We made a quick stop at the Chipotle on Highway 6 and Spencer for a fast bite, especially since I had a friend visiting from out of town. It turned out to be exactly what we needed — quick, filling, and satisfying without any fuss. The staff was surprisingly friendly for a busy location. They were attentive, patient while we figured out what we wanted, and really helpful with recommendations. My friend ordered a bowl with chips on the side and was pleasantly surprised by how generous the portions were. As for me, I went with a classic burrito loaded with beans, rice, and guacamole. Simple, fresh, and exactly what I expected from Chipotle. By the time we left, both of us were full and happy. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable stop — nothing overly fancy, but reliable, tasty, and perfect for a quick meal. Would definitely visit again when we’re in the area.
by far the best chipotle i’ve gone in the houston area. i see alot of negative reviews not sure if i was lucky but the customer service was great, super generous with there portions. the kind sir making the bowls was super kind and took his time with a elderly woman that didn’t know what to order i find that pretty kind since it was packed. good staff 10/10 i went on 9/16/25 around 4-5pm very good 👍
Whoever wrapped my burrito needs a raise. I’ve been craving chipotle for a few days, placed a mobile order, pickup was smooth, I get home and my burrito didn’t fall apart. Any other location I’ve been to I always get an extra tortilla, double wrapped, and it still falls apart. Today it was perfect! Thank you chipotle!
So on this particular day..I noticed the lady was staking the bowls sky high with no extra charge..I was like yesss finally I'm going to get a good bowl. Then I noticed she was only doing it for the hispanic people. So when she got to me she started not giving me full size of anything. She gave the man before me and after me 2 to 3 scoops of rice. She only gave me 1 and tried to spread it out like I wouldn't notice. I made her add more. Then I asked for 1/2 chicken & 1/2 steak..she gave me maybe 6 pieces of each..I said no that's not enough like what you just gave him. She gave me 2 more pieces of chicken & said I would be charged for anything extra..the man after me came & she gave him way more meat than she gave me. She refused to give me anymore meat even though it's an extra charge. They only make good bowls & burritos for their hispanic customers.i added 2 pictures..my bowl is in the middle..look at the bowl before mine and after mine.
Never will I order delivery from this place again🧐 Ordered a bowl through Grub with everything expect for guacamole. Well when I open it, I had to find the rice, beans ( mostly gravy from the beans) and chicken ( only found 3-5 pieces). They weren’t stingy with the salsa, lettuce and other sides😙, but definitely the proteins👌🏾 Also ordered two kid meals, they got those on point that’s why I’m giving them a one on food. They get a three on service because manager was respectful, but did act like I was going hit her she stepped back a little, which means she was too close to begin with (I use body motions as I talk😊).
After waiting in the ridiculously long line. I was greeted with, “yes, what do you want”. After they began making my food, they failed to listen to my requests and then after I repeated myself in frustration they threw the food into the bowls they were preparing for me. I have pictures because i hope this never happens to anyone else. I visited on 6/7/2024 at 2:12 pm. Horrible experience
Went here today and this is their portion size for DOUBLE STEAK. I don’t mind paying extra but I can’t even get 4 oz the first scoop and have to ask for double to get what I should’ve gotten in the first place. This chipotle has the worst portion sizes. Won’t be going to the location anymore. My bowl was just rice and beans.
12/23/25 at 2:20pm. The lady that was serving up front was very rude. Another worker that was sitting at the table was being disrespectful and making bad gestures. I did not feel comfortable and I was with my kids. I'm very disappointed, I hope behavior changes since that is not acceptable.
Food is great but the service and attitude isn’t. They give small portions like they’re rationing for a world war and then when you have the audacity to ask them to give you a normal size portion they charge for a double.. I’ll be going to a different location from now on. Restaurant isn’t very clean either.
Laughable portion size. Half scoop of rice and meat. I just walked out after asking if that’s seriously all they can give. Lady gave an attitude. Chipotles food is good but this is getting out of hand.
This location is absolute garbage when it comes to service. Came at 10:48am. Place opens at 10:45am. Door was locked, and an employee (presumably manager) rolled her eyes and walked away after we made eye contact. It's understandable if they are maybe 10 minutes delayed of opening, but the rudeness isnt.
Ordered through the app and it said it was ready. I told the lady at the front and she checked the bag behind her and said "No", but definitely with an attitude. I trusted her and waited 15 minutes!!! I thought they were behind because there were seven other people standing around waiting and that there was an error with the app, no. The like at the store died down, so I got in line and told the guy look can I just make my order here then and go. HE double check and found that the bag had been waiting there the whole time. He was helpful. She was not. The rude lazy woman didn't care to do her job and now my food is cold
I'm gonna be so real here- I'm done with Chipotle. Normally when I come here, the food is mid and a manager will give me attitude for asking if I can have cilantro. I swore off Chipotle for a while (a little over 6 months) before giving it one last try. This time around I came at open so the food would be fresh, and to their credit, it was, but the service was some of the worst I've ever received. There was one person ahead of me, and she waited 10 minutes before anybody helped her. There were 5 employees on the clock, including a manager just STANDING AROUND while she and I waited. One guy kept just walking back and forth to grab one spoon at a time and put it into a container in the mobile order area. Again, somehow this took 10 minutes for him to do. Nobody paused what they were doing to help the people in line. Nobody acknowledged us. We just stood there. After being let in. For 10 minutes. After the lady in front of my finally got their attention, they realized they hadn't grabbed any of the things they needed for the in-person line either, so it took ANOTHER 10 minutes for her burrito to get made before they moved on to me. After years of bad service and sub-par food, waiting 20 minutes to be served in a two-person line was unacceptable. There are too many other options to keep coming here, especially for the price. It's time for everybody to start frequenting other establishments, and stop rewarding bad food and worse behavior.
If you’re looking for slow service, a dirty environment, and disorganization, this is the Chipotle for you. Every aspect of my visit was disappointing. Despite there being few people in line when I arrived, the staff was so slow that the line quickly grew longer. I waited over 10 minutes just to be served. The entire restaurant was filthy, making it difficult to find a clean place to sit. The fountain drinks were flat, and the ice machine was empty. To top it off, they were stingy with the meat portions, which sadly seems to be a common issue with Chipotle. The staff didn’t greet anyone, and it appeared there was only one person working the line while the others were goofing off in the back. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.
8/9/2024 5pm to 7:30pm until someone finally came out to clean. Can you believe that they had not 1 but 3 manager in charge working at this time, Antony, Wendy, and Jamila. This place needs a serious management change. There are no condiments or napkins for customers. Tea and juices were empty. The location was filty dirty, I had to clean my own table just to sit and eat. It's just awful.
The worst quesadilla I’ve ever seen. One half of the quesadilla didn’t even have meat in it. Also didn’t come with the usual sour cream, salsa, and guacamole. Didn’t think we needed to check out food before leaving the store. I don’t understand how anyone could put a quesadilla like that and walk away as if that was a good job. The quality of meat in both entrees (chicken burrito and steak quesadilla) were not anywhere close to the quality in most chipotles. Overall a bad experience with poor quality of food and over priced. Will not be returning to this location.
I did an online order through this location and I am NOT impressed. I asked for black beans and didn't get any. I asked for extra veggies and there are barely any. On top of that the more I ate the more I realized it tasted funny. That's when I noticed how burnt the veggies were. I hope it can be seen from the pictures but it was disgusting and there was black flakes all through my burrito. I took pictures from different angles so that way everything can be seen. I did finish because I hadn't eaten all day and was already home when I started eating it but I will not be going back to this location.
