For a town of fewer than 6,000 residents, the Happy Kitchen is an awesome find. I was in the mood for Asian food, but was apprehensive about finding a good place to eat in a town this size. I was pleasantly surprised that the Happy Kitchen not only serves delicious multi-regional Asian cuisine, but also offers satisfactions such as a very pleasing environment, good service, and great value. And, the best thing is that it only takes me about five minutes to get there from where I'm staying...

We just moved to Brewton and decided to eat here. The best decision we made. They actually know how to make Crab Rangoons. The food was amazing. The waitress we had was amazing she never slowed down. It was her last night working there as she has changed careers. Good luck to her.

I was worried when we moved here that I wouldn’t be able to get any good ethnic food but this place is pretty awesome. It is definitely Americanized but absolutely delicious. I was very sad to see them closed during all of this chaos and am very excited to get the jalapeño chicken tonight now that they’ve reopened!

Great menu variety. They offer Chinese, Japanese, Thai and Vietnamese choices. And they Sushi rolls are very tasty.. Prices are great, lot of food per meal.

I had the lunch special garlic sauce with chicken- delicious! Sauce was very tasty and there was a great assortment of vegetables. My daughter thought the chicken lo mein was good but not the best she’s had. Portion size was good for the price (both were around $8.50). It’s a little bit of drive from Pensacola, but I think it was worth it because it’s better than any Chinese food we’ve been able to find there.

First time eating here. We ordered 1 spring roll, 1 chicken roll, 1 crab ragoon to try as an appetizer. For lunch we got the broccoli and beef and the General Tso and both came with rice. Everything was very good. Definitely will go back!

Food was cooked well, but didn't have enough seasoning for me. I prefer that found in New England Chinese Restaurants to those in the South. I like more spices. The restaurant is typical of Chinese Restaurants in the South.

This place is definitely not the restraunt it used to be. It was a good buffet that the food started to decline and the place was definitely in need of being remodeled. It is now a nice looking sit down and order kinda place that serves Chinese, Japanese, and Thai, dishes. I ordered the terriaki chicken (about $10) It came with a choice of soup (it was a warm, I expected it to be hot, it was delicious none the less) it also came with vegetables, a spring roll, fried rice(with eggs in it), and some yum yum sauce. This meal is quite delicious.👍

Not a bad place. Tea is awesome, pretty sweet. Lemonade, not so good... very watered down. Egg drop soup and crab rangoons were great! Good service.

REALLY good. I was there for the lunch buffet and found a great variety of really good tasting selections. All were delicious and fresh, which is not always the case for many buffets.

I love happy kitchen! I order the shrimp mai fun the only thing is way too much eggs in it more egg than noodles but other than that everything is great

Didn't like the Kung Pao chicken. Just didnt agree with my taste palette. The General tso chicken was very good. Cashier wasn't very friendly, but maybe that's just the culture! I've eaten there before. Yhe food is overall good.

Their take is not fresh. I love lo mein and every time I order it I have to check it to make sure it's fresh. The last time I question it's freshness only to find out that it was not. The noodles were so soggy. And the shrimp were old.

Worst place I’ve ever eaten in my life. From the food, to the service, it was the absolute worst. The lady who took my to go order was so rude. I asked for sauce and she responds, “well if you’d look over there” then when I got my food, I checked the bag and she says “I told you it would all be in the bag” and just from the time I walked in, super rude and rushing me to look over menu. Food was soggy and gross, nastiest food I’ve eaten ever. Also looked like little bugs in my food. Wouldn’t go back if they paid me. 0/10 Fed it to the chickens after I took 1 bite.

I ordered seafood. Crab and scallops were fake! Price was not fake. Leads me to wonder what the other so called " meats" really are!

Brought my out of town family here for dinner for a birthday. Our server was very rude. When refills were needed we were ignored. The server made very rude and unnecessary comments towards us. Surprisingly the food is better when you order to go. I would suggest doing to go orders since you’ll have better food quality (somehow) and you won’t have to deal with their lack of service.

I mean it's hard to mess up sweet n sour chicken, but Happy Kitchen has really raised the bar on inedible food. The chicken seemed like it was made earlier for an order, sat under a warmer and was then tossed back in hot grease. There were 2 pieces that could be salvaged, the rest were so hard the chicken couldn't even be chewed up. It's disappointing to order a simple meal, take it home, only then realize that we won't be having the fun Chinese food night we had planned on. Oh well, hot pockets it is....

I hate leaving bad restaurant reviews. I almost never have a bad reaction to a restaurant, but this place was something else. The food was only okay. The veggies were somehow a mix of overcooked and undercooked. The sushi was bland. Do not get the Thai tea. I could deal with the food, but the staff was what did it. Our waitress mumbled and was impatient. We could barely hear her and she was pretty pushy. She walked by on her phone at one point and then remembered to ask us if we were good. She seemed very young, but it just seemed weird. As far as atmosphere goes, it was definitely an old building and the interior could use TLC. The whole place has an unclean feeling to it. Also, I'm happy they're getting lots of business, but I think the phone was on max volume and the ringing was terrible! Lol
