Food is very delicious. I wished that they would sell the shoe string fries at all their locations. They are so much better to eat then eating the limp greasy fries at their other locations.

Had the street tacos today because I wanted to try something new. They were pretty good. It came with chips and salsa as a side, and I added the queso, because, well, queso. 😁. My favorite here is the BBQ Chicken Pizza, so if you're in the mood for pizza, give that one a go. Also, the Oh So Cherry cocktail is amazing! Tastes like a cherry limeade.

Had the pepperoni pizza, pretty legit, with a delicious crust. Service left something to be desired. The original waitress was not vested, and it showed. Lucky for her, others picked up her slack. I had to go get my own napkins and silverware and any additional condiments myself. They need to do something with their windows not having blinds that lower to block out the setting sun, set right in our eyes and others who had the fortune of sitting in the section facing the windows, made it hard watching the game. Good thing the pizza was good, or I'd give the place a 3.

WHY I ORDERED EXTRA SAUCE giggly hostess, well because the last two times I ordered there was no sauce and they were dry. So today I didn't want to be disappointed and ordered extra sauce. I am glad I did cause yah they are dry.

The food is decent here. It is one of the metro locations that serves brunch on weekends. The Bloody Mary’s are good and are only $3. They offer Singo on Thursdays. It is pretty fun, but it gets very loud and crowded. The pizza at this location isn’t as good as other metro locations. They have a good selection of local beers including Coop F5 on tap. Overall they are pretty good.

Had a great meal at the Lake Hefner location and decided to give this location closer to my house a shot. Food was good and the service was excellent. Has the same great menu as the Hefner location without the wait. My only knock was all our fries were lukewarm. Party of 4 each with a meal and water was around $55. Good meal, and had quite a few different sports games on multiple TVs through the venue.

Bartender (our server) & food were great!! I asked the other server for season salt & she didn't know what it was. She stated that they didn't have it but never bothered to ask the kitchen if they had it. I then asked for salt b/c there was none on table & she stated the shakers were being washed so they didn't have any (instead of going to kitchen to get some). We later asked the Bartender to bring some from kitchen & he did.

We always choose Louie’s for takeout because it is normally very quick and has something for everyone. My mom placed a to go order and had us pick it up for her. We got there about 30 minutes after she placed the order, which was 15 minutes before our scheduled pick up time and we were fine waiting until the pick up time. Our pick up time came and went, while 3 other cars arrived and the to go lady came out very promptly to help them and give them their food. 15 minutes AFTER our pick up time my mom finally calls up there. The to go lady answered and very rudely accused me of placing the mobile order as soon as I pulled into the spot. My mom let her know that she had actually placed the order 30 minutes before I arrived and she marked that I had arrived, so it seems like the to go lady purposefully ignored us for over 30 minutes. As I said before, I was fine waiting until our scheduled pick up time, but it was very clear that the lady purposefully put it off because she thought I put the order in as soon as I arrived. And then it took almost 10 more minutes for our order to come out after she got off the phone. So our pick up order wasn’t ready or brought out until almost 30 minutes after our scheduled pick up time, all because it seems like the to go lady wanted to be vindictive for something she wrongly accused me of 🤷‍♀️

We love eating at Louie’s! However, every time we order the pizza it’s always doughy in the middle. Somehow, on this visit they burned one side of the pizza and it was still doughy in the middle. However that happens lol but the manager Hannah did make it right and our server was great! We will definitely be back again!

They really missed the mark tonight. My wife had the Bourbon bowl and I had the southwest bowl. Both came out like a freezer box. Instead of refiring the entrees, they microwave the entrees. Both came out nasty. Manager took care of mine and my wife's was half off. I wasn't looking for a free meal, just wanted a hot meal.
