This is the second time they just didn’t add toppings to the sonic blast. Just put some on top. Gave it two tries, just gonna go back to Dairy Queen.

Okay, gave this Sonic another try and was so disgusted by what the served me I am done. My breakfast order was a Super Sonic breakfast burrito without jalepeno. The tortilla was ice cold the little dab of egg was cold, the few pieces of sausage were hard and cold. Tater tots (3), cold. There were so many onions I had to remove most of them, two "slices" of tomato and a tiny spot of cheese. All slapped together in that cold tortilla which was far from being a burrito, just folded over. I will be driving across town to Jack in the Box from now on. Sorry guys, but enough is enough at your prices you need some training.

Just got a super sonic breakfast burrito which I order without the jalepenos. When I took it out of the bag the wrapper was wrinkled as if it had ben used befote. The burrito which in the past has been freshley made was barely warm. The ingredients were cool and the cheese was hard indicating this product had ben made for quite a while. There was no salsa in the bag. Very disappointing. Probably will not go back to thi Sonic

This has got to be the worst sonic I have ever eaten at! Messed up every item besides the onion rings! Need to close this one down! Come on owners! Never again! Beware! You can order decent hamburgers & fries for less at Chili's & have chips & salsa to boot! Customers should ban Sonic!

Once again we received the wrong order. We did not realize it until after we got home. Wasn’t even worth driving back up there. Lesson learned. And complaining to Sonic doesn’t help. They will not do anything about it!!

If I could, you would have gotten 0 stars! The person taking the order couldn’t get it right, not even close! How does orange juice and root beer sound alike?? We ended up leaving without finishing the order! Horrible horrible!

Horrible service. I was given the wrong order. The employee argued with me even though I saw the correct order on the screen. There was no offer to correct the mistake, so since I had already paid, I just had to accept the wrong order. Then the employee argued with me that I hadn't paid when I showed him the transaction pending on my card. And then he wouldn't let me keep the receipt!

Yet another busted up sonic - Screens do not work and you can’t pay because the screens don’t work. Another set of Horrible Owners who can’t maintain their bussiness! Waited 20min for a corn dog and drink and no one is here …

I just want to know if this is the quality of food that deserves the name Sonic. It blows my mind how this ever left the kitchen. Please don’t get me started on the manager… All I know is when I worked for Sonic there wa a no way this mess would have been served to any customer…

this place has really gone downhill in costumer service, food quality, and overall performance. i have ordered here multiple times in the past few months and the food is always over or undercooked, it’s disturbing. sometimes it’s barely to an edible point of cooked and it tastes like frozen, disgusting, food. even having to pay for condiments, are you serious? the sonic a town over has better quality food that’s actually cooked, doesn’t make you pay for the condiments, and actually has decent employees. do better.
