Placed several curbside orders and also eaten here more than a handful of times. Each time, received good service. Before COVID shut the outside tent down, the tent got crowded. But the staff worked hard to clean the tables and get the orders out. The pricing is decent.

We like this Denny's. The food is good, The prices are great. And the service is always excellent. I guess the decor is OK as well. I feel better there than in some other Denny's I've visited. We particularly like taking our mother-in-law there. She is confined to a wheel chair and it is so easy to wheel her in and right up to a table. Bottom line - I've never been disappointed with this Denny's.

The best place for breakfast lunch and dinner. The service is wonderful and Mary Lou was so helpful and always asking me what else do I need and feels my cup with a warm and great coffee. We love coming on the weekends to get the Cheddar broccoli soup and Turkey sandwich. Armando is one of the best waiters we've ever had. It's always a joy to have him as our server. He always remembers us, which makes it feel even more inviting. We always enjoy our food and the service is always great!

My family ate breakfast at the Palmdale Denny's today. I was pleasantly surprised to see waffles back on the menu 😋. The strawberry, blueberry waffles were so delicious 😋. The staff are always sweet and helpful.

This Denny's Location was awesome! From th3 moment we walked through the door, until we left we were treated like visiting royalty! The hostess greeted us warmly & took extra care to find us the perfect seating. Once seated, we were asked by Not 1 but 2 Servers, if we were ready to order. Our waitress Kayla took our order, made sure it was correct, served us our drinks & reassured us that our order would be ready shortly, again, she asked "Is there anything else I can get you before your meal is ready"? NO, okay then, I'll be right back with your meals! And, so she Did!

The food was good but what made it nice was our server. He was friendly and attentive even though he was pretty busy and rushed. I could hear him with other customers, he was so helpful and smiling all the time.

This particular Denny's was marvelous! The food was perfect, and our server was delightful. Only complaint is that coffee is so expensive. $3.69 + tax is pretty steep for plain coffee!

Robert, Sal and Benjamin are the best servers here. They are always checking in and are on it. They always have a smile on their face which makes people want to come more because of their awesome attitude. If you come to this location, ask for one of these 3. We've been coming to this location for around 3-4 years now and they are the ones that have always treated us good whether it was a bad or good day. They are bilingual which makes us feel comfortable when we can speak in our native tongue:)

Denny's is our goto restaurant for breakfast. The staff at this location is great and very friendly. Robert, one of the servers, is awesome. We try to get his table when possible. Given the fact that it's a Denny's, the food and atmosphere are good, relative to the type of restaurant.

Myself and my husband are seniors. Some Dennys have value menus. The food is great. The portions are big and fill you up. We always sit in the same section because the waiter that serves us is friendly and helpful.

The food is quite good and we were very happy with the service. We were seated right away. It can get crowded on the weekend mornings so if you can reserve a spot on their website do that. If you have to wait, it is not too bad. Once seated a server is with you straight away and they are all very nice and know their menu and substitutions and can tell you how to combine items to save money if you want. The food will come hot and as ordered. We love their breakfast. I always get eggs and pancakes in some sort of combination. My grandson loves their scrambled eggs and my husband enjoys their burgers. It is all tasty and the prices are fair. They have dessert items like pie and ice cream. They are also good. There is free parking in their lot. Whenever you are in town, we stop here. You will like it.

Came to this Denny’s to have breakfast with my in-laws. Initially, we were expecting to be a much larger group but some of our party did not show up. Either way, the wait was not long even though the restaurant was busy. Our server was Robert O. Let me tell you, he is great! His service, personality, and quickness to help made our experience much better than it had to be. He really went out of his way to make us feel welcomed, provided food recommendations, and kept the coffee coming. Robert is a true asset to this restaurant. Went here at 1am, was absolutely dead. Perfect. They have a radio playing but it's low volume, perfect for sensitive ears. Our waitress was super kind, and went out of her way to get me and my wife's order right. Food was perfect, exactly what was ordered. Fries where crispy, loved it. Spent about 30$ and got enough food to feel full. Avoid dinner and Breakfast rush, as you aren't likely to have as nice as an experience as we did during busy hours Pic attached is price for two items, and us taking home leftovers!

We sat behind you @Jen. My mother and I over heard you yelling at the staff and were completely out of control. All I wanted was for my 60 year old mother to have a nice quiet lunch like we do every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesdays. Instead, we got you intimidating these poor young girls. The last thing I wanted was for my mother and I to encounter a situation like this. Staff was extremely patient and professional. Yet, you just kept going, on and on yelling at the girls, the whole restaurant heard you, saying you were on the phone with corporate. It’ seems to me like this was more like a personal problem with the server and / or staff. We come here often and we love this place. Gloria was our server, and she was great. To everyone don’t let Jenn discourage anyone from coming here.

My family and I have been coming to this Dennys for over 20 years. The staff have always been very friendly and accommodating. Our favorite is Robert. We even wait longer to be seated in his section at breakfast time on weekends. He knows our order every time and he gets our food out fast. My mom and I went here for Thanksgiving and it was absolutely delightful. I like this Denny's a litte more than others I have recently visited. Cleaner, and booths have private screen glass between each other. Food like other Denny's, service like other Denny's. Yes, I would recommend this Denny's over others in the area.

The atmosphere was so/so. The food was as expected for what you pay for quantity/quality wise. Service was amazing. This location was jam packed but we ended up only waiting about 20 minutes total to be seated.

Ordered the Pot Roast Bowl for pickup. Online ordering app seemed accurate (I even used a 30% off deal from the app), I went inside when it said it was ready for pickup and it was nice and hot. Front Host with the colorful hair was a kind lady. Would've been 5 stars but the vegetables don't seem to be stewed and were still crunchy, not a fan. But still enjoyed my meal not as much as I would've, but still enjoyable. Haven't been in a year because it took over an hour to pickup breakfast on a busy weekend morning so probably not best to go during peak hours.

Went on Halloween night. Busy with lots of kids, since it was Tuesday, kids eat free. There was one server serving one side of the restaurant and she was being called left and right running back and fourth. But always stayed friendly and apologetic for the wait time. The food came at separate times. And some of it was cold. Probably won't go back on a Tuesday.

The food is always excellent and so are the drinks. The servers are super-friendly. Their senior menu is affordable and there is a good selection. The only flaws are that there is too much yelling between the servers and the kitchen staff. It was really annoying and this happened on more than one occasion.

We got the limited time Beetlejuice sandwich and milkshake! The shake was a little underwhelming for the theme but it looks nice! The sandwich was to die for though! They did forget our marinara sauce which made the experience a little more frustrating. But, the staff were very nice all the less

Great food! The restaurant was clean, we watched tables get wiped completely down. They also have a countdown app now that allows you to request a table and check in when you arrive. They give you a number, it counts down in the app, and texts you when you can be seated.

Place needs more waitress, asap. There is only 2 waitress for half the tables there. Meaning too many tables for very little waitress, meaning you don't get what you need at the proper time and bc you wait long your food gets cold, waiting time for refill on coffee or any drinks. Came to have breakfast with my kids, but was not satisfied. The chicken tenders were over cooked, hard. (Crispy and juicy, should have been ) My french toast, almost burned. This is the Denny's that we use the most and they are usually pretty good. My husband's order was perfect mine not so. They were very busy. I ordered the country fried beef steak from the senior menu. It was supposed to come with a salad, brown gravy on the steak and I also ordered mashed potatoes and gravy. Well salad was forgotten, I had to ask for it and would rather have had it served before the main course. The steak had yucky white gravy and I'm pretty sure the menu said brown which would have been perferable. Also no mashed potatoes instead I got seasoned red potatoes. Only reason I didn't complain was they were actually pretty good! No complaints about our waitress Sally. She was excellent. Kept coming back to make sure coffees and water were refilled and make sure we didn't need anything.

An honest review for "Bourbon Chicken Sizzlin' Skillet": while the grilled seasoned chicken breast covered with a bourbon glaze was delicious, I was very disappointed by the excessive oiliness on the red-skinned potatoes, broccoli, and mushrooms. Adding up avocados is a good recommendation. Additionally, there is a choice of adding toast or tortillas. I ordered for garlic toast which again, was very disappointing. The toast was not crunchy at all and arrived cold. Overall, the dish had potential, but it fell short in terms of its sizzlin execution.

The food was great but the customer service needs to improve we arrived at 9:00pm and left by 11:00pm it was almost 2hr. Wait for us to receive our food and by the time we got our food the order was all wrong we got two different dishes that we didn't order it took an extra 15 minutes to get our food right didn't ask if we wanted any refills or if we needed anything else like condiments or dessert I don't think I'll be dinning there anytime soon it's not worth the wait.

Today it took 30 mins to get our food because the kitchen had issues and backed up. I ordered my eggs over hard, they came out runny twice. Our server Salvador was awesome, he was very professional, attentive & did his best to make things right with our food.

I went to this Denny's for breakfast never ate here before. My first impression was not good, no one was at the desk to wait on us. When Jose seen us he came right away. It was a busy day , and wasn't enough employees, He was amazing , and fast. The food was horrible. Me, and my husband ordered turkey bacon 🥓 they gave him pork bacon. We ordered eggs, hash brown, turkey bacon. My eggs had cheese 🧀 in it, loaded with cheese 🧀. When I stated that we can't eat eggs with cheese due to our high cholesterol, I was told honey this is America, and Americans put cheese in their eggs by Benjamin. That was not nice. I'm american too born , and raised, I don't want cheese in my eggs. I felt like that was an attitude, and uncalled for, not professional. My plate was taken away , a new one was brought out. The new plate something black was in my eggs, the toast was cold ,and barely toasted. It took forever to get better. I tried biting into my toast almost threw up. At that point I didn't want to eat anything. My toast look like someone grabbed it out the trash can. Found out later our waitress was the supervisor . Will I ever eat there again? no. Will I tell a friend? no. Will I advise people to go here? no. This is my opinion. We still left a tip after the poor service. We were disconnected a few bucks. Benjamin is the person that served us. At the end we had a nice conversation. I was told they didn't have enough employees that day. I understand clearly it was a busy day. I forgive him for what he said about Americans. After all he's a really nice person. Oh, not to forget my table was dirty. I had to ask the waitress to clean it 🤔

I wanted a traditional Thanksgiving dinner. Even though they said they were serving one.. It was terrible. I don't think they were using real turkey. It seemed more like a sliced turkey roll. And no turkey gravy. Take a look at the photo. Very disappointed.

Horrible service! It wasn't even busy when I came in. (Which was around 7pm on a Saturday.) Plus, the waiter didn't even bother to ask if I need a refill on my drink or more ranch for my fries. But instead he brought my check and placed it on the table. Other than that the burger was delicious!

I went in last night 8/13/23 with my family (2 adults and 5 kids) and were ignored to just get a table. After that it was a total nightmare. We waited for an hour! And no one ever came to take our order. People kept coming in after us and were attended first. The waitress kept passing by us and it’s like we weren’t even there.. after an hour of this disgusting behavior, we decided to leave Who treats people this way?! We weren’t there to ask for free food or anything like that so why get treated so bad. I will never be returning here again!

My boyfriend and visited for breakfast 6/25. As we were trying to watch our budget, we decided to order from the ALL Day Breakfast Menu. We had to request "shelled eggs" or would have received powdered eggs. I was embarrassed when our meal was served. Two pathetic sausages, tiny eggs, and some so-so French Toast. By the time iced teas were added, what was supposed to be a value breakfast turned into a HUGE disappointment. We have given Dennys a try...many times. But...we will not be back.

I got up to pay for my cup of coffee and was told that the cook forgot about my order. I was told not to worry about paying and I left. This is only one instance, I have had many bad experiences with this establishment. They constantly mess up and are late with orders and forget to complete or even fulfill an order. Don't spend your money here. This place doesn't have their heads on at all let alone on straight

The server, I think his name was Benjamin spilled our drinks on us as he sat them down. He thought nothing of reaching over others who were seated, or sliding in-between two people unnecessarily making the interaction uncomfortable. When he came to the table to "check in" he noticed all drinks were empty but never asked or offered refills. I had to ask multiple times for lemon slices. Spent $85 on subpar food and horrible service.

Walked in around 7:30 pm 5/2/25 5 people eating. Waited at front for server or hostess to come seat me and mom NO one came so we left. Cooks were in the kitchen playing laughing and saw us waiting did nothing. Terrible service. Do Not Recommend.

Cashier didn't acknowledge us after waiting for 5 minutes without anyone else waiting to be seated. Another lady came by and when we asked if we could be seated she brushed us off without even saying anything hospitable. For a Sunday and a holiday it was not well staffed. Customer service was lacking severely.

I always came to this Dennys because I like the food. Today they were really busy i saw something that i dont like , I was triying to pay my bill and the lady that was in the front she acts so rude, umpolite and with discrimination with a guy who came pick up an order for doordash- she looks latin, black hair, wear glasses and a little overweight- that people is working like everybody! I think she needs to follow a course for good manners and customer service asap 🙏🏼

Had horrible service from waitress GLORIA! She was super rude and was aggressive towards me and my daughter! I asked to speak to manager ILLIANA but she was non-chalant and passive aggressive, didn’t do much to help the situation nor offered a solution. Will never return to this establishment I’ve never seen such behavior from a waitress and her not being accounted for. Called corporate and I hope through this others won’t experience what me and my daughter experienced!
