I ordered the classic 1/2 fried chicken with beef fried rice and fried vegetarian dumplings for my sweetie. Delicious food, convenient location, fast service, very good prices. Don’t listen to the racist reviews saying the place is dirty and that the food will hospitalize you.

Food is good. Asian style and flavour. Usually not spicy. What spicy is listed clearly in the menu. Often crowded. You may need to wait for 5-10mins. Staff are friendly and supportive. There are a few tables to dine at, but the food smells strong and will stick to your clothes for a long time. In general, I love the food here.

The food is good, that's it. There could be some misunderstanding at times with the order takers.

One of the cleaner Chinese food places here in Brooklyn. I tried their scallion pancake, not bad. I would come back if I ever wander back in this area.

I liked the scallion pancakes and General Tso’s chicken. Shrimp Lo Mein did the job too. All satisfactory. The interior of the store is like any other Asian takeout or fast food place nearby… a bit dingy, lacking for anything aesthetically pleasing, and outdated but what do you expect? Steamed pork dumplings were particularly sad seeming but still edible.

The lady did not greet me like she greeted her other WHITE CUSTOMERS.. I ordered a house special soup and a shrimp roll and the lady charged me $14 She did not put a spoon or fork or napkins in my bag Over priced and the lady is not friendly I will happily find another restaurant on my lunch break and will spread the word to my other colleagues

They sold spoil shrimp over rice to me it stink like cheese. Ever since the pandemic the foods been going down hill. Never ordering from them again

5 minutes ordering the same order. HALF FRIED CHICKEN AND A LARGE FRIED RICE. With a small order Tostones. IT Literally took 5 minutes on the phone. i end up hanging up because apparently they did not want me to order plain fried rice. because she keeps asking me just plain fried rice even that i say like 50 times i do not want pork fried rice or any meat in the rice. every time i say fried rice she keeps asking vegetable or no vegetable. im saying no vegetable or whatever idc just send me the fried rice with half chicken she keeps asking me same question no white rice just fried rice. like i think she was testing my patience and it really ran out at 5 minutes and 10 seconds. of same loop white rice or yellow rice vegetable or no vegetable like how complicated it can be.

The person who takes your order is rude. The food to doesnt taste good. They have new people, it seems worse. They sometimes like they don't understand english, or completely mess up your order, and then expect a tip. Update 11/14/2024 Still the same way. Nothing changed. The cashier is extremely rude. Another thing, I won't be eating anything from them again, because A good friend of mine, ordered from the store, and she saw one of cooks sneezed and didn't wash his hands. I believe all the people who are giving this place high marks, are tourists who dont know nothing, or friends of the owner.

This past Tuesday I was out with my family then my baby had an accident. While my wife was tending to her, I went inside of Hua Long to ask for napkins. After 5 minutes of standing there, the person who was working at the counter acknowledged me. I asked can I have some napkins and he have me 3 napkins. I said "thank you, but could I have a little more? I had an accident." He then replied with "are you kidding me? This isn't free. We're busy. Sorry but no."....I never ate at this restaurant but if the food taste like the customer service, then im sure it would have left me with a nasty taste in my mouth.

If I could give 0 star trust in me baby I would. I ordered french ch fries with hot sauce and barbecue sauce on my French fries when I received it they barely put any hot sauce on your and plus they did not even put barbecue sauce on there the food was dry and nasty never again,! I will be reporting this to the BBB and the health department!

A little more pricey than what I'm used to from where I come from but okay. Now the food is horrible and even more pricey. The rice is over cooked and dry. The broccoli is burnt or hard. Chicken wings always look some kind of mutated shape. And what made me write this review today was the smell of the old oil. I had chicken wings and fried rice. Me being disabled, my home attendant went and picked up the food for me. Before she can even open the bag I smelt the old oil. I paid almost $16 for fried rice and an egg roll and couldn't even eat it. The smell was horrendous. All I can think of was how can you run a business knowing you're over priced food is garbage. And they hand it to you with the smile praying you don't come back to complain. I am done complaining I will never buy from them again I will not waste my time nor my money nor will I recommend anybody going to that establishment. If they don't care about the people who support them then we don't need to support them.

So I noticed the original person was back, so I told him about my previous order, but I placed another order with him anyway, and it had the similar odor, I kept it anyway and didn't say anything. On this past Tuesday night, I saw the original person there so I thought I'd try again to see if they had the item that I had enjoyed there months ago. I was nice about it, and only wanted to make sure that this time, I got exactly what I wanted. His response to me, 'the customer', in very clear English, was "If you want that you should go and buy it and cook it yourself". Obviously, this man doesn't want his business there much longer, because there's too much competition to deal with smelly food, disrespect, and pay your money. I simply stared at him in disbelief as I backed out, knowing that I would file a report, and speak about this to everyone. I say to him, "Be very careful how you treat your customers, you never know who they are, or who they know." 🤨
