I've loved pizza for over 15 years, but the hygiene in the pizza area was very bad for me. A woman who works there mopped her hands with the cloth used to clean the counter. I told her to please wash her hands and then dry them again with the same cloth she used to wipe the water from the mop. I hope I don't run into her there again, since we're people who only go for the delicious pizzas, not to mention the chimichurri, but it ruined my appetite...

TERRIBLE PLACE!!! TERRIBLE STAFF!! THEY DON'T ACCEPT CARD PAYMENTS. If you have the option NOT to go, take it. It's absolutely not worth it. I took my son because he wanted a slice of pizza. As soon as I sat down, a VERY RUDE man kicked us out of the tables (there was only one table occupied) and I told him, "We'll leave as soon as I'm finished," to which he replied, "Well, hurry up because this isn't your area." I got up and left (offended), and then, as I was leaving, he brazenly said to another waiter, "See, I told you they wouldn't leave a tip." Seriously. I don't recommend it.

Terrible. A nice waiter came over and told us to order at the register. We waited 8 minutes and the cashiers didn't serve us. Their pizza smells good, unfortunately, the staff is terrible.

Personally, I had an unpleasant experience. I've been visiting this iconic place for years and had always had wonderful culinary experiences. I stopped going for a while, and when I returned recently, eager to eat at a place where I used to eat as a child with close friends, I decided to order a fish fillet. The service was very slow at first, but I let it go. Later, when I ordered and started to taste my piece of breaded fish, it had a gelatinous texture. I assumed it was undercooked, so after a couple of bites, seeing that it was entirely like that, I decided to call the waiter over to ask if it was just my perception or if it was undercooked. He took the plate away and returned it to the kitchen, simply confirming that my food was undercooked and saying they would cook it more. Expecting them to return it properly cooked, and taking even longer than it had already taken, I waited. But upon returning, after thinking it would be fine and taking another bite, the piece of breaded fish still had a gelatinous texture. Fearing for my health, I decided not to finish and wait for my companions to finish their meals before leaving.

Very slow service, only one server for everything, and they forget orders. Their "red" enchiladas are spicy and chipotle. Or what are red enchiladas like here in Aguascalientes? And to top it off, their breaded chicken breast is half cooked.
