I'm a New Yorker. So my bagel standards are high. This was very very good. Excellent bagel and great Dutch crunch sandwich

Their bagels are the perfect combination of bready and crunchy. Every sandwich I’ve had is packed with meat, cheese, and toppings. The employees are fast, kind, and make delicious food. I wish I could eat here every day.

I have tried several of their bagels and everything has been fresh, tasty and satisfying. Really pleased that when I order a breakfast bagel its toasted to perfection with a satisfying cheese pull. My favorite so far is the chicken bagel - it's generously packed with lots of vegetables and absolutely delicious. Great food, quick and friendly service and my go to spot lately when I'm craving a tasty bagel. Love their bagels!

Love... Love.... Love... This place. I always get the Lox with red onion tomato, cucumber on a toasted Jalapeno bagel with either Vegetables, or Jalapeno or Garlic cream cheese. Wow !!

Stopped in for a breakfast sandwich and coffee and had a great experience. The service was extremely helpful and pleasant, and the prices are very reasonable. The food is fresh, fast, and very good for the type of place it is—simple, no-frills, and exactly what you’d hope for when you’re on the go. I’ll definitely be back!

Came here really quickly because a bunch of other places on the island had already closed by 1:00 p.m. The process was easy enough. The selection was still really good at the time and the bagel sandwich was overflowing. And let's be honest, that's what we really want when we order something right? Overflowing bagel sandwich?. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back again.

Cozy bagel place with lots of awesome art. I love their breakfast bagel sandwiches and lox bagels. Their veggie options are flavorful and their drinks are nice and hot! More than anything, their proximity to groceries and Amazon return makes a chore into a fun morning activity. Arrive early because they may sell out of bagels.

Best bagels in the area by far! Fantastic staff to match! Great value. Lots of seating inside and out. Super convenient location in south shore mall. To be clear, this is not the place to come for your hipster bagel fix (pink sea salt, gluten free flour, wood fired, ny style, blah blah blah). Just good, simple comfort food. Very family friendly.

Very quick service, great coffee and delicious bagels. Their sandwiches cater to every dietary need, not sure if they have a gluten free option but they have EXTENSIVE CHOICES! I appreciate they have a breakfast sandwich without cheese as a menu item. This place is a weekend must and a weekday reliable option.

A bit slow and pricey. I wish they cooked the eggs differently for the bagel sandwiches. I am not sure if they are using powdered eggs, but the way they prepare them in thin folded sheets makes them dry and unpleasant. Bacon was also shredded and dry. The sausage was great though, and the quality of the bagels are good.

Bagel itself is good but they give a ridiculously light amount of cream cheese. $12 for a lox bagel and only one side has a paper thin layer of cream cheese is not it. The other bagels my friends got are also very thinly spread.

Not one of my faves. It smells overwhelmingly of onion powder. The Croissants are oversized and greasy. The owner/salesperson looks disappointed if you don't give him a tip for simply buying a bagel at the counter to go. Nothing here for me. The Marketplace has better places.

They are not transparent about running out of ingredients, will slap together your bagel with whatever they have left and still charge you full price! How can you repeat my order back to me perfectly, but once I open my bagel I find things missing?

I was at first worried that I hadn't tipped, then I realized the cost of my food was much higher than expected. I vocalized my concerns out loud while I calculated the costs of my order with my brothers, realizing that she added on a 20% tip without my consent, and she didn't think I would catch on without the receipt. I was loud enough for her and the other customers in line to hear, because all of a sudden she was turning around the iPad for the rest of the line. This was not only illegal to do, it made me feel cheated and disrespected. If I wasn't in a rush, I would have confronted her and asked her to charge back the amount even though I had planned to tip 20% regardless. If it matters, I was there Dec 29th around 12pm. They also got my brother's coffee order wrong. There was no seasoning on my egg and no condiment whatsoever on the sandwich, so it was dry and bland. I'll never be coming back and watch out for the tip stealer! Edit** Response to the reply from the shop: I clearly saw the teller turn around the iPad for the customers after me for a tip, and I urge anyone who visits next to see them do this as well. Not sure why you are attempting to gaslight me, I know what I saw and I have never heard of a coffee shop without a tipping feature. Not in 2024 America..
