Probé una sopa miso y un rollo de sushi Fernández, la sopa no tenía sabor y solo traía 2 cuadritos de tofú, parecía más bien té de alga. El sushi estaba bueno pero el arroz un poco duro, casi parecía que no era del día. El lugar estaba casi vacío por lo que el servicio fue rápido.

The food is good, and the portions are fair for the price. Honestly, they need to improve their service and do something different to make their dishes more appealing, visually attractive, and original. It's an average sushi place.

There was only one waitress, and she seemed distracted and walked rather slowly; I don't know if that's why it took more than 40 minutes for the food to arrive. There was nothing to liven things up, which became a bit annoying since the wait seems even longer when you're hungry. But it was worth the wait because the food was delicious.

I really liked the sushi here, but over time, you can see how the service, the flavor of the rolls, and the presentation have changed. I'm disappointed. The mango didn't taste good anymore.

We ordered dry, tasteless chicken to take out. They've significantly lowered the quality of their products, and it's overpriced. It's not worth going.

One of the few early sushi places that remained popular in the city. Well thought out concept and offering with little intention to stand out for authenticity. Their rolls are barely eatable with a disproportionate rice to filling ratio, mushy and dense. Their Yakimeshi is slightly better in taste but the tori was overcooked and came back with carbon residues meaning they either reuse oil or do not clean the grill often enough. The place was not crowded and staff was friendly.

Pésima experiencia en Kapital Sushi. Tuvimos que esperar más de 40 minutos por nuestros alimentos, mientras claramente daban prioridad a los pedidos a domicilio. Lo más molesto fue que varias mesas que llegaron después de nosotros fueron atendidas y recibieron su comida antes. La falta de organización y consideración hacia los clientes en el lugar deja mucho que desear. Definitivamente necesitan mejorar su logística y servicio.

I got food poisoning from the sushi; I had to go to the hospital because I vomited at least four times. They sell poor quality and expired sushi. DO NOT GO UNLESS YOU WANT TO END UP IN THE HOSPITAL

I ordered takeout last night (around 800 pesos total) and the experience was disappointing. One of the sushi rolls turned out to be almost entirely cream cheese—maybe it was in the description, but I'm not from here and they didn't explain it to me when I ordered. I also asked for extra wasabi; the person who took my order said "okay" and wrote it down, but they never sent it. All the teppanyaki was dry, and the flan I ordered never arrived. Instead, I received two small boxes of plain rice. Basically, I spent 800 pesos (598 for the order plus delivery and tip) on food that was practically inedible.

To begin with, the cashier greeted me with a sour face, as if she were doing me a favor or that I was asking for the rolls for free. I ordered a mango roll; the mangoes were frozen, pale, and tasteless. The yakimeshi looked like leftovers from yesterday; you could barely see the vegetables, and it didn't have any egg. I know the yakimeshi was free, but it felt like they gave me the scraps.

The main ingredients of good sushi are the rice and the protein. Neither of those are good here. The rice was super thick, and the protein tasted like refrigerators. Also, while we were there, they randomly added chilies, and we had to leave because of the itching in our throats and eyes.

I placed a takeout order, they took forever to take my order, and it took over an hour to deliver it. When I got home, I opened it and it was awful. There was nothing in the middle, just balls of rice. It said it was breaded, but the breading was terrible. Everything was wrong. They even gave me three shrimp, haha, like they were giving them to me for free.
