billing. They automatically add a 15% service charge—even if you’re there alone—which was never clearly mentioned upfront. On top of that, they still prompt you to tip after already charging a service fee. That feels excessive and misleading. I understand adding a service charge for larger groups, but charging 15% for a single person and then expecting an additional tip is not fair. Overall, not worth the price and definitely not a place I would return to.

When I visited this restaurant in Houston three years ago, I was extremely impressed — by the quality, the interior, the outstanding service, and the truly delicious food. Recently I found out that they had opened a location in Dallas. Without hesitation, I invited my friends and we went there, expecting the same experience. What a disappointment. This place is nothing but a pale shadow of the Houston restaurant and, aside from the name, has absolutely nothing in common with it. The service was terrible. Our food was brought out, but no utensils were provided. We had to wait 20 minutes for someone to finally bring them, and by that time the food was already cold. On top of that, you can’t even ask for regular water like in a normal restaurant — you are forced to buy bottled water for several dollars. But the worst part isn’t even that. It is currently Ramadan, a time when Muslims are expected to be especially responsible and mindful in their duties. Despite that, one of my friends who dined with us suffered severe food poisoning and was vomiting the entire night until morning. This is an awful restaurant. I strongly do not recommend visiting this place. As for the food itself, it’s no better than what you would get at a cheap random fast-food spot. I would rate the food quality and taste about 3 out of 5 at best.

First time visiting and unfortunately not a great experience. We were told the wait would be 30–40 minutes, which was reasonable, but it ended up being an hour and a half. When we asked the host about the delay, he was rude and condescending instead of helpful. If the wait was going to be that long, they should have been honest from the start. The food and hookah were also pretty average, and we still had to wait a long time for service even after being seated.

Unfortunately the manakish was undercooked and doughy inside. I was really looking forward to it but it didn’t feel ready to eat. Hope they improve consistency.

Warning: Don’t bother going there for Iftar—I had a terrible experience. They hype up the open buffet, but when I got to the line to grab a dish, it was gone. I told the waiter I wanted that exact dish, and he just shrugged and said they ran out. And no, I wasn’t late—this was just 10 minutes after iftar. Been to the Addison location a total of about 4-5 times. I’ve had nothing but below par experience each time. Hurts my heart to be writing this review but management MUST know at this point! Our last visit, last week was just horrible. I want to start off with the quality of the food first - my husband and I came to visit a few friends and eat. We ordered a Chicken Shish Tawook Platter and Hummus - the food came out 30 minutes later cold and the chicken was rock hard. I don’t think I’ve ever not been able to cut through chicken. 🤦🏻‍♀️ How do you serve such food after a long wait? It’s not even warm. Then, to top it off, after informing the server (not going to take any names)- we tell them please just change out the chicken - rest of the stuff we’ll manage. That way by the time the chicken is ready we can have the rest of the stuff. The manager comes after a 15-20 minute wait and informs us the kitchen is closed. We then explained to him we’ve been waiting for a resolution for 20 minutes and this is what comes out of it? We then again politely requested that if they could just remake the chicken and we will continue with the rest of the food - he says let me just replace the whole plate and takes it with him. He comes back another 10 minutes later and informs us that the kitchen is closed and nothing can be done. Now we’re left with no food. 😞 I don’t think I ever imagined this would be the quality of service or food at La Pasha. Sad that the service and quality of food keeps getting worse each visit. Honestly, disappointment would be an understatement. Constantly debating going back every-time La pasha comes up in our group of friends. 😒 We’ve been visiting the La Pasha location in Houston for yearsssss and have had absolutely nothing but EXCELLENT experience with their food AND service.

I decided to give them another shot months later and I deeply regret it. I ordered through Uber eats I specifically asked for extra sauce and I ordered a drink. The rice taste like straight ginger, I never got my drink. I never got the sauce and the roasted potatoes come in some nasty chili sauce, but does not have that listed on the details online so I came into the restaurant to have them fix my order and of course there is no one at the front reception. I had to wait for at least five minutes for someone to come out and ask me if I needed help. I gave them my order and showed two different people the order on my phone then someone else came out to ask for the order again and check it in the system, which was kind of disrespectful to me being that I’ve already showed two people and instead of giving me a fresh plate they gave me back my old food which had the potatoes that I did not like on it I was expecting them to remake my order and switch my sides because that is what any other restaurant would do to accommodate their customers for the inconvenience, I asked them, What do they do for these type of inconveniences since I ordered online I had to come in and also wasted my gas and they told me to contact Uber eats the customer service here is absolutely comical I see why you guys are hiring for every position. I will not be returning and I’ll be taking up a complaint with your corporate office. Any other restaurant would offer you something extra for the inconvenience and just to show that they value their customers but they don’t share those values here. Also a worker tripped over my foot and didn’t even say excuse me just continued to walk. Believe the other reviews About the food and service they are not lying. If you do have a taste for this type of cuisine try Zatar, or Turkish cafe, you will not be disappointed.
