I live here and go often but their service has been bad lately. I can be the only one there or 2nd and it takes over 15m to get a drink or 2. The staff is overall nice and friendly but there are 2 carhops that obviously hate working and aren't very warm welcoming like they are in a bad mood even there voice sounds agitated. Food is wonderful every time no issues other than sometimes they forget the condiments but I'm not picky for that, if it's my kids i just call an ask for some and they come as quick as they can and usually give me extra.

Can’t believe you served this rotten lettuce! It’s old or just bad lettuce! But if you wouldn’t serve to it to your family don’t serve to the customers!! It was brown and wilted.

This place is so DISAPPOINTING..EVEYTIME!! IT ts never, ever busy but they are always shorthanded, the last time I ordered a Sonic Blast they have me a cup of ice-cream with candies sprinkled on top, I asked them to remake it, nicely, and they did the same thing!!! So disappointed.

Garbage service!! Cassandra was at the window and she brought the wrong order out, we drive back around to ask for a fix and she takes back what was wrong and still gives us the wrong order. When we went to get it fixed a second time she wants to talk about us being in the wrong and she did it right??? And then the manager on shift comes out threatening, trying to pick a fight??? What trashy employees you have hired.

My family and I went for lunch around 1:30 pm the whole place smelled like marihuana towards the back employees were probably smoking very bad for business and customers I won't be going back there my burger also had a marihuana smell to it very bad I hope the owners do something about it

Today's experience was horrible. My order was an online order & took a near hour & half to receive my order. My slushy was just syrup & water when I finally received my order. They forgot my son's sandwich. Waited some more. Finally got it , car hop brought out a sandwich assured us that was the correct one that we waited for. So I believed her. Came home 20 miles away to the wrong order for my son. When contacted the restaurant, the assistant gave attitude and disagreed with everything as if we were liars. Makes me wonder if the assistant manager speaks down to customers on a daily as such. Worst experience ever at a sonic, bad customer service & overall wait time is tooo long!!! Highly Do Not recommend eating from here! You are better off ordering from Stars, they are much nicer & faster there ♥️

I love sonics burgers which is why I'm so disappointed right now. I ordered a #1 add extra pickles...simple enough...I paid 10.00 to get home with a flat burger with only pickles...I know I should have checked but I trusted. Called back twice to let me know but conveniently phones weren't being answered and VM was full. Pretty frustrated at this point....

I was there last night it's disgusting I can't believe what my husband and I witnessed. There was some employees smoking marijuana, weed drugs we even smelled it when leaving the parking lot they need to fire the whole crew and manager he's not doing his job. The police departments already aware that place

I don't even think they read the order when cooking. Training seems to be lacking along with desire to work. Ask for no onion, you're getting onion. Ask to add bacon, your burger will have nothing on it.

Ordered a footlong chili cheese coney and got one that barely had and chili on it and the cheese was barely melted. Didn't even complain to management, I'll just never eat there again. The bread tasted like someone soaked it in water. Absolutely disgusting and such a waste of 4.75

Trash Can

Slow service took 30 minutes waiting just for some chicken tenders and a tea. Forgot sauce and took forever to bring them out after asking. Gave 3 piece tenders instead of 5 piece and didnt get onion rings. Also gave unsweet tea when i ordered a sweet tea
