A quaint country diner with excellant food choices. I had the 3 cheese omelet and husband had chicken dinner. Both were cooked to order. Waitress was amazing.

I ordered a Fish Fry (on a Saturday afternoon!). Best decision I ever made. It was delicious. Nice restaurant to stop in after a day of antiquing. Waitress was so nice 😊

This place is delicious, definitely come check it out! It's worth the drive. They also do DoorDash delivery. But I suggest coming in for the lovely service.

Great wait staff, I felt super welcome as soon as I sat down. The food was simple, but delicious, classic American breakfast (eggs, toast, bacon, potatoes) and it was all perfect!

First time trying kaboodles kafe with my grandma, we got the buffalo chicken sandwich and she got the roast beef. Food was excellent, you get the bang for your buck! Waitress was incredibly sweet and attentive! All in all, we will be coming back!!

An unplanned stop during our vacation but it was worth the short detail. While our home in Utah will probably keep us from returning, please don't let that from you stopping and getting large portions of great food. The wall with different sayings is a fun diversion during dinner.

We moved to Gasport back in 2009 and have just stumbled upon this gem when we traveled a bit further out. Great place for a friendly bite to eat that tastes great and is sure to fill you up. My kids love the breakfast choices (waffles, pancakes, French toast options). This will definitely be a regular stop for us from time to time.

Stopped here after a concert at Darien lake. Ordered the kaboodles pancake stack and unfortunately didn’t know it came with strawberry syrup but the staff were incredibly apologetic and took care of the issue immediately. The diner itself is super cozy and the food was great/quick. Would absolutely recommend stopping here for a breakfast bite!

Loved this place! Very good food and atmosphere! If you're looking for a SIGN, this is the place to find it and inspiration too! Kinda corkey with the use of their tablet and ordering as some things cannot be customized with options. (Adding peppers & onions to an omelette). Quaint and woodsy atmosphere, perfectly cooked eggs, sausage and pancakes, and I enjoyed the coffee too. We had a standard breakfast and enjoyed ourselves. Waitress was hilarious and a joy to have serving and bantering with us.

This is sn affordable, simple diner with a three page menu. (1 for breakfast, 1 for lunch, 1 for dinner) The food is amazing and the prices are great. And it's totally worth the stop. Combine this with a day in akron, an adorable walkable small town with great shops.

Decided to try this restaurant, after years of driving by it. Met a friend for breakfast and was so impressed that I went back for dinner, with another friend. Homey atmosphere, clean, great service, friendly people, hot and very tasty food, extra large portions and reasonable prices. AND the menu wasn't pages long! I WILL be back and so will my friends.

Stopped in for lunch and ordered the fish fry. The lady running the place was super friendly and attentive to everyone inside the restaurant. The meal was great and came out in a matter of minutes. The coleslaw was just how I like it. The only complaint I could see is the menu is pretty small. But I would say this is a great place to stop if you’re thinking about it.

I would definitely recommend Kaboodles in Akron NY. Food was really good! The service was outstanding! Very friendly! They accommodated for 12 of us and the place was busy. It was our father's/grandfather's 90th birthday. They even allowed us to bring in a cake to celebrate his day. One of the staff even took pictures of our family outside. Stopped with my wife and grandchildren. The waitress was wonderful with the youngest (who wasn’t sure what he wanted) and everyone enjoyed their entry. Salads were fresh, my steak slovacki was great, as were the ravioli and the chicken fingers. Gravy and mashed potatoes are homemade! Great service, great food.

We were in town and randomly stopped in for lunch. BOW w/fries, Rueben w/onion rings and Turkey club w/fries. Portions wetr great. All dishes were deeeeelish! Very resonable price$. Comfy ole school diner surroundings. Our servers Wendy & Marie were TOP NOTCH!!!! Eyeballed some of the dishes being served to others and I'll be back to try those Apple waffles..they looked HUGE!!!

Cute atmosphere. Lots of funny sayings plaques hanging on the walls. Read them while we waited for our food for a few giggles. Waitresses were very friendly and our order came out quickly and food was very good. We will definitely be back! We camp up the road at Sleepy Hollow all season and this place is very convenient to get to. Yum!

I'm a huge fan of Kaboodles Kafe. And if they change their name again, but keep the same food and staff, I'll still be a huge fan. (You'll understand what I mean by that if you check out the sign near their front door.) My mom and I like to meet up with my uncle for brunch sometimes after church. This is a great halfway point for us, so this is why we've chosen this place so much. But honestly, if the food was awful or the service were bad, we'd just drive all the way into Batavia and go elsewhere. And if my uncle wanted to stop meeting up with us or moved to Nebraska or something, my mom and I would go anyway. And if my mom decided she no longer enjoys great food, I would go without her. Admittedly, this isn't the best location if you're looking for a place to eat. But once you've been, you'll want to go back again and again, and the location won't matter a lick! The menu offers up all the standard diner-type fare. I have been a handful of times and I think I've ordered the same thing every time: two eggs over medium, rye toast, and bacon. Hey, when you know what you like, you know what you like. Every time the eggs have been cooked perfectly, and the service always comes with a smile. During my last visit, we met up with my uncle and his "lady friend" (when you're in your seventies I guess nobody calls it girlfriend/boyfriend anymore), my cousin and his wife, and my cousin's mom (who is also my cousin, of course). My mom, my son, and I were also there. So yeah, there were eight of us in all. We called ahead for a seat (that was smart on our part because they were quite busy!) and they had it ready for us as soon as we arrived. Our orders were all correct, and everything came out at the same time. Impressive! Our glasses were never empty. Our server was very fun and joked with us. And she never once made us feel like we had to hurry up and leave to free up the tables. We hadn't seen my cousin's family in several years, so it was really like a family reunion. We appreciated not being rushed (and I made sure to show my appreciation with a very large tip because c'mon, it's just common courtesy if you're going to overstay your welcome, you make it up to the server who is losing out on more paying customers). When we got up to leave, we all agreed it was great food, and my cousin and wife who had never been there before both said they will be going back again (this was their first time). I decided then that if I come across anyone else who's never tried Kaboodles, we're going to have to meet out there for brunch. Tip: Don't be upset if you have to wait a little bit to be seated. I promise the food is worth it!

The food was good. My bf loved his 1/2 pound mushroom burger and fries. I got the breakfast wrap with bacon (wish it was a little crispier) and eggs with cheese. (A little too much egg for me) with homefries. The homefries were good but had a lot grease. The wait staff was the only person working and she was on her game and getting stuff done. She was pleasant and kind even when she was absolutely so busy.

We found this diner after dropping our son and his friends off at Darien lake. We sat ourselves. There's cute signs throughout to read and most are funny. I ordered coffee and the monster omelet which came with hash browns and toast. My husband ordered Pepsi, a Belgian waffle and the farmers breakfast. We both thought our food was very tasty. I was not pleased with the service whatsoever. The vibe we received was more like "why are you here." She didn't offer to top off my coffee, or ask if I wanted more. She checked on us when were just about finished with our food. I asked for a water, because at this point there was no sense having more coffee.  She seemed very tired, as if she just didn't want to be there. Another girl brought us a box to go. I'd recommend this diner for the food, but I didn't get that comforting welcome or vibe that I read in other reviews.

Best clam chowder I have had in a long time. The fish fry was soo good and the staff here are amazing such good service.

If you're looking for a good Greek salad (added chicken) this is not the restaurant you want. The chicken was fatty and flavorless. Lettuce was just plain ice berg. I thought the dressing tasted more like a lite Italian. Service/server was very nice. Cute place, but I won't be back. Rated 3 for everything but the food.

Mixed experience here. Loved the cosy atmosphere but my companion's order wasn't prepared as requested, and when returned came back the same way, if not worse! Many pluses here (decor, menu choices, cosy relaxed atmosphere, very interesting pictures and signs) but attention to details when taking and preparing meals would help to give a great experience. I would return if needed for sure.

I don't know if it's a coincidence of me moving to Akron post pandemic but man whether it's a kid or an adult running the show all these restaurants kaboodles included will just ignore the phone calls and just wait out online orders until you get a message that they "couldn't fulfill the order" if they don't feel like working. Only got food here once because any other time I ordered after they just ignore calls and dash orders. All the other places in the village run their business about the same so if you have no expectations of professionalism and food service but want good food if they feel like making it, well this is the village for you 👍

We were told to sit anywhere so we did. Waitress came over and took our drink order and then we sat and waited. Two more tables got seated way after us and the waitress took both their orders before she came and took ours. Got our food and I asked for mixed fruit jelly for my toast and waitress brought me orange marmalade, apple and strawberry and she asked me if I wanted her to mix them for me. What.........no I wanted mixed fruit jelly. My toast was barely toasted and my bacon was supposed to be crispy and it was not. Will never come back.

Poor service, waitress overwhelmed. Coffee repeatedly weak, food served cold. Home fries had raw onions on them. Save your money!
