Mannnnn, the oxtail pho was delicious and healing to my sore throat. I will be a return customer for the oxtail pho ~ the thai tea hit the spot also.
Great option! Their pho is very tasty, you just need to wait a bit to be seated.
Great place for pho. The broth is amazing but the portion sizes feel a tad too small. This place seems a bit too trendy so if you come during peak hours, there will definitely be a wait. The tables and floors could use some cleaning since some parts were extra sticky, but I find that's kinda the norm at most pho restaurants. There's also only 1 unisex restroom so you may need to wait to use it as well. Would definitely come back again though.
An overall nice Vietnamese restaurant with lots of options and good food. The portions were on the smaller side and the pho broth was a bit bland, but the meat was very good. Interior ambiance is nice and the staff are very friendly.
Oh my god… this place was my last resort and it HIT THE SPOT 😩🤤, we entered at 8:35pm (🚨KITCHEN CLOSES AT 8:45pm🚨). I ordered (2)shrimp pho and the service was quick! I got my fresh bowl in less than 2 minutes. The broth is so flavorful and the noodles were perfection. They weren’t stingey with the side veggies and sauces. This is going to be my pho place to go EVERY single time!
Pho was incredibly and servings are large. I don't know if they have other thai dishes though, they didn't have bahn mi when I asked at least, so for other thai dishes maybe not the place to go. But for Pho, hit this place up! The thai iced tea was average
The parking is convenient. The food was delicious and service was ok. The hot pot pho was cute and they bring out a lil pot with a flame burning to heat up meat separately.
This modern decor stands out from other Pho establishments, modern, clean and spacious. Despite the upgrade the prices are same as the rest of other places. Pho was good, a friend ordered an oxtail to go with his pho (not on menu so ask). Spring and summer rolls with the sauces are good. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely come back to try other plates.
I don't live in LA (I'm from the bay area) and I was checking out this area. I love fresh springrolls, so I popped on in here and ordered some to go. The BBQ pork was delicious!!! They also had a some added fried eggroll wrap that was folded inside and gave a nice crunch. Overall, it was great! Staff was friendly and nice. Food came quick (I just ordered springrolls)
I will definitely be coming back here. You know how thirsty you get after having some pho, well not here, the soup is very tasty and they give a lot of meat too. The ambiance is very relax, clean and not noisy. The service is good too.
Think I found my new favorite pho place in the area! Pho Saigon Pasteur is a great restaurant with seating options indoors and out. Friendly staff, popular location with a bit of a wait at peak hours but well worth it. Quick service. The spring rolls were refreshing and the peanut sauce was very tasty. The pho had a rich, hearty broth with well cooked noodles and tender meat. Highly recommend!
It was a wonderful experience to enjoy traditional Vietnamese cuisine in the United States. The Vietnamese coffee was rich and fragrant, with a very distinctive flavor.

The host sat us after a short wait but the smell of the broth made it seem like a dream sequence I was in a trance and focused. And I was right to because after the wonderfully warm customer service, the food was out before I knew it! And everything was fresh. Cant wait to come back!
To go order Pho dac biet - the broth was very good and tasty (not too meaty tasting). Lots of variety and amount of proteins/toppings. Fresh veggie. Broth was still hot when I got home. Bun thit nuong with eggroll - tasty! The fish sauce was good and didn't overpower (I poured the whole thing in). Veggies were fresh, the eggrolll was thick with filling and crispy. Love the peanuts. The meat had a nice charred flavor.
I'd consider this the MOST authentic of california! I'm a loyal pho-er and I come once a month here. Good service and the broth is just.... you'll have to try it yourself!

The Special Pho broth is deep and rich, and the bowl is full of many different toppings. The Chả Giò are some of the best meaty filling. I also loved the sauce that comes with the Bò Né for dipping my bread, though I wish there was a little more beef in the dish. Staffs are so nice, pay at the counter when you finish your meal. The store is good Pho smell when you step in. Highly recommend!
I visited Pho Saigon Pasteur and ordered the Filet Mignon Pho — it was absolutely delicious! The broth was rich and flavorful, and the beef was tender and perfectly cooked. The servers were friendly and attentive, making the dining experience even better. Highly recommended for anyone craving authentic and tasty pho!
Came around dinner time and there were no tables inside so we had to wait for a table. We stood for around 5 minutes before we got a table. The restaurant is small so I could see why it took a while to be seated. However, since the store is small, we ended up getting a table right by their side entrance door so we felt cold wind every time someone entered or exited. This made our dining experience not as enjoyable since it was a pretty chilly night so the wind was cold and interrupted the meal. We ordered the Filet Mignon Pho (15.5) and Shabu Shabu Style Beef Pho (15.5). They were served pretty fast which was good. The noodles and soup were alright, nothing super special from other pho places I have been too. The beef quality for both pho noodles we got were pretty good though. The meat wasn't tough to chew and was easy to bite and swallow. The shabu shabu style beef was nice and unique as well. It made the pho experience different than others. The portions are very generous though for the price. I could have shared it with another person because there was a lot of noodles. Overall, the pho here is pretty average and the only unqiue thing is their shabu shabu style pho option. Their service is also just normal, you have to go to the cashier to pay for your table at the end of the meal. I would recommend just coming here for a try.

A new Vietnamese food addition to the food street on Main Street in Alhambra. It was very convenient to park indoor behind the restaurant. The decor of the restaurant is very modern with industrial feel. the ordering menu is very refreshing as well. Dishes are arranged in types of food group. For pho, there are several popular items such beef combo, ribeye beef, oxtail and more. for rice lovers, BBQ pork and beefs are the most ordered dishes. Since this was our first time here, we wanted to try something different from the normal Vietnamese food. We got oxtail pho and burnt end BbQ pork bun. The oxtail pho came in two separate bowls with oxtail and soup in one and the pho noodle and soup in another. There meat on the oxtails were very tender and flavorful. The pho soup was quite good and authentic. Although the noodle seemed to be made from dry noodles, the over all pho experience was not too bad. The Bun salad was a bit ordinary and nothing to write home about. the BBQ porks that came with the dish was not too flavorful and not inspiring. Overall, this is a decent Vietnamese restaurant and a good alternative to Golden Deli down the street.
The food was good, but the experience definitely needs improvement. The floor was very sticky and slippery which didn't feel clean or safe. Our servers (the two guys) seemed rushed every time we tried to talk or order, even though the restaurant wasn't busy at all. It made us feel uncomfortable to ask questions or for recommendations. The lady at the cashier was the only one who was friendly and welcoming. Hope they can take better care of the cleanliness (floors & tables) and improve the service!
Waited an hour at 6 pm . Guess people are eating earlier now that is fall. No line when we left at 8. I guess they are under staff. Took a long time before we can flag someone to take the Oder because we were not at the main dinning room. Heard so many rave reviews including my son so we thought we give it a try.. soup has less cinnamon compared to Golden Deli and others.. ordered the combo & oxtail… all my meat were cooked, didn’t see any rare one.. oxtail seems ok.. both were ok. Not wow.. met someone while waiting who gave us a tip! Ask for some extra onion oil on the side.. is free and it does enhance the flavor!

Nothing to write home about. The staff were nice and attentive to our larger party; however, the food was so underwhelming. I ordered the bò né- it came with two tiny beef medallions that were tough (supposedly filet mignon), no pâté, an egg, and the other half of the skillet was broccoli?? I beared through it thinking I just ordered the wrong thing, but everyone else in my family was not happy with their meal. The pho broths were bland and portions were lacking. The bò kho was the worst I’ve ever had. While the meat was tender, it lacked the deep, savory flavor of usual bò kho and its spices- felt like they just thickened their pho broth. Everything was either average or mediocre. I would eat elsewhere.

I have been to this location twice. Once this past weekend with some friends and family, we waited 20 minutes for a table to be open. Which is not bad compared to other's experience mentioned below. I will say the atmosphere and the food are good. The service ticked me off a little bit. We waited 20 minutes for a table, we sat down and ordered within 5 minutes. After us being seated, there were more open tables and 3 other tables were sat. They sat after us and ordered after us, but they were all given there entire orders before we even received anything. I had to ask for an estimated time for our meals to be ready and only then did they start bringing it out. We also ran out of water in the pitcher, we asked for more water and only received one cup. I also asked for lime, which we received but he waited did roll his eyes are he walked away. I do understand a busy day may lead to long waiter times, but we three other tables whom were the same party size and came after us all got their orders prior to us, it made us feel a certain way especially if we are a different race than every other table. I hope nobody else encounters this.
