Don’t usually write reviews, but one of the best quick lunch spots I found at SF! Came with my co-worker, and we ordered pork belly rice curry and avocado with cod roe mayo rice bowl. Both of them came in 2-3 minutes, and total was less than $15 per person (which is very hard to find in SF). Portions were generous, and they all tasted great! Will definitely be coming back soon.

Above and beyond service , food, and speed! Great middle of the work day meal as they are so fast with the service and super kind and welcoming. The food is warm and textures are crunchy and soft- really melts in your mouth. Definitely need to give this place a try!!!

I had the Super Bowl, and mom had the kitchen rice with sausage. It was very delicious! The Korean woker/owner there was very friendly and gave us Korean two cookies! I would go here again the next time I'm in SF near Embarcadero station.

Delicious food and amazing service! Rare find in the Embarcadero area of SF (usually most places are closed for the weekend). Most meals start under $10 but still a great deal if you want larger portions. Kimchi fried rice with sausage + runny egg (spicy and savory) ♥️ Since their water dispenser was out of order, they gave complementary bottled water which was a nice surprise 😄 Highly recommend and definitely will go back 💯

Customer service was top notch and he was super kind and polite! The food is also amazing and every bite is worth the price. And to add, the portion was perfect for a lunch meal too! (Not too expensive either!)

Warm, tasty, and super fast service! Had some kimchi fried rice at this place, and it was seriously delicious! The food came out warm, and it was served super fast. The staff was really friendly, and the service made the whole experience even better:)))) I’d definitely come back again!

Kimchi Fried Rice: tasted like my lunch box back in elementary made by my mom, IYKYK type of good! Galbi: the chilly really saved this dish. Overall a really satisfying meal in terms of of taste and value!! Will definitely come back for it

I discovered this on accident during a walk. It looked so good and affordable I knew I had to come back. I got the soy egg and the pork belly curry. It was delicious and amazing. So good, I can’t wait to go back again tomorrow.

Best Korean rice bowl in SF! I had Gamasot (3 main & 3 sides) with Korean curry, pork belly, and silken tofu. Great price & value. Clean location. Very friendly staffs. Highly recommend!

Happened on this spot on my walk to work, very cute storefront doing a soft opening last week. Got the sausage kimchi fried rice + avocado and an extra egg. So tasty and ready in 5 min! Rare to find a spot that’s healthy, fresh, and filling in sf for under $20 - most menu items are under $10 without extras. Will be coming back to try the galbi and pork belly curry next time!

The food is super yummy and the owner is the sweetest person ever! Forgot to take a photo when the food came out cause it smelled so good I had to dig in🤩

I had the pleasure of trying this new spot, and it was fantastic! I ordered the galbi and the pork curry, and both dishes were absolutely delicious—full of flavor and cooked to perfection. The service was also top-notch, with the staff being extremely friendly and welcoming. I can’t wait to go back and try more items from the menu. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great food and a warm atmosphere.

TLDR: quality food at a great price in FiDi though a bit too salty I saw the spot on a walk so I tried it out. The first thing that stood out were the prices, they were all under $10. I ordered the sausage curry and the flavor was good though mine had too much curry which made the dish a bit too salty. I think a little less curry would have helped

Came here for a lunch gathering. There were 10 of us but the food came super fast. We ordered from a kiosk but the staff made sure we were able to order smoothly, and also gave recommendations to each of us. We were even treated with these traditional Korean desserts that’s made from honey and sweet rice flour (I think it’s called Yakgwa? But not sure if I got the name right). It’s kind of like a fast-casual place where a lot of people order for take-out, but the dine-in environment was very nice and relaxing too.

Very good place for a reasonable price! The store is very clean and tidy. We ordered 3 platter, beef, pork curry, and sausage curry. The regular size is enough for me. Everything was great except they seemed to forget to put curry on the pork one 😔 I personally recommend curry ones if they did put curry on.

I visited right before going to the Chinese new year parade. The prices are great, some of the best deals I’ve seen in the city. The owner was beyond nice and went out of his way to welcome me. The food was pretty solid. It wasn’t super busy on the weekend, so hoping they get more foot traffic in the future.

Food was made extremely quickly but at the cost of the taste. The pork belly had no flavor and the beef was alright. The service was friendly. I would go here if you want a quick meal.

Oh boy... This was sad. I usually don't rate things bellow 2 stars, but this was total trash. The place being completely empty at lunch time should have tipped me off to the quality. But hey, gotta make my own judgments here, so let's dig in! Got their most expensive dish, the Super Bowl, which includes most things in their menu. I thought of adding an avocado to give it some color, but that would put the meal well over $30, which is enough to get you two meals in most places downtown. Regardless, the pork belly was mostly... Belly. Just fat. There was barely any Gan-jang beef, and fortunately the chicken was fine (although with this much spice, you won't taste anything anyway). Even though I got the LARGE portion, it straight up felt like a light portion. And remember, we're talking about their most expensive dish here! It's just too disappointing. Too expensive. At this price point, you can eat delicious food at some very nice restaurants in the area! Just avoid this place.

Utterly disappointed in this restaurant. Management clearly spent time and money on their dish artist renderings but what you get is a bowl of slop with no resemblance to the design. Not only does the food not live up to the images, it is an utter culinary disaster. Two of us came in during lunch time to an empty restaurant. It took the sole store attendant nearly 10 minutes to come out and take our order. The food took just over 10 minutes to prepare. The bowl of what was supposed to be a Pork Belly Curry Rice Bowl was really a bowl of hot rice flooded with room temp sauce and an overcooked, yet somehow cold, egg. The Tofu Sssm-Jang Rice Bowl was similar. Heat was a major issue with both dishes. The eggs were just under room temperature, having been prepared first, sitting on the counter during our wait. Why weren't they hardboiled? The silken tofu was served cold, straight from the refrigerator, with no time to absorb any flavor from the sauce. Atop our bowls of mush, a pile of crispy fried onions and cold kimchi, again, straight out of the fridge. Plops of toppings on slop. We noticed no garnish, although there should have been pepper, sesame seeds, and sesame oil. Did I mention that the Pork Belly bowl didn't actually have any pork belly in it? That's right. Apparently, the server forgot to add the key ingredient in the Pork Belly bowl. My recommendation: save your money or spend it elsewhere. This place severely lacks quality control and apparently there is no pride put into working here. It's a convenient location but with so many incredible Korean restaurants in SF, this is a miss. Atmosphere gets 3/5 because the location is good, the restaurant seemed clean, but the music selection was odd.

Made a large group order (total of 16) here today, only to be very disappointed. We ordered 6 kimchi-addons ($2.5 each), and all of them were missing. Ordered 4 Pork Belly Curry Rice Bowl, and each only came with 1-2 pieces of pork belly, and one of them even came with a small egg shell. I tried calling the store for at least a refund on the missing kimchi, but only heard an automated message saying that "the store is not accepting calls", when it clearly was during its operation hours. Seems like the restaurant cant handle large number of orders at once properly.
