Strong, delicious cocktails and great food. I ate the filet mignon and drank the To Have Power, Is To Take It. Loved the Christmas decorations. I wasn’t thrilled that they automatically put a 20% tip on our table of two but the waitress was lovely and did tell us that they did so.

Boss Tweeds is an amazing spot with a mixology focus and a cool speakeasy vibe. The decoration is dark and inviting, making you feel like you’ve stepped into The Great Gatsby. The service here is super friendly and the mixed drinks are spectacular. The bartenders really know their stuff and make some of the best cocktails I’ve ever had. The bar is very clean and has an upscale feel, with plush velvet barstools that are really comfortable. And the cocktail specials menu is on point. There’s even a fireplace upstairs, which adds a cozy touch. With two floors, there’s plenty of space to find a perfect spot to relax. If you’re looking for a classy place with great drinks and a welcoming atmosphere, this place is definitely worth checking out.

It seems mostly a bar and beer scene with most people ordering their sandwiches. So we were truly surprised how wonderful the dinner selections we had were. We had a great meal here last night. I had the filet and my wife had the short ribs. Both were cooked to perfection and they were quite large portions. Really the steak was one of the best I've had in awhile and the short ribs were amazing. We'll definitely be back. One complaint which isn't their fault is that it was extremely loud. Not uncommon for any NYC restaurant. When we go back we'll either go earlier or later to avoid the noisy after work crowd. Really our food and service was excellent. We sat in the back by the fireplace which was a wee bit quieter.

My party of 13 had a great time at Boss Tweed's the other night. First, Damien's swift replies and assistance made reserving the lovely mezzanine section easy. The space was perfect for a group this size. The consistent, friendly and attentive (but not overbearing) service from Sophia all night could not have been better. Ashley and Jack were a great help too. The drinks were on point and we didn't have one bad dish. It was nowhere near as busy as it should've been for a Saturday night - book this place while it still remains a hidden gem.

We came in on Valentine’s Day and had such a great experience. The entire staff was kind and polite from when we walked in to when we left. Our server Mads was incredibly kind, attentive, and took such good care of us the whole time. She was funny and kept making jokes with me and my cousin, which made the night feel even more fun and comfortable. She had such great energy and you can tell she really cares about her guests. We really appreciated her! Thank you Mads <3 !!!!!!

One of the best places I’ve been in NYC. Food was INCREDIBLE. Drinks were so delicious and staff was very attentive and the vibe/ambiance was perfect for a date night. Will definitely be back when visiting the city. Highly recommend the lamp chops and artichoke app… perfection!!!

This place is so beautiful and the music of the evening was on point! Our bartender, Ty, was not only skilled in his craft, but also incredibly friendly and familiar with us while maintaining the perfect level of professionalism. Hats off to you Ty!

I just celebrated my boy's birthday last night and it had a great atmosphere vibe. Would highly recommend it to anyone that wants to do private events. The cocktail drink and food was pretty good 👍

Stopped here on a rainy day, very beautiful bar for sure! I loved the decor and vibe. I ordered a cocktail and cheese board, good service. Didn't like the cocktail I chose, but will have to go back and try a different one!

The food was delicious. I had the seared tuna sandwich with fries. Great flavors. The restaurant is beautifully decorated. My cocktail was terrible. It was like drinking a glass of lime juice. Very unbalanced. I sent it back and asked for a glass of wine instead. The good news is that they change it with no problem. The bad news is that the server proceeded to tell me that not everyone has a palette for cocktails. So apparently the cocktail wasn’t the issue. It was my palate. Its not great service to make your customer feel like they are not sophisticated enough to understand what a drink should taste like. To be fair i dont think the server was trying to be insulting. It just came off that way. This incident wont keep me from trying the place again because the food is great and the vibe is good. Service just needs a little polish.

I work nearby and come here often but tonight felt very rushed at the bar. First we were rushed to close our tab before we were even done with drinks. Also rushed to order more very quickly. I ordered a martini—would be stumbling out if I had another within the hour I was there.
