By far the best local thai spot, I’ve come here countless times over the past 4 years for pickup and dine-in and I absolutely love it. The hospitality is great, I go so often they know my order before I even sit down. Over the weekend it does get pretty busy but you can get seated in maybe 5 mins tops if you have a party of 2. My go to is the chicken pad thai with flat noodles substituted, very flavorful and unlike other thai spots, too thai makes their pad thai actually spicy depending on which spice level you choose (1-5). When I have friends visiting, I always take them here. Super excited for the too thai opening up in Frisco, couldn’t talk about this place enough.
Hands down the best Thai food in all of Texas! No other place can compete. The flavors are incredibly authentic, everything is consistently delicious, and the service is always warm and attentive. You truly can’t go wrong with anything on the menu—every dish is executed perfectly!
I am Chinese and just moved to this area from Asia. Thai was my favorite Asian food (other than Chinese and Japanese). I have to say the food is authentic! A big surprise. A bit noisy but that is what street eating is like.
Beautiful Thai-style restaurant with authentic flavors! The place is decorated in a charming traditional Thai style, giving a very warm and cozy feeling. The food is truly authentic and delicious, with plenty of menu choices. The stir-fried morning glory and Kra- prao was were outstanding, and the desserts were amazing as well. I will definitely come back again
If you’re craving real Thai street-food flavor, this place is the ONE. We were shopping at Asian Plaza and looking for dinner, and the second I saw the menu I knew we were in the right spot. Everything looked so authentic it’s rare to find a Thai restaurant that tastes like home. We were lucky and got seated right away (the restaurant was packed). I noticed every table was ordering Pad See Ei, so of course we had to join the trend 😂 We ordered papaya salad, fried chicken, moo ping, moo tod, larb, and Pad See Ei — everything was so good. Personal notes: I love very spicy so I wish the papaya salad had more heat and umami, and I should’ve asked for the fried chicken sauce on the side. But overall? 10/10. The Pad See Ei was insane — SO good. When we finished, there was already a long line of people waiting. No wonder they stay so busy. Highly recommend. 💯
Too Thai is one of my favorite Thai restaurant!! The authentic foods , authentic menus are all in this place! The service was okay and they had been always crowded, no matter what time or day you go.I heard they going to have another location in Frisco area and I’m looking forward to try it there soon!
The Sukothai noodle soup here is an absolute must-try—it's easily the best in town. The broth is incredibly rich and flavorful with just the right amount of kick. The Pad Kee Mow with beef is also a standout, packed with delicious flavors. With a huge menu, there's always something new to explore. The atmosphere is clean and perfect for sharing a great meal with friends or family, but try to come early on weekends to beat the crowd!
Too Thai in Carrollton is a charming spot for authentic Thai cuisine. The restaurant's cozy atmosphere makes it feel like home, and the extensive menu offers something for everyone. Due to its small size, lunch hours can be busy, resulting in wait times. To ensure a smooth experience, consider calling ahead to reserve a table. With its delicious food and welcoming vibe, Too Thai is definitely worth a visit.
Stopped by Too Thai this Monday evening (08/25/2025) and the food was top-notch. The food that we have is Gai Satay (skewed grilled marinated chicken), Tum Poo-Pla La (original Isan papaya salad with fermented fish sauce), Khao Ka Moo (pork hock caramelized in a five-spice reduction), and sticky rice. Seating was super fast, only about 1–2 minutes wait, and the restroom was clean and handicap friendly.[6:00 p.m.] Gai Satay is a must: the meat is so tender and the sauce is delicious. The pork hock tastes just like Thailand, and the Tum Poo-Pla La is true Isan style. Tables may look a bit tight, but it’s very kid-friendly. I saw many families with children, and highchairs are served right at your table. Service was excellent, our server really took good care of us. Our little boy especially loved the sticky rice and chicken satay. We’ll definitely be back!
We stopped by for a quick bite on Monday night. Too Thai has always been our go-to spot when craving Thai street eats. We never miss the Sukhothai noodles — always flavorful and comforting. For our second dish, we like to switch it up, and tonight we had the Khao Kha Moo — absolutely delicious!
We waited about 40–50 minutes to get seated, even on a Thursday, so it can get really busy. But once we sat down, the food came out surprisingly fast—only about 10 minutes! Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and served hot. We got 7 dishes and the total was only $110, which is such a great deal for the quality and portion sizes. If you're okay with a wait, Too Thai Street Eats is definitely worth it. Delicious, affordable, and fast once you're in!
So authentic!!! I was looking for a boat noodles place but ended up ordering the sukhothai noodles. They’re both difficult to find in my hometown. It was so good, so authentic (and I’m Thai)! We also got the papaya salad. Again, delicious! My partner got the cry tiger beef dish. He said it’s the best he’s ever had. The store’s decoration is so creative. Love all the Thai references. The service was good. They’re nice and accommodating.

I usually get green curry & tom kha for my Thai food cravings, but tried khai soi for the first time and really enjoyed it. I feel like the green curry could be a little creamier... still good.
Really good Thai food at this restaurant!!! The restaurant looks very authentic! Servers were quick to help ! Majority of the food were delicious, only two things we ordered were epic fails. Egg rolls were terrible and at 3$ for one and you have to order 2, please pass! No meat all cabbage. The thai sausage was also strange because it tasted sour! I prefer Lao sausages! Tom Yum soup was delicious. Hainan style chicken was good, but the dip was a little too salty. Padseeew and Pad Thai were both good! Tom Poo Plara at 30$ was well worth the money and caloric intake! Yes, I would recommend this place! Just don’t order eggrolls and sausages.

This restaurant has some of the best authentic Thai food I’ve had. Every dish is packed with flavors such as fish sauce, tamarind, lime juice, and chili really shine through. The food usually comes out fast and piping hot, often still steaming when it gets to your table. But while the food is amazing, the dining experience isn’t the most comfortable. The place is pretty cramped, with way too many tables and chairs packed closely together. It’s hard to walk around without squeezing between people, and the small two-person tables barely have enough room for a couple of plates, bowls, and drinks, let alone the main dishes. It just feels really tight and crowded, and the noise level makes it hard to hold a conversation. The staff are always rushing around and seem super busy, so it can be tough to get help when you need something. Today, I also noticed that the flag decorations hanging from the ceiling were covered in dust. With fans blowing air around, I couldn’t help but wonder if that dust might be falling into people’s food. It didn’t feel very clean or sanitary. I used to come here all the time, but in the past few years, I’ve only been coming about once a year. The food is still fantastic, but the space and cleanliness definitely need some attention.
We are a party of 4 and a 17 moth old baby. Went there to eat last week and was added 20% tip automatically, when ask the waitress said "oh you have 5 peoples that's why" I don't mind tipping, but …
Arrived at 915pm. With posted hours of 10pm. To be told that the dining room closes at 915pm. What a bunch of baboons. Why have posted hours? Close whenever you like.
I was there for dinner on January 9, 2026. While we were eating, a cockroach showed up on the empty table right next to us. A staff member killed it with a napkin and didn’t seem too concerned. A manager came over and said it may have happened because of recent pest control. Either way, seeing that right next to our table while we were eating was pretty gross. The casual reaction from the staff was also surprising. Overall, it made the experience uncomfortable, and I don’t think I’ll be coming back.
