El día de ayer fuimos, pedimos una pizza margarita y cuál fue mi sorpresa que solo era queso y virutas de albaca, ni siquiera rebanadas de jitomate, muy rica pero como que le faltaron hojas de albaca y el jitomate... Los precios caritzimos de París, cuando pido la cuenta dice el recibo al final: el total más el 10% de "cargo por servicio", que yo entendí que era la propina, pero oh sorpresa, al recibir mi cambio me cobraron nuevamente el 10 %... No quise hacer escándalo, pero debut y despedida, no vuelvo, lástima que el dueño corra así a sus clientes por no pagar mejores sueldos a sus meseros, que prácticamente te roban en despoblado...

Pésimo servicio, la verdad venimos por la comida y Es un bonito lugar, pero hoy antes de que nos sirvieran, los meseros super groseros peleando con el chef, la comida salada, se tardaron mucho en servirnos, pedimos la cuenta y 30 minutos más para que la lleven, pagamos y nos persiguió para exigirnos la propina, super prepotente se llama CARLOS FERNANDO LUJAN AGUILAR y groseros, supuestamente el lo ca a tener que "poner" de su bolsa, cuando le dije que no la merecen y es en base al servicio, me dijo que eso es en "las taquerias" cómo insinuando qué ellos eran de nivel PÉSIMO SERVICIO, DE VERDAD SIN GANAS DE REGRESAR, QUE PENA QUE SU PERSONAL TAN CORRIENTE Y DESAGRADABLE....

Al principio habían muchas expectativas primer error, la pizza súper grasosa, muy caro y la gente prepotente por querernos cobrar el servicio, poco profesional por parte del mesero. Si tienen la oportunidad de ir, desaprovéchenla. 🤗🤗

No cambiaré mi calificación hasta que quiten el 10% obligatorio. Siempre que voy me han atendido bien, pero es ilegal y una grosería que cobren el 10% en la cuenta. Yo hasta les daba la propina en efectivo aunque pagara con tarjeta. Me caen bien y no quiero perjudicar a los meseros, si no si los demando a los administradores

Pedí una lasagña y estaba fría, los meseros te atienden con cara de enojados y al salir uno de los meseros me reclamó porque no dejé el 10% de propina, al decirle que no traía cambio me dijo que le hubiera pagado con la tarjeta, pésima actitud.

Hace poco fui con mi familia a este desagradable lugar. Justo cuando estábamos esperando la comida, vimos tecuejos en la pared e incluso a mi mamá se le subió uno. Dejamos pasar este incidente y cuando pagamos la cuenta, el mesero nos exigió el 10% de propina y eso es ilegal ¡¡¡Jamás vamos a volver!!!

Terrible experience. The place is ugly, sad, abandoned, and desolate, located in the ugliest section of the plaza. Both this restaurant and the entire plaza need immediate renovation. I was swayed by the radio advertising, but it was awful, awful, awful, very awful.

Years ago it was great, TODAY, 2025, it's HORRIBLE. It used to be my favorite restaurant, but on my last two visits, it wasn't the same. The quality of the food has changed, and this was most noticeable in the pasta and desserts. I always order tiramisu, and several times now it's tasted like it came from the refrigerator. It wasn't properly stored and didn't have the same flavor. It's truly disappointing, especially since this last time I took my group of friends, and we all left disappointed by the food. UPDATE: I went back because I was craving the four-cheese pizza. BIG MISTAKE. Horrible, and the same complaint. The quality has dropped dramatically. It's truly sad that they don't listen to their customers. I WILL NEVER RETURN. Let's stop eating at these places.
