The other day I ordered this double beef burrito with no rice and no tortilla strips. I've ordered this at so many other locations and this location. It had never been this thin. I also ordered a taco with no lettuce and it was full of wet lettuce and made the tortilla soggy as I knew it would. I decided to let it go. Today I ordered the double beef burrito with no rice and no tortilla strips and again, very little meat. So, I decided to address it and ask for more meat and they also forgot my side of sour cream. Well, I had to pay extra for the beef that should have been included and I had to get down after they forgot my side of sour cream. They ended up filling my burrito with the sour cream instead of putting it on the side. Literally a sour cream burrito and very little meat after I paid extra. The manager needs to be replaced. Seriously, she has a horrible attitude. The employees were nice but because of this manager, I will be calling corporate. She needs to be replaced and reported. If she doesn't want the job, give someone else that's qualified and friendly the chance. She swore there were 2 scoops of beef on a burrito she didn't even make herself.

Wores experience ever we spent close to 100 bucks for 8 of us we was 1st one in restaurants and last one to get are food since it was big order meet was cold and taco was supposed to Supreme but lack on topping and my noches had lots beans and almost no meat soft taco flour was hard on side

Worst experience I've ever had at a fast-food restaurant. Had to go back 2 different times because they couldn't get my 4 soft tacos right. Need to retrain your crew.

They didn't put my hot sauce. Why ask for hot sauce if you're not gonna put it in the bag. I ordered supreme tacos and there was no sour cream. It was dead when we went. Horrible experience.

Workers are constantly goofing off at night. I waited 7-8min at the window only for my order to be wrong.Sadly this has happened on more than one occasion specifically in the evening/night. The morning shift for breakfast is actually great. I don’t know who runs this establishment but I don’t see how you could even possibly find this behavior and control quality to be acceptable. Please try to hire some folks with the same energy as the morning shift or at least workers who will get your order correct. Much Obliged,

Food is always old. Was the second person in line but after 10 minutes of waiting decided to leave.. This Taco Bell has only been good 1x put of all the times I have eaten here. Staff moved around with no sense of urgency. Took their time making and taking orders. Staff is rude and unbecoming. Would not recommend this Taco Bell at all.
