Opiniones de Raretea Alameda
It was the only place in the area that was open. I came in at 10:59pm (keep in mind that the place closes at 11pm) and the staff was very kind and welcoming. I called them telling that I was running late and if they could wait for me. I ordered Oreo Milk tea with Ice-cream and boba. Yummy. Thank you!
Pretty good for chain bubble tea store, ordered ahead for work order, just don't go when the after school rush arrives.

Friendly staff. Drinks were delicious food fresh and well prepared. Took my 10 year old for the first time to try boba which he didn't get lol but tried some of mines. He got the cocoa snow something with ice cream topping... He really enjoyed it and has asked to go back already. I'm also looking forward to trying some different options next time because we'll be back.
One of the best boba spots on the island. Glad to have one on this side of town. Never super busy. Staff are always friendly and service is fast. Great flavors and chewy boba cooked to perfection. Have not had a chance to try the snacks yet.
Sharetea is my favorite boba chain. I wish they had frequent customer stamp cards. This particular one has nice staff and short wait times. It also has a cozy space to relax while enjoying your sweet, sweet, sugary drinks.

My nephew told me I should try out Share Tea, and I’m appreciative for his recommendation. The drinks that I’ve ordered have been very high quality, and tasty as well. I also enjoy the decor. I’d definitely like to come back with my laptop to work or study. It’s a cozy space, so if you come with a group, it may feel a bit crowded. Also be aware that prices are a bit higher than other popular bubble tea shops, such as iTea or Quickly, but I think you get what you pay for. I would have given 5 stars, but the electronic stamp/rewards system doesn’t always work, and I have had a few experiences where they were out of the ingredients for a specific drink I wanted.
Good boba tea. I don't recommend the calamari, it looked like it came from one of those frozen bags. Very disappointed, they used to make it differently before.
The drinks are always great! This recent visit we purchased one of the smiski toys at the register and after opening we discovered it was fake/a knockoff. For $10.99 it was very disappointing! Photo reference: the one in the left is one we already had at home and the right one is the knockoff from Raretea.
Normally Id rate 4 stars, but for some reason, the chicken was EXTREMELY salty. Dumped 2 boxes of chicken straight down the trash because it was literally inedible. The takoyaki and drinks in general were delicious otherwise.

The drinks were decent... but it took them very long time to make our drinks we have waited for at least 20 min. Also they did not have restroom for customers they even told us to go to other restaurants across the street (and there were so many people as well) I know cleaning will take extra works for them... I just hope the complex management company there to consider adding portable restrooms.
Drinks are good but very poor customer service. They prioritize their phone and door dash orders over walk in's. Came three times and each time we waited for many minutes in the front for someone to either get off the phone or online order kiosk. Every time they see me and just don't do anything or say anything and just have us waiting there. In person customer > phone> online order was how it used to be.
Ordered 3 drinks, staff doesn't bother to ask if I need straws... shouldn't wait for customer to ask unless you assumed they don't need it. The drink, mango with ice cream is terrible.... tastes like water with ice. The other 2 milk tea is just plain simple and nothing special. The price for those drinks are $25.... incredible for outrageous price with nearly par quality. Please don't waste your money at this place for boba itea drinks, other places are much better for starters.

The jasmine milktea contained minimal tea flavor and tasted primarily like diluted creamer with sugar. Unfortunately, the quality has declined compared to what I have experienced before.
The thai tea latte that I bought today tasted so bad and sour. The drink has these weird looking white dots that make me guess that the milk went bad. Why no one is checking the expiration dates of these things?!

We live close by so when my wife craves bubble tea we come here but I can taste the powder in the Taro each time I get it.
husband surprised me with a taro milk tea, it looked dark I thought that was strange. tasted it and they didn't even put the almond milk in as requested, all I tasted was tea.
We ordered the Thai milk tea with Ice Cream added and a Brown Sugar Boba milk tea. Not worth the money AT ALL. Drinks are one size. Thai milk tea did not come with boba we did pay extra for it since it came with ice cream instead which is a little disappointing considering they’re on the higher side of pricing for everything. My Brown Sugar Boba milk tea was just milk. I did not get the option to adjust sweetness so I assumed it would be 100% sweetness. I made sure to mix it before I drank it. It was not even a different color; just milk white. The boba was weird and soggy and fell apart. All in all the whole trip was just a disappointing way to spend $16 on 2 ‘speciality’ drinks
Before this place became Raretea it was actually good. They always get orders wrong and there are so many better bubble tea places in Alameda. The tea tastes water downed and unflavored. I tried their popcorn chicken as well and it was burnt and there were more bits without chicken than with. Their takoyaki felt super soggy and almost under cooked. Super disappointed.
The first few times coming were good. I need to stop wasting my money on this place. I got a lemon green tea bitters 30% sweet and lite ice made my stomach hurts and me bloated. Used 40pts that’s 1.50 off 5.75 but stil charged full need my refund
