It's a good place to hang out with family, friends, or couples. The only thing missing is a bit of streamlining the kitchen, but the place itself is very nice.

It's an amazing place to go play pool, cards, or video games. The food is delicious. We ordered nachos and were surprised by the real tortilla chips, chili, and guacamole, which were delicious! The place has amazing paintings, and the music also creates a great atmosphere. The servers are super attentive and friendly!

If you like video games, it's a good place to hang out while eating some snacks or trying a drink. The prices are reasonable. The service is where they need to improve, in my opinion. I had to go look for her downstairs to order something else since she took a long time to come up and never came back to ask if I needed anything else... From then on, everything was fine.

The truth is that the atmosphere is cool, it's a good place if you just want to go drink with friends and play for a while, it's a very cool place, but to eat it's definitely bad, the food is very bland, the meat of the simple hamburger seemed to be raw and smelled strange, the chicken burger had almost burnt nuggets but raw inside, that's the only problem I can find, the service is okay, it's not great but it's not bad, very friendly, the waiting time was not as long as I had imagined

Honestly, they barely served us, the beer tasted burnt, and the parking situation was a big turn-off. The concept is cool, but if the service is poor, it's not worth it.

Lobby is a concept that combines fast food, drinks, and video games, and in theory it sounds interesting. However, the service leaves much to be desired: instead of having servers approach you, you have to go looking for them, which is inconvenient. Furthermore, the wait time to play games can be quite long, and the quality of the food doesn't live up to the promises. In our case, we had a good time because we arrived on a quiet day and were able to use the games without too much trouble, but overall, I don't consider it a highly recommended place, beyond initial curiosity.

If you get the chance to go, don't miss it. The service is absurd, especially from the waitress. From the beginning, it was clear she didn't like us, and our order took over 50 minutes. They also changed the prices on the food, and their excuse was "they're outdated."

The food was absolutely disgusting, cold, and tasteless. It was expensive, and to top it off, there were no managers or owners. What's the point of that? Who can you complain to if there are no managers? There are never any employees; they either disappear or are just messing around. Besides, I think only the bar is functioning. DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

I really do NOT RECOMMEND this place. It's terrible and the food is 🤮🤮🤮 garbage. I even found a tiny hair growing in my hair, like a man's. It's disgusting, and to top it all off, there's never a waiter or waitress. It's truly sad that they employ inexperienced people in the kitchen, and it's awful that no one seems to be checking on them. There aren't even any staff members.

I absolutely do not recommend this place. It's completely unprofessional, the food is disgusting, the kitchen is filthy, and the manager, owner, or whoever is in charge seems to do nothing to improve the food. This isn't the first time this has happened to me. I definitely won't recommend it. I'll be talking to my friends and family, as we're a group of 30 and used to be regular customers, but not anymore.

Rating 1.5/5 Service 1/5 - It seems like the staff isn't interested in being helpful. You have to keep looking for them, you have to go right up to them to get them to pay attention to you or to remember that you asked them for something. Service 0/5 - The waiters (specifically a waitress) were very rude. In my case, the young lady had terrible service. She felt very arrogant and tried to hide it with a smile that was even faker than hers. Terrible treatment, terrible service on her part. She almost wanted to fire us with her eyes. She never said good night, or see you soon, or thank you, and she didn't even look at us when we asked for something. Amenities 1/5 - The pool tables... In my opinion, they're too close together; they could use a little more space. - The ventilation is terrible. At night, it's so cool you have to wear a jacket, but inside, you feel as hot as if you were in a carnival bar. - The chairs feel very low and worn. They could use some maintenance or a cushion to make them feel less low (you sink into them). - The background music is either very poorly distributed or too loud in certain areas. In short, if there's a lot of combined noise, which is more than pleasant, it becomes annoying after a while. Establishment 3/5 - Overall, if it's your first time and you want to get to know the place, you can have a good time. If you're served well, if there's space, if there are no glitches, if the food is prepared with enthusiasm... - The console tables, tables/islands, chairs, and pool tables are all too close together, which causes some discomfort. If a diner/visitor gets excited or moves around a lot, they can disturb the surrounding tables. - There's very little parking, as it's a shared space, aside from being next to the gas station. Food 1/5 - The food was good at first; by the middle of last year, it was passable, but now... it's not just bad, it's inedible. - The food itself lacked flavor; the food tasted like nothing to me, and neither did my companions. - The main courses lacked seasoning; they were overly seasoned, with too much salt and pepper. - The meat was undercooked; the chicken was either very burnt or lacked it. - The portions need improvement; the burgers varied in size, the wings were boneless, and the sides were ridiculous. How are you going to serve four celery and carrot sticks for a full order and half a cup of dressing????? - Also, I ordered some nachos, and they were missing cheese and had extra chilies. I wanted more toppings and cheese, and they wanted to charge me extra for them. Waiting/Waiting List 3/5 - If you're lucky and there's availability, it's fine. - If not, the wait does take a while, but it's understandable to a certain extent. When it doesn't, the waiters make a fuss. This last time, I asked for pool, and they sent me to a table with a console, "to wait for pool." When the pool tables became free, they gave priority to those who were arriving first. When I asked, they just said, "I'll seat you at the next table." Games 2/5 - Besides, the pool tables need maintenance. - The console tables, despite giving you the freedom to download games from the lists they have, take a long time and are mostly single-player games (on XBOX consoles). - On other console tables, some games don't load or freeze. As a personal experience from several visits to the establishment: - Power outages - Terrible service - Waiting for games or tables takes a long time In conclusion... - I recommend that if you want to play pool, there's a cafe two blocks down from this establishment. - I recommend that if you want good food, you go somewhere else to eat, because food isn't their strong suit. - I recommend that if you want to play video games, you go to Plaza Patria. Although they charge by the hour, believe me, they have better service, better customer service, and they actually maintain their equipment. Or, get together with friends.
