Great service and ambiance in the restaurant. For a Tuesday evening it was fairly busy and understandable given the food quality! Everything was served perfectly with great portion sizes and ideal flavoring. Servers were also very attentive and courteous, as well as knowledgeable on the menu and with recommendations. Will definitely return!

The restaurant offers variety of Indian dishes but we decided to focus on Indo-Chinese cuisine. The restaurant offers vegetarian and non-vegetarian (meat) dishes that are delectable. Our selections included Chicken Lollipops and Malai Paneer Ke Tikke as appetizers, followed by Lamb Rogan Josh and Paneer Schezwan for the main course, accompanied by a variety of bread. The Fresh Lime Juice brought a taste of Mumbai. Complimentary veg spring rolls were a delightful surprise, setting the stage for the meal. Desserts, Mango Kulfi and Ras Malai, were outstanding. The unique cocktail menu, featuring Goan Feni and Kokum syrup, promises exploration for our next visit. Overall, an exceptional dining experience.

Had such a wonderful experience thanks to Nisar, who suggested the perfect pairing with chai masala. He’s always attentive, friendly, and makes you feel truly welcome. His warm hospitality added so much to our visit—looking forward to coming back again!

The food is awesome here! Literally, the only place in NYC where I have liked the Indo-Chinese food. The spice level was just perfect 👌. I would like to try the Indian food too here. The service was excellent!! People are warm, welcoming and nice. The overall experience was too good.

Lovely ambiance with warm, attentive staff. A must-visit for authentic Indo-Chinese flavors and creative cocktail selections. The desserts are fresh and absolutely delicious

These are the kindest people ever. The food is amazing and they are so sweet. I made a mistake with my order and instead of having me wait and go farther they went out of their way to help make it available at their location. Made my day!

This Indian/Indo Chinese restaurant in New York has the best Indo Chinese food I have tasted in the city. We had the chicken lollipop for the appetizers which is the showstopper here and the Triple Scezuan Rice for the main course which can be chicken, egg or shrimp and was extremely delicious. We had Gajar halwa and Kulfi for dessert which were good as well. Definitely recommend this restaurant for Indo Chinese food.

Located next to the San Carlos Hotel, it's a hidden gem of a restaurant. I've been dining here for years and I'm happy to see it survived the Pandemic. Draws a good lunch crowd and the Indo-Chinese menu keeps the experience interesting. I've still yet to try everything given so many good choices. My favorite is the chicken and lamb entrees. Excellent value and food is priced right for Midtown. The paneer is another favorite as well as the Chicken Tikka Masala. Samosas are delicious!

One of the best Indian food in Manhattan. Tandoori wings were the best. We order more Indo-Chinese dishes then Indian entree. But the taste was right on the spot, the spicy level was there too. I recommend this restaurant over Gazab, which is more popular on insta. This restaurant is proper dine in restaurant, the service was great and all the dishes tasted better then expected. The price is a little bit on the higher end but it’s NewYork at the end.

I recently dined at Spice Symphony and had a fantastic experience. We ordered the chicken biryani, tandoori chicken, and mango lassi. The chicken biryani was flavorful and perfectly spiced, while the tandoori chicken was tender and juicy. The mango lassi was refreshing and the perfect complement to our meal. Highly recommend!

Excellent lunch! Picked up three lunch boxes for my sister, my boyfriend and I. We all really loved it, food was ready when I arrived and the place looked lovely. I'm so glad I discovered this place! Had the chicken curry lunch box myself, bf had chicken briyani lunch box and my sister had the chilli chicken lunch box.

Spice Symphony features some of the best Indian food I cane across in NYC. Usually, my children bar me from eating traditional Indian food when we go on vacations, but this resteraunt is one of their exceptions. With a great atmosphere, incredible handcrafted service from our manager Nissar, and good food, we'll ve sure to come gere again on our next trip.

We had a large group and the service was excellent. The portions are generous and the food was delicious. The Naan bread is delicious. Nisar the manager was warm, welcoming and great. Nisar is a great manager. I go there often. Try the rice pudding. Went there again January 2026, and it was excellent as usual. Nisar and his team were great and welcoming.

Spice Symphony is an absolute hidden gem. The Chinese and Indian flavors are a symphony in your mouth. The butter chicken, in the hidden menu, is top notch! They have the most belly warming soups !! We finished this experience with a homemade mango ice cream by Falak! An exceptional meal and wait staff!

Firstly, Apologies for the pics of half eaten food. Its was sooooo good that half way through my meal I realised that I didn’t click the pics of the served food. After reading the reviews of this place, I thought of giving this place a try on my visit to NYC this time. I must say that the Indo- Chinese is the best I have ever tasted in USA. It completely teleported me to India and the Chinese food that we relish there. The American Chopsuey, Manchow soup and the chilli chicken are a must try here. I mean everything I tried here were a perfect 5/5 for me. The service here is 5/5. I didn’t ask the name of the gentleman who served us this evening however a big shout out for him for the amazing service and the interesting chat. Overall, this place deserves a 5 star rating. Definitely going to come back here.

If an Indian restaurant in NYC, a city full of nice eateries, could stay at top 10 for years then it must be really good!! It was our second time visiting in 5 years and it did not dissapoint. The lamb biryani was to die for! It’s full of wonderful flavours and simply divine! 😍😍😍 ❤️ The other two dishes we ordered was the bhindi masalewali and the chicken vindaloo. They were excellent choices too. Most Indian restaurants we’ve been to tend to over cooked the bhindi making it soggy but not Spice Symphony. They prepared it perfectly! Chicken vindaloo is a dish that’s soaked in apple cider vinegar, ground with garlic and cumin. It’s not so creamy nor too rich compared to other Indian meat dishes. It went well with basmati rice. The longest grains we’ve ever seen in a basmati rice. I'm not a big fan of basmati rice but the ones served here is exceptional! We really enjoyed each and every bite of our lunch at Spice Symphony!

The manager, Nisar, was exceptionally hospitable and accommodating. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and went above and beyond to cater to our dietary restrictions and spice preferences. The food was absolutely delicious and came out in a timely manner. The restaurant had a wonderful ambience, and even though we were a large group, we were seated right away. Overall, it was a fantastic experience — I would definitely recommend this restaurant!

I had a wonderful lunch experience at Spice Symphony with my colleagues! This place offers a delightful array of Northern Indian cuisine that is absolutely delicious. The restaurant itself is spacious with a welcoming bar area, perfect for both casual and formal gatherings. A pro tip for anyone visiting during lunch hours: make sure to ask for the lunch menu. They offer unlimited servings, which is fantastic for enjoying a variety of flavors. Highly recommend for anyone craving authentic and tasty Indian food!

I have enjoyed eating lunch here for the past few years. Their manager (Nissar) is always a pleasure to talk to. He is engaging and makes sure that you are enjoying your meal. At times, he has also offered me free desserts and beverages as a token of appreciation. I strongly recommend this place!

We had a great time here celebrating my birthday. My grandmother can't handle sharp spices, so we needed to make a lot of special requests and modifications. Nisar, the manager, did an amazing job taking care of us. He was extremely kind, patient, helpful in every way, and gave me a lovely card and special birthday dessert. I am grateful to him for making our experience positive. Thank you so much!

Highly recommend this restaurant! We had a Girls’ Trip to NYC and had a wonderful and delicious experience at Spice Symphony. The owner (Prim?) was gracious and knowledgeable and made suggestions on food choices at our request. Our server Falak was kind and attentive. The atmosphere is great, the food was delicious. We had mainly the Indochine options, but there are also Indian and Chinese options separately. Overall, a wonderful and flavorful experience! We hope to be back!

We have been consistently ordering food for our company events from this restaurant for the last few years, and we wanted to express our sincere appreciation for the exceptional quality and service they provide. The food tastes absolutely delicious every single time, and it has become a highlight of all our gatherings. We consistently receive rave reviews and glowing feedback from everyone attending our events, with many people specifically asking where the wonderful food is from. A special note of thanks goes to Nisar, who has been our point of contact all these years. His dedication to taking such good care of us has not gone unnoticed. He is always professional, ensures our orders are perfect, and provides a level of customer service that truly sets your establishment apart. The seamless experience Nisar provides adds immense value to our events and makes the entire process incredibly smooth. We look forward to many more years of enjoying their fantastic cuisine and appreciate the excellent work from your entire team.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience absolutely deserves one. We were running late to a Broadway show, starving, and didn’t have time for the usual sit-down ordering. I called ahead and the manager, Nissar, went above and beyond—took our order over the phone, had a table ready, and when we arrived the food and drinks were already waiting. Seamless, thoughtful, and genuinely impressive. The food was delicious as always, but the hospitality made the night. Thank you, Nissar, for turning a stressful moment into a great experience.

Had a chance to visit this restaurant when i was in Newyork city for a vacation. This isnt an Indian Restaurant but with chinese fusion. So expect a different menu. Restaurant was clean and cozy enough, dimmed lights. Staff was great and attentive. I ordered the coriander soup , Tandoor Shirmp and schezwan noodles. I liked both items. They also have their signature dish called Chinese Bhel. I didnt get a chance to taste it yet but it is supposed to be good.

We had walked it by accident. It was close to our hotel and we had no reservation. It's probably the best indo-chinese food I have had outside India. From bhel to haka noodles we got Indo Chinese flavors and from the lamb curry and Kerala fish, the Indian flavors were amazing. The jackfruit biryani and cilantro soup were delicious as well. Great veg biryani option. Will make reservations and come back.

Fantastic restaurant with excellent service, it was really refreshing compared to other service we have had in New York. Kumar served our table and was very attentive to our questions about what food was Vegan. All the food that came out was delicious and the portion sizes generous. Note that all dishes were spicy but for me to was the perfect amount. Definitely would advice this restaurant to anyone, vegan or not! 😊

Our experience at Spice Symphony was quite literally the best service we’ve ever had going to a restaurant! My family and I love going out to eat and frequent many restaurants but Spice Symphony was by far the greatest experience we’ve had hands down! Everyone was incredibly accommodating, kind, friendly, and so welcoming during the entire dinner. We also got to meet the amazing owner of the restaurant who immediately made us feel at home! It was truly the wonderfully warm and lovely people at Spice Symphony that made our dinner so memorable!! The food was also so delicious and tasted great! Both our hearts and stomachs are full after dinner at Spice Symphony! We will definitely be back! Special thanks to George and Mangesh at the 50th St location! We were so happy to meet such genuine and great people with such lovely energy! Thank you so much!!

Nisar and the wait staff at Spice Symphony on 50th Street and Lexington, treated us well! They were friendly, answered our questions, and were very attentive. The more I eat food from Indian restaurants, the more I enjoy it and this continues to solidify my views. The food was delicious, filling, spicy but not too spicy, and settled extremely well in the tummy. I had the naan bread with the cheddar, samosas, and the shrimp rice dish. I had rice pudding for dessert. My friend had the onion bread. I forget the Indian names. Their wine selection is vast and atypical. You'll enjoy the new. Once you are there they don't rush you out. So stay and enjoy for awhile. It was also reasonably priced!

We had Swayam Ranu and he’s the best server. From beginning to the end I was so impressed. If I did not live 3 hours away, I would be here a lot! We stopped in for lunch while visiting New York with our two kids (ages 11 and 13), in a rain storm and kind of only because it was attached to our hotel. But what a wonderful surprise! I’ve traveled to India and its cuisine is one of my favorites, and we were so impressed. Our server, Roland, was also so kind and professional. Everything was 5 stars all the way and would recommend to everyone!

Food was SO flavorful, we had the peri peri shrimp to start, lamb kofta, garlic naan and flan for dessert and a few cocktails. I forget what my friend had. He even was able to give us a little history on the different regions where the food we ordered was from.

This place is fantastic. Truly a gem, and we didn’t know it existed until tonight. Our whole party agreed we will return as soon as we can. Nisar, the manager, was the best! Food and service were excellent, decor understated and modern, each of our dishes tasty. What’s interesting is they have some Chinese items as well as an extensive more traditional Indian menu. Try the house made ice cream … we had the Kulfi Rose, which was beyond delicious, a perfect end to a wonderful meal.

I regularly order takeout from Spice Symphony but this was my first time sitting down in the restaurant. The food has always been excellent! The food is so flavorful and they have massive portions. Such a great experience! We will definitely be coming back!

The staff were courteous and attentive. We visited earlier in the evening, before the rush hour, and had the place almost to ourselves. The food was mostly delicious, with the chili paneer standing out. However, the Palak Paneer was a bit dry, the Veg Manchurian was chewy, and the garlic naan could have been fresher and softer. Despite the restaurant being relatively empty, the food arrived quickly, but unfortunately, the quality didn't quite match our expectations. Overall, a pleasant experience with room for improvement.

This review is for the restaurant on 50th street. There's another branch of the same restaurant with a different menu, phone number etc in Manhattan. Apologies for the rather long review as there are multiple points to note especially if you are out of towner. There are multiple ordering methods using different operators with price difference, optional menu offerings. Their internet menu is outdated and the prices today are nowhere close to the old prices. While placing the order directly with Google maps, I initially chose Ritual US which had incidentally reduced price and optional offerings paired together like buy a main course and select bread or rice at lower price but for some reason the order didn't get through. After clicking confirm order 3 times, I gave up and chose postmates and I had to start all over again. The price in general in NYC is higher than Chicago (for instance) by more than 25%. Ordering through postmates (or Uber eats) didn't give me the option of selecting bread or rice at reduced price or whatever price alongside the main item. Each one had to be ordered at list price. These prices vary from other ordering companies by a few dollars. Though these companies say there's no service charge, the premium price more than makes up for their services. Within a few seconds of submitting the order, it was confirmed and food preparation was set. When we went down to pick up the food, the gentleman insisted that I prove that I am the one who ordered it. Unfortunately postmates doesn't provide an order number and I had to show him the entire order and email confirmation etc and spend a good couple of minutes to prove my identity. Second time I ordered, I called the restaurant directly for a pick-up. In the restaurant, the same gentleman misunderstood me when I inquired about the outdated internet price, different prices for different ordering services and he hinted that I should place an order with whichever company I prefer if I was unhappy with the prices in their restaurant. I had to tell him that so many prices are online for their menu items and it is causing confusion. For this review, when I requested for permission to take some photos of the restaurant, he spoke with the manager and the manager politely refused saying the patrons would not like their pictures taken. However I did take a shot of their latest menus. As for the food itself, it is good though expensive and lesser quantity especially the malai chicken and lamb chops. There were just 5 pieces of chicken for the price and 4 of chops which comes to $7.50 per chop. The vegetables Briyani is ok while the Chicken Tikka masala ended up being a bit spicy. Though I had chosen the same spiciness for all dishes, one came out spicier than the others. Garlic naan was good but can do with a little more butter and palak paneer is good with big chunks of paneer. The CTM had a lot of gravy which is good with the naan. There were a couple of complimentary smaller boxes of plain rice that were included with the order causing us to over order rice. So we ordered the next day for the second time with lamb chops, tellicheri chicken and bhindi masalewala. I specifically asked them not to include any complimentary rice as we had several leftovers. But again I found 4 small boxes of plain rice. The 4 pieces of lamb chops are mild in spiciness but good. The TC chicken is rich in gravy though they said during ordering that it is semi-dry. It is ok if you like mild spiciness and rich coconut and other white gravy. The bhindi masalewala was good though a tad too fried to the point of chewiness. This extra items has been an issue with almost all restaurants everywhere in the US where there is no clarity on when you get complimentary rice and when you don't. You do end up with more rice than you can eat and invariably it gets thrown out. Given there are several homeless and hungry people around, it makes me wonder why so much waste. All in all, it's a good place for Indian fare if you are in midtown Manhattan.

Food taste good, they don't have all you can eat option. I had lunch special with Indian chicken Platter. It came with 5 little portions of meal. For the price as lunch specials, is a bit pricey compared other restaurants in neighborhood. This is probably very good spot if you're looking for group meals.

The food here is amazing! We were craving for indo Chinese since we came to the states, that is since 2 years and this was one of our best experiences with Indo Chinese! My personal best delicacies here were Chinese Bhel (must have) and veg fried rice. Apart from these we ordered chilli paneer, achari tandoori mushroom (mushroom fans must must must have this), veg manchuria and veg noodles! Everything was so delicious! The service is also very prompt specially Nisar ji was very kind to us. The complimentary batata vada (potato dumpling) were so good. Thank you for serving us such delicious food☺️

I came for lunch and their lunch special lamb curry. I wish the lamb curry had a deeper flavor. It was kinda one note. I think if I were to go back to skip the lunch special and pick a dish from their regular menu.

Food was okay, their spinach patta chat was nothing but spinach pakoras with three types of chutney drizzled on top. Their Manchurian were lackluster, actually both our fried options were very oily and had oily after taste. The noodle were good and so did the hongkong paneer.

If you want to grab Indian food at the middle of Manhattan city then it’s a big yes.Taste of the food is good but they use too much oil. Rest quality and taste of the food is mind blowing.I liked their Champaran Mutton. It was tasty but as well too much oily.It remains open till 9:15pm everyday except Friday and Saturday( 10:15pm).Also their biriyani is okay but I missed the smell of biriyani masala in it. Their wide range of cocktails and other drinks is good. But their service needs to be improved. If you are new to New York and missing Indian food, you must visit this place. You can place order over phone for take away. Yes getting parking is a bit difficult in front of the restaurant.

Interesting variety of items, some executed well, some bland, thus an average score. Got delivery of several items for lunch today, mostly off the Indo-Chinese menu: -Garlic Naan $7 -Paneer Szechwan $21 -Samosas $10 -Tellicherri Pepper Chicken - $23 Meal highlights were the Garlic Naan and Samosas. Really soft bread and well seasoned with garlic and spices. The samosas were perfectly crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. Really well executed and they give you the full accoutrements for the samosas - Kheera Raita, Imli (Tamarind Chutney), and Hari (Green Chutney) The Tellicherri Pepper Chicken was new to me, but it was a peppery sauce that built on the heat the more you ate it. I enjoyed it, but would probably aim for a different sauce next time. The disappointment in meal was the paneer szechwan. The dish was rather bland, similar to getting chicken szechuan style at a local ACF food that doesn't specialize in Szechuan food. Cheese was on the tougher side. Would probably go back to try something else, but maybe stick with someone that many others say is done well.

This place was kinda mid. The Hakka noodles didn’t have much flavor but had the right flavor (if that makes sense). The Manchurian I really liked — it’s very spicy even though I’m used to spice! Be careful if you don’t normally eat spicy foods. Spring rolls were super average and tasted like they were frozen and reheated, not freshly made there (unfortunate for an indo-Chinese restaurant). I will say the rasmalai was really good! My favorite Indian dessert: must try if you decide to go! To be honest, just go to this place for dessert not for the food. Portion sizes were smaller than they should’ve been.

This was just average for us. We stopped in guided by reviews, but we were not impressed. I ordered the tandoori jumbo shrimp, it was ok. I also ordered madras vegetables, they were a little too mushy. My husband had the chicken tikka masala, again just ok. I guess I was expecting better. Pricing was high, the service I felt rushed, I guess because it was close to 3pm, which is closing time until dinner time. But they were nice. Our bill came to a little over $90, which I thought was way too high for what we consumed. Just ok.

Tiny restaurant with seating room for approximately 30-35 people. Food is decent. They will cheap out on the soda. We ordered two cokes and they poured a single fan into two separate glasses. You are better than this.

A
Anshul Augnivansh

This place is heaven for Indian Chinese dishes (drums of heaven is a must!) but there are a couple of things that I didn't like. First is the number of employees moving around the place. The restaurant has more servers than diners at any given point of time. So, if you're looking for a place to dine in with privacy and peace, this is not the place for you. You also get constantly nudged for the feedback on food, which makes you uncomfortable while eating. Second reason for taking off a star is the increased prices in the final bill. You serve complimentary starters but charge it in the bill, what's that?! I don't care about shelling a few extra dollars but I respect integrity. I might not go back there unless they cut their staff by half!

S

Interesting place. The spinach chaat had good sauce but maybe a little too much breading, especially for something as thin as spinach. But still good. The dhaniwal korma was creamy and deep, this was a very very good dish. The chicken Manchurian was spicier than I expected and missed texture but kept the tang. The onion kulcha was soft but maybe had too much raw onion or I'm just not used to onion kulchas anymore. The service was outstanding, very well done. I would probably skip the spinach chaat and the chicken Manchurian. The dhaniwal korma has a lot of good taste.

S
Sandeep Saxena

I feel the place is not worth the hype - food is average taste. We ordered Dal Tadka and Baigan Bharta for main course and there was no taste. I also overheard a female staff member mocking 😒 me with a male staff member when I asked if they had a "handwash".

D
DevikaK100

While in New York for a conference, I visited this restaurant as it advertised a Chinese-Indian fusion. The food was okay but the service was terrible. The wait staff, though not busy, took forever to bring my entree, never checked on me and took even longer to bring the check.

The meat in Briyani was very bony and consisted of almost two or three pieces. The taste balance was bad, as if the rice had been heated afterwards. The servers were attentive, but frankly I didn't like it. Don't waste your time when there are better Indian options.

This was ok restaurant, nothing outstanding. We ordered Delhi chat, Palak chat and mushroom starter out of that Delhi chat was not good, other two were pretty good. For main course we ordered Delhi chicken tikka, kofta(too sweet) , makhana curry, bhindi. Everything was ok. I loved the Chinese Hakka noodles. Mango and rose kulfi was two sweet. Malai kulfi was good. Masala soda was very good. Overall ok experience. Did not stand out jackfruit biryani for me. Food is very expensive as compared to taste.

Spacious place with nice vibes. The appetizer chicken lollipop was great, also the triple schezuan main dish was good. Overall the indo Chinese options are good. But, the problem we had was with the chicken vindaloo, it was mentioned it was spicy but we expected it to have some taste. It simply tasted with canned tomato gravy with an infinite amount of chilly powder. We all really had upset stomachs the next day. Also got the yellow daal tadka, very average, daal wasn't cooked properly.

Ordered palak panner and garlic naan.. Paneer was blend and half cooked.. Palak gravy was nice but less salt.. And given I did take away to eat at hotel I did not have salt.. They should always give a small sachet of salt. Anyways garlic naan looked frozen and sides were hard and not well made so had to throw away half of it.

Terrible terrible terrible experiences in my whole life. I have never left the restaurant leaving food like this. I have to say I'm not a Indian curry expertise. But, Lamb Rogan Josh that I ordered was salty and imbalanced for me. Basically, it tasted like I couldn't taste any more spoons. I was asking a waitress for help if I could have something creamy or sweet to add. But, she was not helpful at all and didn't really care. It wasn't completely for me.

We visited this restaurant a few days ago. It was a good table at the central part of the restaurant. The atmosphere was calm and the food was decent, but the service wasn't good enough. The server had a rude attitude, acted like she didn’t want to be there, and made no effort to be polite or welcoming. She just rushed through taking the order and disappeared, leaving us feeling unwelcome. She never back to us again and send someone else all the time. It looked like she wasn't happy that we visited there.

R
Rini Banerjee

Unfortunately, our experience here was extremely poor and not what we expected from a restaurant of this reputation. Despite having a reservation, we were still made to wait about 15 minutes for a table, which already set a negative tone for the evening. We then ordered drinks that never arrived, yet they were added to our bill. We had to specifically point this out to the waiter to get them removed, which should never happen. We also noticed that the soups were charged $1 more than the price advertised on the menu, which raises serious concerns about billing accuracy. On top of that, the malai kebab was served raw, which is unacceptable both from a quality and food safety standpoint. When we raised this issue, the manager/owner initially offered only a 50% discount on the raw dish. After some discussion, it was eventually removed from the bill entirely—but this felt reluctant rather than apologetic. At most other restaurants, a mistake of this magnitude would have resulted in a more sincere effort to make things right, if not comping the entire meal. Overall, the service, billing issues, and food quality made this a very disappointing dining experience. We expected much better and will not be returning.

Warning: check your receipt very carefully before paying. This restaurant automatically adds a mandatory 20% tip to the bill and includes it in the total. After that, the payment screen still asks for an additional tip, which can easily cause customers to tip twice without realizing it. The situation is made worse by the extremely dim lighting — we were practically eating in the dark — making it very difficult to clearly read the receipt before paying. This practice feels misleading and deceptive. Customers deserve transparency, not pressure or confusion at checkout. For clarity, I have already uploaded the receipt with my review, and it clearly shows the issue. As shown on the bill: • Subtotal: $64.00 • A mandatory 20% tip ($12.80) was added before calculating the total • Tax: $5.68 • Total charged: $82.48 However, after this total, the payment screen then prompted for an additional tip with suggested percentages (2%, 3%, 5%, 7%), which are calculated on top of a bill that already includes a mandatory tip. This creates a very real risk of customers tipping twice, especially given the extremely dim lighting in the restaurant, which made it difficult to carefully review the receipt before paying. Regardless of intent, this setup is objectively misleading: • A mandatory gratuity is already included in the total • Yet the system still prompts for extra tipping without a clear warning • The lighting conditions further prevent transparency at checkout Customers deserve clear, unambiguous billing practices — not confusion or pressure at the point of payment. I appreciate you investigating this matter and hope appropriate steps will be taken to ensure this does not happen to other customers.
