I ordered takeout, and they're taking advantage of me. It's less than a kilometer away, and they said it would be 20 pesos more if it rained. When they told me my order was coming, it wasn't raining. It rained when they took the order, but they explained it was rain on the way, and they still charged me. They say 20 pesos doesn't matter, well, they could have sent me 20 pesos more from Tampico. The rolls are already meager, and with rice that isn't Japanese, it's the worst—stiff and poorly made. If they want to raise the price, they can do it, or they shouldn't offer a 2-for-1 deal if they're going to give me a pittance just to avoid losing me. The worst thing you can sell is bad quality, and they even write "good afternoon" on the disposable plastic wrap. But they say consumption is a chain, so let's see if it's really profitable for them. Horrible advertising, we ordered a box for 2 people, it has some papaya wedges and only 1 roll, the worst, really, only 1 roll arrived, the boneless were literally leftovers from the freezer bag, 80% were pure breaded balls, 30% chicken, I will never order from this place again, on top of that they act stupid, they say how it is supposed to work but it arrived horrible at my address. They say they do not have potato wedges, they sent me in my box, I wish I had taken a photo, really, but I will not order from here again, they do things wrong and on top of that they act stupid

My friends recommended this place to me and during my break I wanted to try it out. The establishment was empty and the lady at the counter was very rude when I asked for the menu. She was in a bit of a hurry and I saw when they handed her my package but she completely ignored it. More customers came in and she approached to serve them even though she had my order ready for delivery. She served approximately 4 more people and even delivered food to people who came later and in the end she gave me my food very rudely. I feel sorry for her because the place looks nice and the food is delicious. I wish they would pay better attention to the staff. Customer service is not for everyone and you can tell the lady doesn't like her job.
