It was Sunday at 9 am, there were only two women working and there was a line. Although the food is good, the service is slow. They should hire more staff.

Los guisados muy equis, lastimosamente las chicas muy amablemente (de verdad), nos indicaron que allí no se preparan los guisados y se nota, pues el sabor carece de sazón, y llámenme cursi, le falta amor. Los tamaños de las gorditas son una broma. El agua de horchata parecía echada a perder y en contrario, la de jamaica sin sabor. No se, me sentí hasta raro jaja. Les deseo suerte, ojalá puedan revisar bien esos grandes detalles.

La atención es maravillosa todas las señoras son muy amables! El sabor es comestible! Nada fuera del otro mundo, honestamente deja mucho que desear, no se siente un sabor casero, y claro lo hacen en la matriz y lo mandan a sucursales, el precio es mucho para el tamaño, las aguas de sabor son una porquería, son de concentrados nada natural y la horchata me generó un coma diabético y la jamaica está muy desabrida! Su sistema hace que el servicio sea práctico y eficiente No regreso! Decepción total!

Llegamos de casualidad nos pareció que podía ser una opción rápida para comer. Pero no, el servicio es de lo maaaaas lento jamás regresaré.

Fui y se tardan bastante.. Las gorditas son mini cómo para un niño de 4 años. Tienes que comprar 6 gorditas qué básicamente 6 equivalen a 3.. La neta no los recomiendo caras por una mini gordita

Upon entering the establishment, I was the only customer waiting to be served. Two employees clearly saw me, but they were chatting while I waited. They never said good morning or that they'd be with me in a moment. I waited for about four minutes for them to finish their conversation, and then we decided to leave. Very poor service.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering the smallest, most expensive, and ugliest gorditas I've ever eaten through Didi.

Horrible! Besides the terrible service from the manager, the food is anything but homemade! How could they even think of it? The gorditas are mass-produced; you can see they're machine-cut. It's obvious no one is actually making them; they're already cut into small pieces on trays and just put on the griddle as needed. I wouldn't be surprised if they're frozen! I ordered two flour gorditas to go, and when I got home, I realized the dough was completely raw! The corn gorditas, like the flour ones, are all pre-cut, so they're definitely not homemade. The fillings are tasteless. I swear, it's awful. Don't waste your money or time at this place!

The worst branch ever. Since opening day, we've been back about five times, and there are always problems taking orders, paying in cash, some dishes are unavailable, they don't take orders properly, they don't honor promotions, etc. We had overlooked these issues because the employees were older and the system apparently wasn't easy to use, but the last few times we encountered different employees, all struggling with the same problems, and now they seemed to be doing it reluctantly. Sadly, we won't be back.

The service isn't too bad, but I think what they offer is a scam. I ordered some totaquiles to go, and the tortilla chips were mass-produced; they can't even make them themselves, since they advertise their food as homemade. The salsa was just a superficial addition, as was the stew that came with it. I asked if they had café de olla (Mexican-style coffee), and they said yes, but they gave me Americano instead. I asked again if it was café de olla, and they insisted it was, but I only realized it wasn't when I tried it at home. I was disappointed, so I don't recommend them. In my opinion, they're a fraud.
