Came here to paint with my sister and niece while I visited them. We had a great time & our painting came out great.

Del Taco at it's finest. Fast, friendly service - it's a Del Taco so there's no ambience but that's not why we eat there! As an Ohioan with no access to it - anytime we come across one - we stop. Super fresh, hot, fast food.

For a quick and affordable bite to eat that is solid and yummy, I like Del Taco. The carne asada in the street tacos can be a bit hard, but the chicken is nice. There burritos are yummy.

Customer service was excellent the food was freshly made and hot and made per my request I asked for. Management was very helpful and when I was done asked if they could take my tray for me. This was 1 of the best experiences I have encountered thus far. Thanks team for your hard work and customer service 💙💙

Polite, professional, friendly, and fast. The food was hot and delicious. This location wasn't always this way. They used to be the last place I wanted to eat at, but after my last two visits here it has quickly moved up to the top of my list.

I like their jumbo shrimp tacos. But please make sure you check your bag for your complete order. They left some of my items out, didn't know till I got home.

I go to this place maybe once or twice a month I haven't had any problems timewise or product wise all is good you should try them especially if you don't feel like cooking at home. It's just a substitute for a home cook meal no one should eat out every day! Enjoy.

Enjoyed everything but the bean burrito

This is a good Deal Taco location if you find yourself driving US 395. Not all Dels are created equal I have noticed. That's what happens when all food is made fresh on sight daily.

The breakfast menu was hard to find but the food and service were excellent.

Had an early morning breakfast. Ordered a couple of beer battered fish tacos. Pretty tasty. People were nice, service was good, food was really good. But then, I was really hungry 😄.

The staff was courteous, friendly and got our food to us in a timely manner. Since I am still struggling with eating properly with my dentures, I had a burrito, fries (nothing that required vigorous chewing) and a diet soda (because of diabetic issues). Everything was tasty and satisfying.

Decent enough experience I will say it is four stars today due to the fact that the bacon epic scrambler did not have any bacon nor did any other item have bacon today because they had to run out! This is happened twice already so I have to say there seems to be a supply issue. I'm not quite sure what the situation is but I do need to warn people to make sure, as I already had a previous encounter at another location and was already soured on this today. Otherwise I've never had a problem and when picking up takeout my order was usually done very quickly

I had a couple of chicken burritos with extra meat . Just what the MD ordered. My only issue and I'm nit picking . No sign to access drive-thru. I went down the wrong section of park . I had to reverse on drive down to a further section to gain access. Wouldn't you know it someone was able to cut in front of me ,before I gained access. That particular party must had a huge 👪. I literally had to wait 10 minutes for them to be served. But it was worth it . 👌

It’s Del Taco! Ordered on the app, drove thru, got my order with a smile. Asked for extra sauce, which they gave me and I was on my way again. I usually keep it simple and order their crispy tacos and green bean and cheese burritos, which were as expected.

You can always get a meal at Del Taco and not have to go broke. The food is good for a fast food place, and it taste like they use real food products. When compared to other fast food, Del Taco is the best value and best tasting. They always come up with new items.

The service was fast and friendly, but the food was sub par tonight. I'll change my review after a while if I see improvement.

This is the only Del Taco near Me that always gives good portions. Food is always warm. But most all workers are polite and get order right. They also super quick as well. Recommend.

Well I liked how clean the location was and how friendly the staff were ! I ordered a number 4 burger the fries were fresh but the burger Patty’s were smaller then at other locations also the bun was old and the cheese tasted weird ! Anyways I’d still recommend this location I think they can fix this problem easy !

Had a Postmates pick up and drove out here for nothing, because their system was down and they wouldn't take any orders. So I didnt get paid for it .. 24 hr drive thru should be on this better food is great and will return . It was just my Luck.

They food is not bad and sometimes the workers seem rude but they could be just having a bad day. But I really gave them three stars because eventide I want they're lemonade it taste like a drink packet watered down.

Definitely not one of the best del tacos If you go during the day the food seems pretty good but late night always messes up our order. The do always replace whatever they mess up but it is such an inconvenience to have to go all the way back to have them correct the issues. I would just suggest late night management stay on top of the late night cooks to make sure they are preparing the food as ordered even if the line of cars is long or not. No one likes waiting that long to only have a wrong or incorrect order then to have to come back or wait until the next day to have it corrected.

Never ever messed up our order even once. The drawback is its in a bad location and it's hard to maneuver in and out of this place. My only complaint which is a big one for me is that they recently started parking their drive thru customers like regularly even when there is no one else in line. So now I'd just as soon go elsewhere that's quick

I don't know why Adelanto ruins every restaurant that is in their territory. How in the world can you ruin refried beans. On top of that why did they serve us stale tasting fries. Not the best del taco but it's open 24 hours 365

The drive through takes so long. lThe fries are sometimes cold. The people who wear gloves shouldn't handle $$ with gloves on. I also have had good experiences here mostly. The people here work very hard.

Never gonna eat there again not fond of fake mexican food . Soft chicken taco was gross and didnt have enough meat . It was mostly too much sauce and not enough lettuce 2 little square chopped chicken with cold tortilla. .I wouldn't recommend to eat there

This location is hit or miss. Some days the quality is good and other days it's short on ingredients. Today the all beef burritos were barely filled and I didn't see or taste the cheese.

Had the Nachos, Poor value for the money charged. The crew working were friendly helpful and seemed efficient. The restaurant was clean, typical Del Taco.

My thing is why do this place alway put your napkins on top of greasy food. Who want a greasy napkin and this is every time I come on people get it right! Fries don't be cooked all way I always ask for crispy fries that means cook a little longer. Should have check before I left but I didn't, not all done. Check your food before leaving and your napkins lol... I can honesty say when this one manager is there they get it right but she wasn't there today..

The experience at this location can vary quite a bit depending on the staff members. While I encountered some friendly workers, I also met one who was not particularly pleasant when I asked for confirmation on my order. Unfortunately, my order ended up being incorrect as well. Based on my experience, I would recommend visiting this place during off-peak hours rather than at lunch time to potentially have a better experience.

Dont ask if I want hot sauce or ketchup if your not going to put in bag.. gave me soft tacos instead of hard and I had to ask for my 2 drinks. Interrupted me twice while I ordered and that's when she got confused. Drain ground meat more please so my kids tacos can make the 15 minute drive home

so disappointed I went on taco Tuesday they were so busy understandable I'm patient but when I got my tacos and had barely anything in it I ordered 20 and this is how they looked like they lost my business

I waited for at least half an hour in the drive thru, not a great way to spend a Sunday night, when we finally got to the window to pay for and get our order they DID NOT even offer us anything extra for the wait. Definitely will not return to this restaurant location unless the customer service improves as I am a local.

The Del Taco shells were only half full, no napkins in Fiesta pack. Must be a shortage of lettuce, cheese & tomato at this one. Burritos okay. Asked for senior discount at window, guy touched cash register and then asked for full price again..didn't get that either. Must be why there was no customers there at lunch time Sun.

Had a burrito with rice in it, And I found myself bitting down on uncooked rice. When I called to let them know they act as if they could care less. Also The Chili cheese Fries is way to expensive for a small amount.

The quality of food has going down use to love the old nach granda but the new style was below average. The staff was nice and order was prepared in sufficient time.

When it's busy they fail to get orders done correctly and the quality is poor. You'll get broken taco shells or missing extras you requested. Went back another time and my tacos only had a little bit of meat.

We usually are happy getting food here. This night, however, the window worker was asked for a soft drink because we were asked to pull ahead and wait for our order to be brought to us. She didn't agree. She didn't respond. Our order was missing our drinks (medium vanilla shake and raspberry tea) and an order of special fries (a menu item I am not familiar with, that has some newfangled topping that I can't remember), worth about ($11.00). Not realizing what she shorted us until we got home, we accepted our Del Taco loss due to this incompetent employee (incapable of perform satisfactorily the job she accepts payment for doing and having an unpleasant attitude) and next time we are out in search of "fine dining," we will not stop here.

This place is not good. Very slow drive thru and very stingy portions. Make sure you double check your order because they will forget stuff. I recommend the other del taco down Palmdale rd in Victorville. Much better experience and they aren’t stingy.

Went to the drive thru today around 12:15pm and the worker asked if I wanted hot sauce and I said yes. When I got home, there was no hot sauce at all. How do you forget to put hot sauce in the bag, what if I did that to you? It's like eating fries and a hamburger without ketchup. Do you're job right, how hard is that, rookie, I aint coming back because of that.

This location is in a very busy area that offers easy access but unfortunately allows for too much congestion due to traffic. I haven't visited any locations since back in the 90s, so I was surprised to find their food quality had improved over the years. I do have one complaint.The staff seems to have very bad attitudes. They seemed to be so unhappy with their work conditions! However, I was quite impressed with a young lady with blond hair because she was quite delightful and seemed to take pride in cleanliness as well as her attitude. I watched as she cleaned in between helping customers. There was also a very thorough and efficient young lady with dark hair who was helping customers in the drive thru line. I hope management gives both of those young women a raise! If it wasn't for those two young ladies, I would not return to this establishment due to the poor morale.

Came through like we always do.... had an awesome employee upsell us a large fry🍟...so we bought them. And we also upgraded my meal to a large. To get home and the 🍟fries are half full of ketchup is VERY FRUSTRATING when we only bought them to help 'you sir that was up selling over the headset"... Now they did fix our order... my drink was a 🥤Sprite which I hadn't tasty yet but because we now had no ice in it...it was tasted and it wasnt even Sprite. The WORKER went to the back and said "We are all out of Sprite..." so I had to get dark soda which I didnt want but JUST WANTED TO GET HOME. I don't trust this place, I would order the same thing in the morning and get different prices at the window. So one day I asked the girl why this happens and she didn't believe me, so I handed her 4 receipts that held on to and she was just as confused as I was. Haven't been back there since.

I just stopped by at this Del Taco location with my sisters. Drive thru was fast and service was okay. We didn't check our bags untill we got home, only to find ALL our carne asada fries literally dumped in the bag. I do not know if that was intentional but the box was perfectly closed. So disappointed and a little disgusted. I did not go back and I definitely don't plan to!

Received cold fries today, spent $30. Customer service etiquette was not present at the restaurant tonight. I was an unsatisfied customer who returned to the restaurant and didn't receive acknowledgment from the manager that was on duty to try and resolve my complaint. Although the cashier on duty was assisting me, Shouldn't that be her duty? I was just very unhappy aske for refund advised I won't get my money back to 3 days later SMH

It’s had a very long line in the drive thru. It’s the only store in the center to not have open for dine in. It’s incredible how slow the employees are and that you can be waiting for your food for over an hour. If you want to waste over an hour, this is the best “fast food” place to go to.

Waited in line for like 10 minutes I had to repeat my order like 5 times all I wanted was 2 burritos.... Then wait another 10 minutes.... The night crew is usually pretty good especially the girl with the tattoos be more like her ....

Was better off going to Wendy’s ! The line wasn’t long nor the inside dine in busy and yet I waited as if I were at a 5 star restaurant! As I got to the window 30 min later my order wasn’t ready worker kept touching in the bag as my other food was getting cold like if the items would magically appear , A horrible way to spend my time after work My appetite was ruined !

This is the second time I go at night, around 10:30 or 11 pm. On July 16 there was a young lady taking orders out side (which i personally think is unsafe at that time in adelanto) she was very kind and had good personality, she took my order and read everything back to me to make sure she didn’t miss anything I had ordered. However, when I got to the window there was a very rude employee. From what I could see, she was playing around inside with another employee, she didn’t even acknowledge me at the window. When she finally did open the window to hand me my order, I asked her if my order was all there, she said yes so I said thank you and left. When I got home the cheese burger and quesadilla I had ordered were missing. I also had a missing drink. I tried calling 3 times but nobody ever answered. I was very unhappy with the service here. I should have double checked the bag for my items but what is the point of spending more time in the drive thru checking for my items when It is the employees responsibility to make sure everything the customer ordered is in there.

I got a headache from hearing a manager named Angie yelling very loud to her employees. She yelled to take out the cheese and add more lettuce. The employee looked shocked at her and unfortunately that was my order. When I received the order it had no cheese and a lot of lettuce and I asked for a refund because I didn't request such a thing but manager didn't want to refund the money instead she began to yell at me so I just left the food on the counter and walked away. The place is disgusting maybe she should clean the restaurant more often instead of yelling to customers and employees.

Always, always, always gets my order wrong. Every single time I order here. I understand that it's cheap fast food, but you would think they wouldn't forget items from you order that you paid the most for! Not only that, but I have a food allergy and Every time I tell them not to add certain condiments on the order they add it anyways! I always usually come here when it's not busy, and they still get the order wrong. Don't come here if you're looking to eat what you order because they really dont care about you or your food. The worst deal taco I’ve been to. We pay for extra toppings yet we don’t get what we paid for. Chili cheese fries are okay, but the box was on its side in the bag, so chili split in the bottom of the bag. Small food portions. Employees don’t care about the food, they are just there for the check.

I come to this location often because its the closest to my house but theyre ALWAYS forgetting to put the whole order in my bag! Today i ordered chili chesse fries and a chicken quesadilla and left to work, on my way I noticed my quesadilla wasnt there!! It was too late to turn back so I called the number to see if i can possibly pick it up after work but their phone line is out of service! Im so upset..

Waited 20mins in drive thru for 2 tacos, which is fine but then the girl charged me $30 for 2 tacos. Lol. Then when I pointed it out and asked for a refund they didn’t even give a receipt for the supposed refund, now I have to take her word for the refund and wait 3 days to find out if I even got a refund on my card.

I ordered the jumbo shrimp tacos last night and in the matter of 30 minutes I threw up, I kept throwing up non-stop until 6am the following morning, I had the shivers and slight diarrhea. I got food poisoning from their shrimp tacos, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, I will never return. Hopefully this review is helpful.

It’s my first time coming to a del taco. I ordered a quesadilla with fries and a drink. The cashier never told me it came with green sauce. I got upset. Didn't enjoy it. Only the fries.

I was practically the only guest inside, and they made me wait fifteen minutes before I got impatient and asked how much longer it would be for my food to be ready (two burritos, two tacos). They hadn't even started my order. Meanwhile, I had watched seven cars make their way through the drive through. To top the whole thing off, one of the tacos had a large chunk of bone mixed into the meat. Worst Del Taco location ever.

Went through the drive thru. When we got to the window they had us pull up because they are not fast enough for their job and need to save their drive thru time. Sat there for 10-15 minutes to still have cold food, a shake that they failed to mix, and the wrong drink.

I ordered two beer battered fish tacos and it didn’t come with any of their secret sauce. Also ordered two hard shell tacos, took a bite and got a big chunk of fat from the ground beef. It was disgusting. Never going back to this location again. Slowest service in the high desert. 17 minutes in an empty drive thru for 6 tacos and 6 bean burritos? So slow, they had me pull forward away from the window with no other vehicles in the drive thru so they could stop the order clock!!! And, didnt even get my entire order! Would give them negative stars if possible.

My visit was absolutely horrible! I went to get some chicken soft tacos for my kids and I waited for exactly 20 minutes! I had to get up and ask what was taking so long and THE MANAGER told me I had to wait because she was the only person cooking but there were 3 of them cooking and preparing! She didn't apologize at all and just left to prepare again! She didn't tell me how much longer or anything! I just asked for a refund! I will never return to this del taco as long as Ariana is the manager there....Of course I have to put her name out there because clearly she's in the wrong business! I don't understand why people apply for jobs like that and then get mad at everyone else because they work there!!

Not very nice when you get a to go order, and you ask if the extras (willing to pay for) are in the container and you get home and it's not. Looked like a manager was doing the orders as was an older lady than the rest of the employees. Saving 2 cents by not enclosing the extras is poor business in the long run. As Taco Bell is just across the road, and fast food is pretty much the same at similar places.

I stopped here to order food for my mother and I, we love Del Taco food and their hot sauces. As I'm waiting for my food the lady ahead of me with a couple things on her tray asks for a handful of hot sauce and received it. They call my order and I ask for a handful of hot sauce and the lady says "You can only have 3 hot sauces per item"......and then proceeds to tell me I can go on the website to order hot sauce if I want extra.... I was upset, it wouldn't make sense to order hot sauce online if I am RIGHT THERE ORDERING FOOD INSIDE THE RESTAURANT. I NEED THE SAUCE NOW. WHY WOULD I BUY IT ONLINE!? and if I was able to have 3 hot sauces per item I should have been given 12 sauces. I was given 9. Me and my mother did not enjoy our food and threw half away because we didn't have enough hot sauce. If I come and order food I should be given what condiments I'm asking for. I am a paying customer. This Del Taco gave me horrible customer service and treated me badly. I don't recommend eating here. I won't again.

We ordered today in drive through. And we ordered the number 9 epic burrito and one drink. When we got home we opened are ordered and started eating. Then after a quick bite, a long piece of hair was found in the food. Also coincidentally this happened the second time.

I went in tonight and ordered a few items. The person who took my order seemed to have understood me well. He even repeated it to me; however, when I received my dinner, I was vexed. There were no fries or dressing on my loaded Queso fries and NO chicken in my chicken taco. I also requested tomato on Tacos. I was charged for them but didn't get them. I'm annoyed. The person who took my payment was friendly, but it doesn't make up for the waste of money and time I spent.

The person taking the order sounded very annoyed, half of my fries were old and none of them had salt. My burrito shell was stale AF and it tasted Awful!!!! I always get the classic chicken burrito at any other location and this one was by far the worst!!!!

Found a hair in my burrito. Found plastic in my taco. "Fryers are usually down", though fried items are more than half the menu. Service is always rude and dismissive. You guys are always hiring yet never get any nicer or better at your job. I get it, it's a fast food job, but a self checkout at a Walmart is literally more efficient regardless of them breaking down and having 2 registers open.

Omg so the new poopers are bomb !! But bad customer service so last night I went and pay with 100 dollars bills and I ask for receipt which the cashier said machine wasn’t working, which is odd because I work for fast food and no matter what if customer wants there receipt we print it anyways so I purchased 3 drinks, which was a total of 11.07 but it was weird because i was like I’m getting charged 20 dollars? Just for 3 drinks? Like I did the mad two mini slakes are 3 each plus the strawberry lemonade another 4 bucks how it’s it 20 bucks I went back to talk to someone else the funniest think is the other cashier(she’s kinda in her 30-40 chunky )in the front she said if the money wasn’t in the register supposedly the other cashier gave me my chance right so I laughed because I mean I can still pass with the coins but missing dollars bills that to much so I think she’s the team leader from the night she count the register and did apologize and gave me my money I didn’t get there names but the last lady help me out she’s skinny and with glasses:)

For the past month the coke ALWAYS tastes watered down. We’ve gone on multiple occasions, different times, mornings, midday, night. You cant even go inside to change the drink because they have had and continue to have the inside self serve soda area closed. I went inside the last time I ordered coke from the drive thru because I was tired of going home with watered down coke, tasted more like sugar water. When I told the cashier if they could switch my drinks, she said “the chef is about to change the coke right now” and i told her i didnt mind switching to a diff soda since it tasted watered down. She walked to the back and was coming back when another woman with headset, angrily took my cups and said whats wrong. I told her the soda tastes watered down, i wanted to change my drink but the self serve is closed. She said “what drink?!”, i replied coke on both she walked away with my cups of soda, took them to the drive thru area and walked back into the kitchen. Then the original cashier came back with my drinks 6 mins later, (i saw the time since it was taking long to change some drinks and my husband was waiting in the car). Tasted watered down still, i threw both away. Haven’t returned since. This used to be my favorite hard shell taco place, now I’m going to taco bell, at least the soda is always how it should be there.

Another day waisted waiting in line for drive up. At least 15 minutes right now. The need an emergency exit out of this..

Went to Del Taco last night , forgot two tacos and I let it go. This morning went back and ordered 5 soft tacos and $30 dollars worth of other food and my 5 soft tacos were not inside and I couldn't get a receipt! I ask the lady if she double checked my order because of the size and she reassured me everything was there. This happens all the time!!!

I received some of the worst customer service ever today at the #1000 Adelanto, CA 92301 location. Items were initially missing from the order so I went back in to get the items and was told that they were never added. I paid for the additional items and when I got back to my car I didn’t think to check the order, since I literally just walked in there to tell them they messed up, but I was indeed charged for and given the wrong item again… I went back in the store to let them know and the manager told me the missing item was more so I would need to provide an additional $3 or so.. I was not about to walk back to my car and get more money so I traded both items for the one missing to call it even. The manager was so rude she had me standing there and didn’t even tell me when my order was ready, they just placed it on the counter… This company has a LOT to work on if the managers and staff are willing to treat their paying customers this way.

Burnt patties in double del, got there at 11:16 in drive through and got to window at 1am. Lg fries weren't full, the wait left us sleepy and just wanting to go home. But then the meal was terrible the cost for the quality of food was despicable. All together wasn't even worth going when WENDY'S was straight across the HWY with no line and fresher good. Better prices too.

Honestly worst taco bell i’ve ever been to. They need to rehire the entire team. I payed extra to get steak and no chipotle sauce and it’s as if they didn’t even attempt my order, and no customers were here so I don’t understand how you mess up one burrito. I drove home to find out my order was wrong, had to drive back to get it replaced and yet they still got it wrong, still added chipotle sauce. I give it one more try and I do an online pickup order, ask for sauce on an expensive order and didn’t even get a single packet. It’s always empty at night so I’m not sure how they always get it wrong. Staff is lazy. Portions are also the worst out of all the locations I’ve been to. Every time I go here they get my order wrong, so always make sure to double check your order, or just never come to this location. Nothing but bad reviews here, and still nothing has been changed for years.

My wife and myself went there on Friday after we placed a mobile order not only did I was I missing items, but my wife got food poisoning safe to say this place is unclean and has a lazy kitchen staff that serves people food that isn’t good anymore, do not eat here or go to another location

I ordered from the drive thru. First, the girl did not confirm my order. She just told me the total amount. Then she told me to park my car so I did. I opened the bag, tell me why some of the items was missing? And on top of that the carne asada fries was cold. I was so disappointed. They short me on the food that I paid for and it was cold. In my experience, customer service at this location is always fine, but the food service is always poor. Todays order was processed incorrectly. Fries tasted and looked old, cold, and dark. Soda without ice, due to no ice availability. This was fine, except the soda was also flat. It's not worth my gas or my money to return. Drive-thru employee was professional. Will not return and can not recommend it.

I'm very disappointed. I ordered though the del taco app spent over $78 for my family and I to eat here, for there to be hardly and fries in our chili cheese fry boxes. And I ordered bold burritos and got no secret sauce and literally only 1 French fry in my burrito. And on top of that they didn't mark our drinks right so we tried asking what drink was coke then the lady tried correcting us saying "no you ordered Coke Zero." And we told her no it's supposed to be coke then she decided to look at the receipt then said "ok then this one is coke then." Didn’t even apologize for the attitude she was giving us and Not even sure if she gave us the correct drinks or not. they also didn't give us any sauce packets when we asked for it. Won't be coming back to this del taco.

My son and I came here for lunch they screwed up our order twice no sour cream that we paid for and then when they redid it there's no meat LOL the only thing that was good was their strawberry lemonade their fries were soggy an old asked for fresh fries and still got the same damn fries what a bummer

Cold flour tortillas and the portions or very small your taco could have only lettuce and no meat all on depending on the staff, also order a large with very cold and very little fries. This del taco in geranl is greedy with their portions. Adding to this review as you can see this location still has trouble making their food smh

A absolutely terrible breakfast, the hash brown sticks tasted like they were from the 19th century. The new flat wrap was horrific (bring back the breakfast tacos.) The only thing I ate was the tasty orange juice but they didn't make it.
