My personal experience at Amaki from the very first day was very pleasant. The price/quality ratio is perfect, as the food is delicious, the atmosphere is pleasant, I was treated with respect by the entire staff, and they always did everything to accommodate my preferences and needs down to the last detail. From the best seat in the restaurant to the best preparation, they prepared the dish to my liking, they offered me drinks that I could drink at that moment, according to my health needs, the owners were very attentive throughout my stay, and the waiters were excellent. Not to mention the friendliness of the chef and kitchen staff. Definitely a place to enjoy with friends, family, or even your partner. And on each visit (and there have been many), the experience was repeated, even improved. The staff remembers my preferences. Of course, I recommend this place and will return frequently. The experience is still relatively good. I noticed a comment there that said something about this being Mexico and talked about the failure of their "American concept." But that's not the case; there are plenty of customers. The price is excellent for the clarity received, the menu is tailored to the population, and the service is good. However, the new employees aren't as attentive as the owners (obviously); one of them is seen chewing gum while preparing food. I'll still return because I think management is generally trying to improve.

Some dishes are good, but the rice in the rolls tastes undercooked, as do some of the side dishes. The service is slow; the waiters do little and take a long time.

Yesterday my daughter went with friends from college and when asking for separate bills (from the beginning) the waitress was blunt, saying it was not possible and only had one payment method, they decided to order and when it arrived a dish arrived wrong and it was indicated to the waitress that it was not the one and she replied, we cannot change the dish since she took the order and the girl decided to leave it... It is unfortunate how some people do not have the service attitude and can damage the business that is not theirs. The dishes, flavor, decoration of the place all excellent except for the service of the waitress and some of her colleagues.

The last time I went, I had a bad experience. There's a girl who, no matter the day or time, is always in a bad mood. She answers rudely, acts superior to everyone, and treats you like you're doing her a favor by ordering. Honestly, she completely ruins the service, and I don't want to go back. That time, she even brought us the wrong order; we sent it back, and she gave us a terrible look. All of that really detracts from the place overall. :(

Honestly, the service is terrible. You arrive on time, and they make you wait over 40 minutes to take your order. Then, after they finally take it (because you practically have to beg), they answer rudely and without enthusiasm. They even have the nerve to serve you late and then kick you out because of the delay. I absolutely do not recommend this place; the service is awful.
