I just wanna say the food is so amazing, and pie wie would never let there customers down ,and that’s what I love about pie wie this restaurant deserves to be at the top, out of all the pie wie this one is just something different, from when you first walk in the door everything is very organized and so clean ,the bathrooms are so clean the food was very tasty 😋as well thank you pie wie🤞🏻🤍 you deserve 10 stars ✨

I gotta say this if the most cleanest and comfortable restaurant I have ever been to this was my first time eating at pei wie and the people working at pei wie made me feel so comfortable they were so kind and nice the young man working the front was the nicest I went in today around 6:00 and I left at 7:00 me and my family felt very welcomed and pie wie and enjoyed the food the food was so good I mean so good and I enjoyed every moment of it after I walked out the door I felt very satisfied❤️❤️

I’ve always enjoyed the food at Pei Wei — fresh, flavorful, and consistently delicious — but my recent visit was taken to a whole new level thanks to the incredible service from Giovanni. From the moment I walked in, Giovanni’s professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail stood out. He made sure every part of my experience was smooth and enjoyable, checking in without being intrusive and making me feel genuinely valued as a customer. It wasn’t just good service — it was exceptional service. Giovanni is the kind of employee that every business dreams of having. He goes above and beyond to make customers feel welcome, and you can tell he takes pride in his work. In a world where great service is becoming rare, Giovanni is a shining example of what it looks like done right. Pei Wei, hold on to this guy — he’s the reason people like me will keep coming back again and again.

I ordered online for pickup. Everything was great! The food was ready when I came to the store. Their menu looks super good, it makes me want to try everything. I picked the Dan Dan Noodles. The portion is huge. I think it can feed 2 people or 2 meals if you're eating by yourself haha. The sauce was a little spicy and the seasoning was just on point! They also have the calories listed on each items. I definitely will come back to try more dishes 😋

Smells great! Cheap prices. Lots of food. You can watch your food being prepared and can get almost any drink you want. Bring family here and feed everyone with left overs you can take home after. Multiple other places around here of this Chinese food doesn't interest you. Bathrooms were clean!

I stopped in for a quick to go meal and that's what we got. My associates and I were visiting for a conference and figured Pei Wei would be a great stop. Ordering was fast and somewhat easy. Two of my associates have food allergies, so the ordering process was quite specific. There was some minor confusion, but nothing to write home about. The wait was minimal and the food was tasty. This is now on my list of places to visit a second time.

Is close to my work. Clean, but somehow the taste is always little off than the place in Allen. Overall, is good. I always get peiwei spicy with shrimp Tried fire cracker chicken. Yummy.

Pei Wei is one of our favorite Asian fusion restaurants. They use fresh ingredients to craft entrées with bold flavors. Every entrée is prepared exactly to your liking. This location has really helpful staff and they made sure our vegan meals were well done. The chef was extremely nice in making sure rhe right sauces are used. The location was clean and it wasn't crowded during lunch. Parking is no problem at this location. You can never go wrong with Spicy Korean and Teriyaki. Try those out with your favorite protein. Enjoy!

The McDonald's of Asian fast food, Pei Wei is consistent, tasty, and affordable. But don't let them convince you it's healthy. All of their dishes contain tons of sodium and/or sugar in the sauces. Still, I do loves me some Pei Wei!

This place is more delivery place but still has lot of seating. Many came for pickup but only me was seated to eat here. First order on counter and then they serve food at the table. You have to pick your own cutlery, tissue, drink bring to table. The lady at the counter was sweet but tissues and green tea had ran out. Thai coconut chicken curry was good.

Always my go-to, but today was very disappointing. I ordered dan dan noodles and they smelled and tasted like burnt. On top of that they were very dry no sauce whatsoever. I asked for extra sauce to give it a second chance but they were stingy as heck with the sauce portion.

Usually it’s not bad but today man. Everything was undercooked crunchy raw broccoli, onion and peppers. Rice wasnt good, and they definitely forgot the basil in the Thai basil chicken. Pretty disappointing my child won’t even touch it.

The order wasn’t ready at the promised time, and the process felt very disorganized. Only one person was working the register, so they were trying to manage both the line of customers and the to-go orders, which meant no one was actually putting together the food waiting on the pass. When I finally asked about my order they told me the only item missing was the kids meal. After waiting much longer, I overheard the kitchen staff telling the cashier (in Spanish, which I understood) that they were just then firing the kids meal. On top of the wait, the food was disappointing. The wontons were especially bad—barely fried, cold, and with maybe half a teaspoon of filling inside. Overall, very poor experience

I walk in to the restaurant and the music is blasting very loud. They ask if the order is for here or a pick up. I said here. They ask for my name. I said it's for here. The lady repeated.... what's the name on the order. I said it's for dine in. Then a guy comes to the counter. He asked me the name on the order. I said it's for here as in dinning in. I order beef and broccoli and they bring me an entirely different order. The guy rang me up for Mongolian steak instead. Then I said that's not what I ordered and that I order beef and broccoli. Then he asked me if that's what I ordered. I said NO, I ORDERED BEEF AND BROCCOLI. The people working here have to be on some of that good stuff and floating on cloud 9 or something. One good thing is that the restaurant itself is very clean but turn the music down. When I finally got my order the food was just ok. I hope they can turn this place around. I just finished my meal...I had small pieces mushrooms all over in my beef and broccoli from them reusing ingredients from the messed up order. Update, 6-22-2025 Dirty silverware, tables balanced with napkins still, when I first walked in I stood there to be waited on for 4-5 minutes. Everyone was in the back and no one out front. They blast music at this location. I asked for it to be turned down and they did for a moment. Then they turned it back up so loud I could not hear the TV episode that I was watching and listening to on my ear buds. This place is severely mismanaged.

Online order of pad Thai chicken was wrong. Was missing lime, peanuts and cilantro. Went online, filled out the same generic form all the other complaints on here were told to fill out, and got a generic apology email from someone at corporate telling me to go into the store and talk to a manager. The whole reason I don't want to go into your location and always order pickup is because the last few times I've been there counter service is not polite or welcoming and it takes forever for them to bring your food do the table. Please fix this. And please don't ask me to go fill out another form. Edit: it happened again. Ordered chicken pad Thai and it was missing lime, cilantro and bean sprouts. Lettuce for wraps was also old and rusty. When we went on to pick up our order everyone seemed very frazzled. Maybe because this location is always very busy at lunch and dinner time you could hire more people? And train them on the recipes?
