Our main eating place when staying in Seville for a month. We were so fortunate to live right next to them. I think we had everything on the menu and I would recommend them 100%. They also do fresh bread everyday. Everything is home cooked and fresh. The sauce used with the chicken is so delicious. Exceptional value for money.

La segunda vez que compro un pollo y la segunda vez que me dan uno seco que seguramente era del dia anterior. En ambas ocasiones el pollo estaba deshecho. Compre tambien una tortillla de patatas y la hemos tenido que tirar entera, sabor agrio y no se apreciaba el sabor ni a huevo ni a las patatas. Despues de dos experiencias negativas, no repetire una tercera.

Of the two employees, the brunette is unsuitable for customer service. Her rudeness and poor treatment of delivery drivers are constant. She's known for her rude and disrespectful behavior. Delivery drivers for Glovo, Uber Eats, etc., deserve RESPECT, just like everyone else. And this girl is not fit to work in a place like this; she has absolutely no manners and demonstrates it every day. Because she's working, but so are the delivery drivers, and thanks to them, this business reaches more customers and therefore increases its profits. So, I recommend the manager of this store: 1. Review this employee's behavior, as it is unacceptable. 2. Pay for her to receive training in manners and good behavior, if necessary, not only with delivery drivers but also with the general public. It's a shame because the food might be good, but having people like this working here drives away all the customers. And of course, the platforms (Glovo, Uber, etc.) are receiving complaints from delivery drivers about the treatment they received from the woman at this business. She should think carefully because there will come a time when we drivers will refuse to pick up orders there, and she'll have to go and deliver them herself, because no one who works as a delivery driver has anything positive to say about her.

The woman attending to customers is very bad at her job, very disrespectful, speaks rudely to everyone, and responds poorly. She takes away your desire to buy or eat.

I'm very disappointed at the experience received with being delivered a half chicken when I paid for a whole chicken. Glovo only refunded three Euros. I won't ever order from this crooked establishment again.
