Friendly and efficient customer service. Plenty of space for social distancing. Everything looked clean and fresh! I enjoyed my acai smoothie with blueberries, bananas, strawberry and pineapple. I also got a ginger and lemon shot to boost my immune system. Cayenne is typically included in the immune booster shot bot I requested to omit it. Will certainly revisit. Not sure if they have a parking lot but I found street parking which was close and convenient. It was a little pricey but I think worth it!

This New Coffe shop and juice bar is phenomenal and it features a variety of good coffees and natural juices along with fresh pastries and sandwiches. The owners are very kind people and genuinely care about the customer here. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone.

Our host was a good sport for giving all three of us a free shot for using a yelp discount. I got the Greatfruit in a large and replaced the pineapple with mango. Fantastic choice to me as it went down smooth and stayed sweet. Would absolutely recommend this to anyone passing by on a hot day or really any other time of day.

I love, love, LOOOVE this place because of its healthy delicious options. I'll go out of my way to go there. Acai bowls & smoothies are my favorite. Sooo healthy! And the staff is very kind and helpful.

Love this place! I always get the B&B with spinach. I frequent the Hoover St location weekly. It's always clean. Staff wear gloves. The owner and staff are friendly.

Acai P bowl is delicious 😋. Loove the taste. Nice staff, clean, good amount of seats. I've only gone in the evening and Sunday's. There is always parking in front during those times, or I've just been lucky the last several times 😁. Only thing, sometimes it melts so quickly that I have to eat it there. I prefer to take it home to chill 😋 Other places last a good 15 min before they start to get soft... ( I love acai bowls lol) I tried to make it home with this one.. 8 min drive ended up being a smoothy practically lol buttt still love their acai bowls😋

First time going here, the barista was super friendly and helped me choose the right coffee I needed for staying awake. The coffee was honestly some of the best I've had in a while, and it's in a good location if you're a USC student.

What distinguishes this branch from the others is the people who own it and run it. Z and AJ are super warm and welcoming and have my usual order memorized. Their delicious acai bowls and green blends are to die for (you can tell they use the freshest high quality ingredients) and will energize you for the day. I would definitely recommend it to anyone in the area looking for healthy food options that taste like comfort food.

I come here a lot when I'm in LA for work. They open at 7am, not 630. The shakes and cold brew are good, the cookies are also pretty tasty. Overall it's better than Starkbucks and has a larger selection of items, such as chips you've heard of, Celsius, pelagino water, and the like.

The place needs attention. Dead spiders up on the ceiling with accompanying dead bugs, not terribly clean in general, but the staff's attitudes were great. Genuine smiles and an open demeanor, they easily outshine the location. Food was meh, juice thing tasted okay, a bit weird tho.

Smoothies are good but they need to update their hours. I just walked from USC and it's 730pm and they're closed. Signs and website say they close at 8pm

Then we waited for about 20-30 min more for the food just to find out they forgot about or didn't see the ticket. Once we got our food it was wrong they gave is the sausage with egg..... Prices were absolutely outrageous!!!! No way on Earth would I pay almost $5 for a 16 ounce iced coffee nor will I ever spend nearly $12 for a watermelon smoothie. HIGHWAY ROBBERY!!!!!

This place has fleas. I was sitting here waiting with my daughter and a flea bit me twice. Had to wait longer cause they never started our order. I freaking hate fleas. The worst part is now I'm itchy all over just from the thought of fleas. Terrible service. Dirty. Took a picture of the dead flea. $40 and at the end they forgot my flax seeds. Too expensive for terrible service.

Terrible customer service, TERRIBLE. I paid for a large smoothie and received a small one , I then told the man I ordered a large . He remade the drink and gave tons of attitude while talking under his breath. If you want to order a costly drink with a side of attitude this is the place for you !

I was told that I couldn’t redeem my free smoothie unless I showed some notification on my cellular device that wasn’t coming through. nor have I EVER BEEN ASK TO SHOW A NOTIFICATION AT THIS LOCATION OR ANY OTHER. Like it’s literally on their register screen. I’ve redeemed here plenty times before and this one day, I thought I could work with my budget and treat myself to a nice hard earned smoothie. No. But the employees seemed to be so adamant today that they need PROOF WHEN IT WAS ON THE SCREEN I PUT MY NUMBER ON. I praise people putting their foot down on store policies (great job guys), but I’ve never in my million of smoothies I’ve gotten here, been asked to show my phone. Super annoyed.

I usually come here and get a PB&H smoothie and it's great! But tonight I go in to get one and I watched them take an already made smoothie, put it in the blender, blend it and try to serve it to me. I called them out and they made me a new one but they didn't even apologize for trying to give me an old smoothie. The place is great but that experience has turned me off that location. So, I won't be going there anymore.

Qwench thinks they are really good, but really they are rude. The atmosphere you can feel the energy. The more you spend money at Qwench the more they allow themselves to be rude to customers. When i came back i had told the manager with the bald head, that one guy sitting there kept following my girlfriend. He looked at me and said you have been coming in here and not paying anything. He thought I was broke because I look homeless, I started paying. Next thing while his employe with tattoos called me stupid, I need to get a job, go back to school, I have a job. Then his boss stole money from me after telling me I had to buy something from his establishment. He stole money from two cards not just one. One card he took money off was from my Social Security Check. The other card is now messing with my credit. Then when I went to talk with the manger he was very disrespectful. The employee with the tattoos sat there and called me names for no reason especially Stupid when I’m on SSI. They think I’m Stupid, you still have to pay for keeping your business there, if people stop coming in you’ll have no money to pay. I mind my own business but when someone steals from me and won’t give me my money back but calls the police and doesn’t want me going back to the cafe, after they didn’t refund me. They said “Try” to be nice, they don’t try to be nice they either are nice or not nice and I’ve never seen them as nice. There’s no half, so why your sitting there saying I need to go back to school listen to your own words. Qwench said we try to be nice. What is nice? Taking my money from SSI, and taking money from another card, not wanting to give the money back, calling me names and insulting me because of what reason? They are very Discriminative towards others. They never wanted to refund my money they stole and rather sit here and insult me with hatred words. on top of that the manger is not a real man. A real man would go and fix what he did wrong. A criminal never sees their wrong
