The order taker and cashier were friendly. The cashier said their internet not working, so the digital coupon couldn’t be scanned from the App for discount and she could not apply it manually as well.

This place always just looks dirty. Some of the staff are friendly, and one manager there makes me feel like I'm not welcome every time I go to eat. They always cook my food fresh though, so I can't complain much.

Hey soooo its March 8th and the sour cream has a BBD of Jan 25, 2026..... Employees were nice at drive through, but expired food kind of cancels that out.

if you’re going to come to this location, PLEASE do yourself a favor and only go in the morning or before like 3pm, because every time i have come to this location for dinner rather than lunch, the service is terrible and the food is either cold or takes 20 mins to make it out to you. this evening really sent it over the edge when i had to pull forward and wait for COLD CHICKEN NUGGETS. ALL I ORDERED WAS NUGGETS. and the little boy in the drive through thinks that he is top dog and can very audibly YAWN AT YOU WHILE TAKING YOUR ORDER. The daytime crew that works there have always been exceptional and always treat me and my daughter with such care and respect. this night crew however, need a definite retraining. 5 stars for the ladies during the day, -5 for the ones at night.

went for national ice cream day to redeem my free frosty w/purchase but the app wasnt working so we ordered at the cashier but the manager maria was being extremely stingy and was being rude to us, but the worker aida tried her best so kudos to her. any other place wouldve let us purchase something and give us the frosty as well but the manager was being so rude.

When did Wendy's go downhill ? The burger was like warmed over mush , the fries we okay . Service staff was great .

Yaritza was very rude this morning (8/20/25) it’s 6:37am why do you have an attitude towards customers if you decided to work in customer service. As a part of your training I am sure you are taught to greet customers. Thank you and your welcome is simple common courtesy. We did enjoy the freshly prepared food. Aside of that I agree with the reviews of customers, hire better employees with manners!

Gotten mayo on 2 burgers twice in a row when I specifically asked FOR NO MAYO burger wasn’t hot meat was like eating carpet but slightly better than eating drywall and service was slower than snail on lithium And the people that work there really could not care less what they are serving tastes like. I would rather eat the paper out of my shredder than eat here.

Pulled up to the drive through and the lady was rude. Then started laughing at me for no reason. When I say trying to order at the screen for 5 minutes and no one answer ex or acknowleged me at all.

The behind the counter worker was so rude. We ordered about $70 of food to go and she wants to huff and puff and acted like we’re an inconvenience asking questions about menu items that are literally listed no where. Then we asked for a drink carrier and a bag to carry our food… it’s for 7 people of course we need help carrying all this stuff. The Coke Freestyle machine tastes awful, mixture is not right. Asked to try the new signature sauce and she tells me 50 cents, little does she know it will cost Wendy’s significantly more than 50 cents just to run my card. Don’t hire such crappy miserable people, they’re running customers away.

Supposed to have six slices of bacon. But I got three with my tortilla ripped down the middle.... Had to go back in and get the receipt. The manager might have offered to remake it, but it needs to be right the first time. The bag was in her hand before my card cleared the machine.... Ten twenty six in the morning, and I was the only customer on the premise. So I would assume that whoever made the burrito, just didn't care, or didn't get trained, well.

The heavy set latina young lady that works the closing shift is very rude ! She rushes you to order and then your whole order is wrong and she gets very sassy !

Rude workers they don't give you your total. Slam the window in your face . Just trash location. Allen needs to have higher standards for workers attitude. Won't be back
