We were seated super quickly, and it was quite busy. The waiter was very nice and served us wonderfully. As for the food: everything was perfect. The burger was cooked to perfection, a quality Angus. The fries were a bit limited but very good. The fact they have refills is also a plus. Overall, it was a very good experience, and especially thanks to the guy who served us. Shout out to Moisés!

Good place to eat quickly and deliciously 😀🤗, we ordered five cheese salads, a ham and cheese quesadilla and a salmon sandwich, all of them great, the service was fast and pleasant, Carlos served us very kindly, thank you..... We have returned several times and as always it is fantastic, the food was delicious, the atmosphere was great and the service that Mario offered us was impeccable, it is a pleasure to find people like that in the restaurant business, thank you 🙂

We went for the set lunch menu; the food was very good, and for about €13, we had two courses and a dessert, including drinks. Our waitress, Belén, gave us excellent service and was very friendly. The restaurant was very clean.

I really like it. The oriental chicken is delicious, the staff are very friendly, especially considering how busy they are. Sergio, in particular, attended to every request immediately, which was much appreciated. We'll definitely be back. There is one small thing they should change, though, and that's the 50cl glass water bottle in the children's menu. I've seen plastic ones in takeout orders, and even if you ask for one, they don't give it to you, which I don't think is right, since I practically leave a full bottle with my 3-year-old.

A recommended place for dinner after a movie session at Imaginalia Helm. A wide variety of appetizers and starters. Deluxe burgers and sandwiches. Plus, many other options on the menu. You can order delivery, pick up at the restaurant, or sit on the outdoor terrace. If you use the app, you can save with the welcome offer or pick up at the restaurant. Signature desserts. Their signature chocolate cup is a luxury.

We were there for 2 hours and 30 minutes for a starter, a main course, and a dessert. From what I could see, all the tables were in the same situation. Unbelievable, lots of waiters, but if the kitchen isn't working, it's all for nothing. I don't recommend it.

I ordered a dish that included a very meager rib, vegetables that looked like they'd been sitting in there for days, and some tiny tortillas. I wasn't satisfied with the dish for the price, and the wait time was already outrageous for just two dishes we ordered. I would never go back.

Tonight's experience is beyond words. We placed a Glovo order at 7:30 pm for delivery at 9:00 pm (we know there are usually a lot of orders on holidays) and we tried to give ourselves plenty of time. But for them to change the delivery time three times until 10:40 pm is enough to test anyone's patience. Of course, we couldn't cancel the order because it was ready, and obviously, it arrived ice cold. I don't know if VIPs or Glovo are responsible, but undoubtedly, it's the customers who aren't, both the delivery platform customers and the restaurant owners. They should be a little more proactive to prevent these kinds of things from happening and avoid providing such terrible service that also costs a fortune.

We went for lunch on Friday around 4:30 pm as a family and found that the waitress brought us cold water, even though we repeatedly told her we wanted room temperature water when she was taking our order (since we all had colds). She made a mistake and brought it cold. We told the same waitress that we had asked for room temperature water, and then she made faces and acted inappropriately. And, as usual, the cutlery and glasses were dirty. It's not the first time we've found the staff unfriendly, and this time we decided to leave a review. We won't be back!
