The managers are welcoming, smiling, and very friendly, as is the staff. It has a very family-run atmosphere. Breakfast is very good, and the evening meals are also good. The pizzas are excellent. There is a bit of noise in the morning (very early), but it's not a big deal. I would come back.

Excellent hotel with a very good restaurant and pizzeria. Breakfast is good, starting at 6:30. The ladies who run it are friendly, helpful, and charming. Rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom is efficient and fun, with a pink towel set. Good location on the road to Clusone. Recommended.

I stayed at the hotel with my family. The room was very spacious and clean, with modern, clean furnishings, a bathroom with a nice, large shower, and electric shutters. The staff and management were kind and friendly. I only found two flaws: the lack of air conditioning, which would be fine if opening the windows didn't expose you to the late-night noise of cars and motorcycles revving on the street (which is certainly not the hotel's fault, but they should give you the option of not having to open the windows for that very reason). The breakfast was good, but it could use some updating and a redesign of its layout.

Birthday party with 13 6-year-old children, super inflatables, less so food, small quantities, slightly stale chips, sandwiches (1 per person, no more) that I was told smelled of alcohol. I asked for two bottles of water which, after a final bill of 226 euros, they had the courage and courtesy to charge. I asked for a fruit tart from a pastry shop (the "lady" had told me that they relied on a local pastry shop), and a cake arrived that looked like the ones my mother used to make in the 90s. A 2.7 kg cake for almost €80. Good but ugly, I expected a nice cake, not grey... As soon as we entered, a suffocating and embarrassing smell of fried food filled the room, I asked for everything to be thrown open and was also asked why... the staff were visibly pissed off/annoyed and we had to go and look for them... because they have other things to do... I don't think I'll ever do it again... the children left because they were hungry... And then the triviality of arguing over two bottles of water... ridiculous. PS: Cut the grapes on the cake in half (since children eat it).

Excellent place for business stays. On the first floor, you can hear a lot of noise from the restaurant and the chairs. The food isn't bad, but I was cold during the night and didn't sleep well. The first night, there was an extra blanket and pillow; the second night, when I changed rooms, they weren't there. The staff was wonderful and friendly.

I stopped in for lunch with a friend. We chose the €13 business menu... the rib-eye steak (luckily not my choice) was a ciabatta, tough, and inedible. So I gave my roast beef to her. After two slices, it was more than enough... good... the pasta dishes were fine. The waitresses were very friendly and kind.

No mini-bar, which is essential in the summer. No air conditioning, luckily only one night, spent tossing and turning in bed because of the heat. Rooms are too old. The kitchen closes at 9:00 PM, too early in my opinion. At least 10:00 PM would be much better. The girl at reception was very kind, I don't remember her name ☺️

Nice rooms, but the restaurant lacks customer service, with disrespectful and unfriendly staff! A terrible experience! Not to be repeated.
