Hoy he estado con amigos en Vips imaginalia y nos ha atendido Mario, no sabíamos que pedir y nos ha aconsejado que platos nos podrían gustar y nos ha atendido genial. Repetiremos sin duda.

Excelente experiencia en el restaurante Vips Imaginalia. El servicio es bueno, rápido y eficaz, y el local está muy limpio, lo que siempre se agradece. El menú tiene una relación calidad-precio buena, ideal para disfrutar sin que se dispare el presupuesto. Pero, sin duda, lo mejor de todo es el trato del personal, y en especial el de Belén, la camarera: cercana, amable y siempre con una sonrisa, hace que la experiencia sea aún mejor. Da gusto encontrar profesionales así. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

We love going to VIPS for breakfast and afternoon tea. My favorite is the cappuccino, always with cinnamon (just the way I like it 😍). The service is excellent, the staff are so friendly. Belén is super nice, although actually the whole team is lovely. It's a pleasure to come here.

Definitely a place to return to. The food is excellent, and Nuria's service is impeccable—friendly and highly professional. She even gave my 3-year-old son a crayon and a drawing pad, which was a very nice touch. We even forgot some toys, and they kindly stored them for us. A 10 out of 10 for customer service. The juice was spectacular, the sandwiches and croissants were delicious—you can tell the quality of the ingredients is evident, and the prices are very competitive. The discounts are generous, and it's one of the best restaurant chain apps in all of Spain. If you're going to Imaginalia, VIPS is undoubtedly the best place for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

We have returned several times and as always it is fantastic, the food was delicious, the atmosphere was great and the service that Mario offered us was impeccable, it is a pleasure to find people like that in the restaurant business, thank you 🙂

I really like it. The oriental chicken is delicious, the staff are very friendly, especially considering how busy they are. Sergio, in particular, attended to every request immediately, which was much appreciated. We'll definitely be back. There is one small thing they should change, though, and that's the 50cl glass water bottle in the children's menu. I've seen plastic ones in takeout orders, and even if you ask for one, they don't give it to you, which I don't think is right, since I practically leave a full bottle with my 3-year-old.

Their signature chocolate cup is a luxury.

La comida está bien elaborada, pedimos normalmente los mismos platos, y en esta cena ha disminuido considerablemente la cantidad de ingredientes en el bowl de pollo, todos en menor cantidad, 4 anacardos, 3 ramitas de brócoli, un trocito de trasero de pollo, …., anteriormente daba gusto el plato bien lleno, además de que lo han servido 20 minutos después del otro principal, el cual he compartido con mi pareja para poder comer mientras lo servían. Mi ensalada César era una gran cantidad de lechugas con un filetito de pollo contado, y dos cortezas de pan tostado, y respecto al menú de mi hijo, los fingers de pollo son una mera muestra de los que antes servían, han sido tres finas tiras de pollo. La hamburguesa Benedict de mi otro hijo sí que ha sido como siempre, estupenda.

I ordered a dish that included a very meager rib, vegetables that looked like they'd been sitting in there for days, and some tiny tortillas. I wasn't satisfied with the dish for the price, and the wait time was already outrageous for just two dishes we ordered. I would never go back.

Tonight's experience is beyond words. We placed a Glovo order at 7:30 pm for delivery at 9:00 pm (we know there are usually a lot of orders on holidays) and we tried to give ourselves plenty of time. But for them to change the delivery time three times until 10:40 pm is enough to test anyone's patience. Of course, we couldn't cancel the order because it was ready, and obviously, it arrived ice cold. I don't know if VIPs or Glovo are responsible, but undoubtedly, it's the customers who aren't, both the delivery platform customers and the restaurant owners. They should be a little more proactive to prevent these kinds of things from happening and avoid providing such terrible service that also costs a fortune.

We went for lunch on Friday around 4:30 pm as a family and found that the waitress brought us cold water, even though we repeatedly told her we wanted room temperature water when she was taking our order (since we all had colds). She made a mistake and brought it cold. We told the same waitress that we had asked for room temperature water, and then she made faces and acted inappropriately. And, as usual, the cutlery and glasses were dirty. It's not the first time we've found the staff unfriendly, and this time we decided to leave a review. We won't be back!
