The food is always super great and fresh. Hands down the best fast food spot for fried pickles. Today, Carrie H. greeted us and was super friendly and funny! Her customer service was above and beyond! We got the chicken and waffles and it was so good!!

Stopped by for the nearby Tesla Supercharger station. I ordered chicken wings this time, and they were so yummy. The staff presented a friendly smile and so helpful. The bathroom was clean and organized. I will come back again.

The food was fast food chicken. I requested that the toast be left off; it wasn’t. It’s where we went because Longhorn had a 20 min wait and we’re traveling. From where I was sitting I saw 4 tables that hadn’t been cleaned. One table had 3 empty paper towel rolls. The ketchup bottle at our table was empty, and I had to find another. People were complaining about the dirty tables. While we were there no one was cleaning up/restocking the dining room. The single toilet bathroom smelled like sewage. You guys have issues, and it always boils down to poor management.

Went to Slim Chickens while visiting Amarillo today and placed an online order for five people. My daughter went inside to pick up the order and was not greeted. When she said she was there for an online pickup, the cashier pointed and said, “It’s there.” When she returned to the car, we noticed we were missing a drink. She went back inside and told the cashier, who just looked at her. She then said that if he could give her a cup, she would get it herself, and he handed her a cup. Forks and straws were also not included, so she grabbed those on her own. Once we arrived home, we realized we were also missing an à la carte item. The portions for the adult combo meals were incredibly small for the price. The one à la carte item that was correct had adequate portions, as did the kids’ meals. The tea was fresh. Between the missing items, lack of basic service, and small portions, there were multiple disappointments. I’m not sure I’ll return after this experience.

I went through the drive asked for spicy bbq got ranch and hot and spicy then I get to the hotel no bread my favorite part of the meal and ordered the hungry meal 7 tenders and only got 6. Ordered Mac and cheese and got to eat it with the lid no spoon or fork

Ate here on Thursday food was fresh made. Went back again on Saturday and the food was. Old and had definitely been setting up for a while, French fries cold and greasy, Chicken was cold and dry. Very disappointed for as much as you pay. Won’t be coming back

Food was awful. Went through drive thr fries oversalted chicken dry and old.. Whole ticket in trash. Quick stop on way back home to DFW was completely disappointed. Did not enjoy this at all. Took two bites and trashed the rest. I ALWAYS get best quality back in Dallas so I didn't question this before in left drive through.
